3-Arylthiochromone derivatives were synthesized as new photolabile protecting groups, in which the photoreactivity was switchable based on oxidation of the sulfur atom (sulfide and sulfone); the protected substrates , released the corresponding alcohols, amines or carbonxylic acids almost quantitatively under UV-light in neutral condition and the photoproduct showed high fluorescence intensity.  相似文献

We studied the effect of changing temperature on the mechanical properties of nanosized poly(methyl methacrylate) wires fabricated by two-photon fabrication. At around room temperature, the nanowires showed a transition temperature where the shear modulus suddenly changed. This transition temperature was observed to decrease more than 40 K by decreasing the radius of the nanowires from 450 to 150 nm. This size is several times larger in nanowires than reported values of polymer thin film thickness showing a depression of the glass transition temperature.  相似文献

The redox potential of the Pu(VII)/Pu(VIII) couple was studied by density functional theory calculations. The spin-orbit effect was corrected at the CASSCF level. The redox potential (relative to the standard hydrogen potential) of the Pu(VII)/Pu(VIII) couple in alkaline solution was found to vary from 4.36 to 1.06 V depending on the number of Pu-O oxo bonds, coordination numbers, and coordination modes. The redox potential drops substantially as the number of Pu-O oxo bonds increases. Pu(VIII) may be synthesized in strong alkaline solution assuming that both Pu(VII) and Pu(VIII) exist in penta-oxo form, Pu (VII)O 5OH (4-) and Pu (VIII)O 5OH (3-), respectively. The Mulliken population of Pu in Pu(VII) and Pu(VIII) complexes are very similar, suggesting that the spin-orbit effect is rather small in Pu(VII) complexes and that when Pu(VII) is oxidized to Pu(VIII) the electron is stripped mainly from the ligand. Consequently, Pu(VIII) is in an unstable oxidation state and easily reduced back to Pu(VII) by the solvent water molecules. In acidic medium, the Pu(VII)/Pu(VIII) redox potential is too high to get the Pu(VIII) valence state.  相似文献

Cross-conjugated azatrienes bearing an electron-withdrawing sulfonyl or benzoyl group on the nitrogen atom underwent, on heating or in the presence of a Lewis acid (TMSOTf), an initial inverse electron-demand hetero Diels-Alder reaction with electron-rich dienophiles (vinyl ether, vinyl thioether, and allenyl ether) to produce 1:1 cycloadducts with high endo selectivity. The initial cycloadducts thus obtained underwent a second Diels-Alder reaction stereoselectively on the newly formed diene unit with electron-deficient dienophiles to give the crossed bis-cycloadducts, octahydroquinolines, with high diastereo-π-facial selectivity. The N-sulfonylazatrienes tethering an ortho-cinnamyloxyphenyl dienophile at the triene terminal underwent an initial intramolecular hetero Diels-Alder reaction of the inverse electron-demand type. The subsequent second Diels-Alder reaction of the formed mono-cycloadducts completed the diene-transmissive hetero Diels-Alder protocol to give benzopyrano[3,4-c]quinolines in a highly stereoselective manner.  相似文献

GRK1 is a visual pigment kinase in rods and is essential for inactivation of light-activated rhodopsin. The GRK1 activity is inhibited by binding of the Ca(2+)-bound form of S-modulin/recoverin. We previously identified the S-modulin/recoverin site to interact with GRK1. In the present study, we identified its counterpart in GRK1. We synthesized 29 of GRK1 or GRK7 partial peptides that cover the entire sequence of GRK1/GRK7, and examined whether these peptides inhibit S-modulin/recoverin activity most probably by preoccupying the binding site for GRK1. The inhibition was the greatest with the N-terminal peptide (p1, aa 3-23 in GRK7). On mutation of each of eight amino acid residues highly conserved in the p1 region of more than 10 orthologs, the inhibition was significantly reduced in the mutation of Leu(6), Asn(12) and Tyr(15). We further examined the binding of the peptides, including mutated ones, to S-modulin/recoverin with a resonance mirror biosensor. The binding correlated well with the degree of the inhibition by a peptide. The inhibition, therefore, seemed to be due to a direct binding of the kinase peptide to the binding site of active S-modulin/recoverin. A GRK1 region close to its C-terminus also seemed to be the binding site for S-modulin/recoverin.  相似文献

The addition of silver salts had an effect on the catalyst activity in the Pd(0)-catalyzed cyclization-coupling tandem reaction, as well as in the Rh(I)-catalyzed Pauson-Khand reaction. The cationic palladium complex generated from Pd(PPh3)4 (2.5 mol%) with AgSbF6 (1.5 equiv.) activates the triple bond of 2,2-difluoropropargylic amides to give the 4,5-disubstituted 3,3-difluoro-γ-lactams, through a sequential 5-endo-dig cyclization and cross-coupling reaction. The γ-lactam was transformed into ring-opened monofluorovinylic compounds after silica-gel chromatography. Pauson-Khand reaction of fluorinated 1,7-enyne amides using catalytic amounts of [Rh(COD)2]2 (5 mol%) and AgOTf (20 mol%) gave the corresponding gem-difluorinated bicyclic lactam.  相似文献

A new series of transparent aerogels of biopolymer-polysiloxane double networks is reported. Biopolymer aerogels have attracted much attention from green and sustainable aspects but suffered from strong hydrophilicity and difficulty to make homogeneous structures in nanoscale; these drawbacks are overcome by compositing with a polysiloxane network. Alginate-polymethylsilsesquioxane aerogel has high optical transparency, water repellency, comparable superinsulation property and improved bending flexibility compared to pure polymethylsilsesquioxane aerogel. The nanoscale homogeneity is realized by separating the crosslinking steps for two networks in a sequential protocol: condensation of siloxane bonds and metal-crosslinking of biopolymer. The crosslinking order, biopolymer-first or siloxane-first, and universality/limitation of biopolymer-crosslinker pairs are discussed to construct fundamental chemistry of double network systems for their further application potentials.  相似文献

A star-shaped Ru/Os tetranuclear complex, in which a central Os unit is linked to three peripheral Ru units by 4,4'-azobis(2,2'-bipyridine) (azobpy) bridging ligands, was prepared to examine the unique photodynamics regulated by its redox state. The Ru/Os tetranuclear complex exhibits Ru-based luminescence at 77 K, whereas the three-electron reduction (one for each azobpy) of the Ru/Os complex results in luminescence from the Os unit. The photoexcited state of the Ru/Os complex rapidly decays into low energy metal-to-ligand charge-transfer states, in which the excited electron is localized in the azobpy ligand in the form of azobpy(.-). Upon the one-electron reduction of the azobpy ligands, the above-mentioned low-energy states become unavailable to the photoexcited complex. As a result, an energy transfer from the Ru-based excited state to the Os-based excited state becomes possible. Ultrafast transient absorption measurements revealed that the energy transfer process consists of two steps; intramolecular electron transfer from the terminal bipyridine ligand (bpy(.-)) to form azobpy(2-) followed by a metal-to-metal electron transfer. Thus, the Ru/Os tetranuclear complex collects light energy into the central Os unit depending on the redox state of the bridging ligands, qualifying as a switchable antenna.  相似文献
