Relations of rates of the vicarious nucleophilic substitution of hydrogen (VNS) and S(N)Ar substitution of fluorine in 2-fluoronitrobenzenes with chloroalkyl aryl sulfone carbanions were determined from competitive experiments carried out at various concentrations of base. The observed dependence of the VNS/S(N)Ar rate ratio on the base concentration confirmed the two-step mechanism of the VNS, which consists of reversible formation of sigma(H) adducts of the alpha-chlorocarbanion to nitroarene, followed by base-induced beta-elimination of HCl. It was also evidenced that both of these processes can be the rate-limiting steps: the beta-elimination at low base concentration and the nucleophilic addition at high base concentration. Consistent with that conclusion is the finding that the kinetic isotope effect in the VNS reaction decreases from 4.2 (a value typical of a primary KIE) to 0.8 (a value typical of a secondary KIE) with increasing base concentration. Also reported is our discovery that the S(N)Ar substitution of the 2-fluoronitrobenzenes studied in this work was subject to base catalysis under some of the experimental conditions employed in our competitive experiments.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, benzamide–2,3,4,5,6‐penta­fluoro­benzoic acid (2/1), 2C7H7NO·C7HF5O2, consists of centrosymmetric hexa­meric supermolecules composed of four amide and two carboxylic acid mol­ecules connected via O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. In the present study, we have characterized in detail the MS(2) and MS(3) fragmentation behaviors, using electrospray ionization (ESI) in the negative ion mode, of previously identified sulfated isoprene secondary organic aerosol compounds, including 2-methyltetrols, 2-methylglyceric acid, 2-methyltetrol mononitrate derivatives, glyoxal and methylglyoxal. A major fragmentation pathway for the deprotonated molecules of the sulfate esters of 2-methyltetrols and 2-methylglyceric acid and of the sulfate derivatives of glyoxal and methylglyoxal is the formation of the bisulfate [HSO(4)](-) anion, while the deprotonated sulfate esters of 2-methyltetrol mononitrate derivatives preferentially fragment through loss of nitric acid. Rational interpretation of MS(2), MS(3) and accurate mass data led to the structural characterization of unknown polar compounds in K-puszta fine aerosol as organosulfate derivatives of photooxidation products of unsaturated fatty acids, i.e. 2-hydroxy-1,4-butanedialdehyde, 4,5- and 2,3-dihydroxypentanoic acids, and 2-hydroxyglutaric acid, and of alpha-pinene, i.e. 3-hydroxyglutaric acid. The deprotonated molecules of the sulfated hydroxyacids, 2-methylglyceric acid, 4,5- and 2,3-dihydroxypentanoic acid, and 2- and 3-hydroxyglutaric acids, showed in addition to the [HSO(4)](-) ion (m/z 97) neutral losses of water, CO(2) and/or SO(3), features that are characteristic of humic-like substances. The polar organosulfates characterized in the present work are of climatic relevance because they may contribute to the hydrophilic properties of fine ambient aerosol. In addition, these compounds probably serve as ambient tracer compounds for the occurrence of secondary organic aerosol formation under acidic conditions.  相似文献

In the present research, the synthesis, spectroscopic characterization, and structural investigations of a unique ZnII complex of imine-functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) is designed, and hereby described, as a catalyst for the synthesis of cyclic carbonates from epoxides and CO2. The uncommon features of the designed catalytic system is the elimination of the need for a high pressure of CO2 and the significant shortening of reaction times commonly associated with such difficult transformations like that of styrene oxide to styrene carbonate. Our studies have shown that imine-POSS is able to chelate metal ions like ZnII to form a unique coordination complex. The silsesquioxane core and the hindrance of the side arms (their steric effect) influence the construction process of the homoleptic Zn4@POSS-1 complex. The compound was characterized in solution by NMR (1H, 13C, 29Si), ESI-MS, UV/Vis spectroscopy and in the solid state by thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), elemental analysis, diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS), cross-polarization magic angle spinning (CP MAS) NMR (13C, 29Si) spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Two coordination compounds of palladium(II) with N-allylimidazole (l) of the general formula [PdL4]Cl2 · 3H2O (1) and trans-[PdL2Cl2] (2) have been synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure of complexes 1 and 2 was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The X-ray structural data were supplemented by solid-state 13C NMR measurements (CP MAS and PASS 2D). The 1D and 2D NMR studies in solution reveal that complex 1 is unstable at room temperature and undergoes reversible decomposition to 2. The method for how to preserve a complex with four allyl-imidazole ligands in solution is shown.  相似文献

Coccidiostats are drugs used against coccidiosis, a common disease among breeding animals. Their widespread application leads to the appearance of their residues in food, which is potentially harmful for human health and life. The European Union has established limits of concentrations of these drugs in premixtures and food. Nowadays, there are many methods for monitoring coccidiostats’ presence in market products, but their frequent weakness is sample preparation. Solvent Front Position Extraction is a planar chromatography-based sample preparation method that allows for effective assay of samples with coccidiostats when coupled with LC-MS/MS. The purpose of this research was to find common conditions for the effective isolation of eight coccidiostats from biological sample components with both lower and higher retention than the substances of interest. The acquired results were used for effective isolation of monensin and salinomycin from the premixture samples and allowed for their quantitative determination. The application of a semi-automatic device for the development of chromatograms positively impacted the results, confirming the effectiveness of the method for determining coccidiostats in biological samples.  相似文献

The structures of lipopeptides lobocyclamides A (1), B (2), and C (3) were solved using a combination of mass spectrometry, 2D NMR spectroscopy, and degradative analysis. Lobocyclamides B and C are the first peptides reported with the unusual amino acid 4-hydroxythreonine and also incorporate the rare homologous long-chain beta-amino acids 3-aminooctanoic acid and 3-aminodecanoic acid, respectively. The absolute configurations of the amino acid residues in each compound were assigned, after acid hydrolysis, by either direct chiral HPLC comparison with authentic standards or by prior derivatization by Marfey's method and reversed-phase HPLC. Both compounds exhibited moderate antifungal activity against a panel of Candida spp., including two fluconazole-resistant strains. When tested as a mixture, lobocyclamides A and B displayed synergistic in vitro antifungal activity, a phenomenon noted earlier for the related peptides laxaphycins A and B.  相似文献

Four copper(II) oxime complexes, [Cu(HPPK)(PPK)X] (HPPK = phenyl-2-pyridylketoxime and X = CI? (I), CF3COO? (II), C3F7COO? (III), and [Cu(PPK)2]2 (IV)), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy (IR), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD analysis revealed that I–III contain copper(II) coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from two oxime molecules in the basal plane and one monodentate anion X in the apical position of a distorted square pyramid. Complex IV is dimeric and it is formed by two Cu(PPK)2 units. Bridges between these units are formed by the two oxygen atoms of the deprotonated oxime groups. Thermal stability of I–IV was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in air and in nitrogen atmosphere, respectively. Evolved gaseous decomposition products were characterized by IR. I–IV decompose via multistep processes. Fluorocarbons and CO2 were observed to be the most abundant gaseous species evolved. Preliminary ammonolysis experiments were performed to examine the possibility of using II and IV as precursors for the synthesis of copper nitride. Moreover, solutions of IV were spin-coated onto silicon substrates. Surface structure and morphology of the resulting films were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) and layers with island-like distribution of material were observed.  相似文献
