The dynamical oxidation processes of Pt-skin layers on Pt(3)Co were investigated in situ and in real-time by time-resolved X-ray absorption spectroscopy combined with electrochemical measurements. Growth limit behaviors and the suppression of higher-order formation of surface oxides were observed, and these might explain the highly durable nature of Pt-skin layers.  相似文献

In order to develop analgesic compounds possessing a sulfur atom in the alicyclic ring, novel cis-fused heterocycles, [1]benzothiopyrano[3,4-b]pyrrole derivatives (II) were synthesized via a unique cyclization reaction starting from 4-(4-methoxyphenylthio)-2-butanone (1) or 6-methoxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzothiopyran-4-one (7). The analgesic effects of benzothiopyranopyrroles (16, 18) were measured by means of the writhing test. The phenolic derivative 18 completely inhibited the appearance of writhing at the dose of 50 mg/kg, but the methoxy derivative 16 had no analgesic effect.  相似文献

Oxo-steroids and oxo-bile acid ethyl esters were derivatized with 5-N,N-dimethylamino-naphthalene-1-sulphonohydrazide (DNS-hydrazine) to DNS-hydrazone in the presence of hydrochloric acid in ethanol or trifluoroacetic acid in benzene, purified by high-performance gel-permeation chromatography, separated on an ODS column with an eluent containing tetrahydrofuran and detected via a peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence reaction using bis[4-nitro-2-(3,6,9-trioxadecyloxycarbonyl)phenyl] oxalate (TDPO). Sensitive detection (femtomole level) of each oxo-steroid which appeared as a single peak was achieved. The procedure for the isolation of oxo-bile acids developed for GC-MS allowed the detection by this system of an unusual oxo-bile acid, 7α-hydroxy-3-oxo-5β-cholanic acid, at the nanomole l?1 level in urine from a patient with cholestatic liver disease.  相似文献

Polypropylene films were irradiated with 60Co γ-rays in vacuum or in air and stored in air. Just after irradiation, the concentration of carbonyl group of the sample irradiated in air only increased with dose. The concentrations of both samples increased with storage time. The more the absorbed doses, the higher the increasing rates. The increasing rate of the concentration of carbonyl group during irradiation in air was higher than those during storage in air. Just after irradiation, the tensile strengths and the elongations of the both samples somewhat increased with dose at the doses less than 5 Mrad, but decreased at doses more than 13 Mrad. The tensile strength and the elongation of the sample irradiated in air decreased with storage time. Those of the sample irradiated in vacuum also decreased with storage time but the decreasing rates were much smaller than those in the sample irradiated in air. The gel fractions of the samples irradiated in vacuum and annealed in vacuum were somewhat higher than those irradiated in vacuum and not annealed. To elucidate high oxidation rate in the sample irradiated in air during and after irradiation, reaction mechanisms were discussed. To clarify the difference of mechanical properties between the samples irradiated in vacuum and in air, the effect of crosslink was considered, together with the oxidation.  相似文献

Wholly aromatic random copolyamides of high molecular weights were prepared by the high-temperature solution polycondensation of an aromatic diisocyanate, 4,4′-methylenedi(phenyl isocyanate) or 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, with a mixture of isophthalic acid and 4,4′-oxydibenzoic acid. Glass transition temperatures of the polyamides and copolyamides were between 229 and 273°C; this depended on the combination of diisocyanates and dicarboxylic acids used. These aromatic copolyamides showed better solubility in various organic solvents and reduced crystallinity, compared to the corresponding homopolyamides. The copolyamides prepared from 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate had greater solubility and higher glass transition temperatures than those obtained from 4,4′-methylenedi(phenyl isocyanate).  相似文献

Aromatic polyamides (aramids) having pendant t-butyl group were synthesized by the direct polycondensation of 5-t-butylisophthalic acid with various aromatic diamines in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The aramids having inherent viscosities of 0.6–2.4 dL/g were obtained in quantitative yields. These polymers were readily soluble in various solvents such as NMP,N,N-dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, and pyridine, and gave transparent, tough and flexible films by casting from the NMP solutions. The aramids had glass transition temperatures between 250 and 330°C, and started to lose weight around 350°C, with 10% weight loss being recorded at about 450°C in air.  相似文献

A facile one-step method for the synthesis of aliphatic polybenzoxazoles has been developed. Thus, a series of aliphatic polybenzoxazoles having inherent viscosities of 0.2–0.7 dL/g in concentrated sulfuric acid were successfully synthesized by the melt polycondensation of alipatic dinitriles with 4,4′-diamino-3,3′-dihydroxybiphenyl (AHB) or its hydrochloride (AHB–HCl) with the elimination of ammonia or ammonium chloride, respectively. Monomer AHB–HCl was more reactive than the parent AHB, thereby affording higher molecular weight polybenzoxazoles in a shorter reaction time. The aliphatic polybenzoxazoles having 6–10 methylene units were highly crystalline with melting temperatures in the range of 187–308°C, which were stable up to 400°C in a melt state in nitrogen. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

An oxidative dimerization reaction, involving the three successive steps of oxidation, 6 pi-electrocyclization, and Diels-Alder reaction, has been experimentally and theoretically investigated for the three 2-alkenyl-3-hydroxymethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one derivatives epoxyquinol 3, epoxyquinone 6, and cyclohexenone 10. Of the sixteen possible modes of the oxidation/6 pi-electrocylization/Diels-Alder reaction cascade for the epoxyquinone 6, and eight for the cyclohexenone 10, only the endo-anti(epoxide)-anti(Me)-hetero and endo-anti(Me)-hetero modes are, respectively, observed, while both endo-anti(epoxide)-anti(Me)-hetero and exo-anti(epoxide)-anti(Me)-homo reaction modes occur with the epoxyquinol 3. Intermolecular hydrogen-bonding is found to be the key cause of formation of both epoxyquinols A and B with 3, although epoxyquinone 6 and cyclohexenone 10 both gave selectively only the epoxyquinol A-type product. In the dimerization of epoxyquinol 3, two monomer 2H-pyrans 5 interact with each other to afford intermediate complex 28 or 29 stabilized by hydrogen-bonding, from which Diels-Alder reaction proceeds. Theoretical calculations have also revealed the differences in the reaction profiles of epoxyquinone 6 and cyclohexenone 10. Namely, the rate-determining step of the former is the Diels-Alder reaction, while that of the latter is the 6 pi-electrocyclization.  相似文献
