[formula: see text] A simple synthesis of heterocyclic thiosulfonates containing indole, indoline, benzoimidazole, and quinoxaline rings is described. The synthesis of these thiosulfonates involves the preparation of the appropriately substituted thiols followed by sulfonylation to give thiosulfonates. The corresponding thiols were prepared in a simple and efficient manner by using a thiocyanation reaction either prior to heterocycle ring formation or after heterocycle ring formation. These thiosulfonates were coupled successfully to the 5,6-dihydropyran-2-one ring to give products that showed excellent HIV protease activity.  相似文献

A series of heteronuclear nickel‐iron complexes [Fe2(CO)6(μ‐SH)(μ3‐S){NiCl(PPh3)2}] ( 1 ), [Fe2(CO)6(μ‐SH)(μ3‐S){NiCl(dppe)}] ( 2 ), [Fe2(CO)63‐S)2{Ni(PPh3)2}] ( 3 ), [Fe2(CO)63‐S)2{Ni(dppe)}] ( 4 ) and [Fe2(CO)6(μ‐SPh)(μ3‐S){NiCl(dppe)}] ( 5 ) have been prepared. The structure of 4 has been determined by X‐ray crystallography. The central metal‐sulfur core of 4 has a trigonal bipyramidal shape with a NiFe2 base plane with two axial sulfur atoms. Each iron atom is 5‐coordinate forming a distorted square pyramid; the nickel is square planar coordinated by two sulfur atoms and two phosphorus atoms.  相似文献

A kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of silver is described, based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of pyrocatechol-1-aldehyde 2-pyridylhydrazone by peroxodisulphate. In aqueous solution silver concentrations of 0.2-0.8 mug ml can be determined, and 10-80 ng ml in the presence of 1,10-phenanthroline as activator. The fluorescent species obtained (lambda(ex) 357 nm, lambda(em) 445 nm) results from oxidation of the reagent. The kinetic parameters and the interferences are reported, and the method is applied to the determination of silver in developed panchromatic plates.  相似文献

The reaction of cadmium acetate in methanol with 1, 3‐bis(4‐nitrophenyl)triazene in THF in the presence of KOH yields K[Cd(O2NC6H4NNNC6H4NO2)3] in form of hexagonal prismatic, red crystals with the trigonal space group R3¯ and a = 12.229(2), c = 48.988(10) Å and Z = 6. In the anionic cadmium complexes, which are located along the threefold axis, the Cd atoms are coordinated in a trigonal prismatic arrangement by the atoms N(1) and N(3) of three triazenido ligands. The potassium cations are coordinated icosahedrally by oxygen atoms of each one nitro group of six neighbouring anionic complexes. The Cd‐N distances are 2.376(4) and 2.350(4) Å, and the K‐O distances are in the range of 2.833(6) to 3.365(6) Å.  相似文献

We report an electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) study at 33.9 GHz and room temperature of oriented single crystal samples of bis(l-asparaginato)Zn(II) doped with Cu(II). The variation of the spectra with magnetic field orientation was measured in three crystal planes (a*b, bc and a*c, with a*=b×c). These spectra display two groups of four peaks arising from the hyperfine interaction with the ICu=3/2 nuclear spins of copper. They were assigned to Cu(II) ions in two lattice sites related by a 180° rotation around the b-crystal axis. The g and hyperfine coupling (A) tensors of the Cu(II) ions were evaluated from the single crystal data. Some indeterminacy in the assignment of the signals was avoided measuring the EPR spectrum of a powder sample. Their principal values are g1=2.060(1), g2=2.068(2), g3=2.283(2), and A1≈0.1×10−4, A2=13×10−4 and A3=165×10−4 cm−1. The eigenvectors corresponding to g3 and A3 are coincident within the experimental error; the other eigenvectors are rotated 5.6° in the perpendicular plane. Considering the crystal structure of bis(l-asparaginato)Zn(II), our EPR results indicate that the Cu(II) impurities replace Zn(II) ions in the host crystal. We propose a molecular model based on the EPR data and the structural information, and analyse the results comparing the measured values with those obtained in similar systems.  相似文献

Molecular modeling approaches are used in a versatile way to investigate the properties of diverse organic and inorganic structures such as proteins, biomolecules, nanomaterials, functionalized nanoparticles, and membranes. However, more detailed studies are needed to understand the molecular nature of interactions established in gelatin biofilms impregnated with bioactive compounds. Because of this, we used computational methods to evaluate how the major compounds of Piper divaricatum essential oil can interact with the gelatin biofilm structure. For this, we used as inspiration the paper published, where various properties of the essential oil impregnated gelatin biofilm P. divaricatum are reported. After our computer simulations, we related our molecular observations to biofilm’s structural and mechanical properties. Our results suggest that the major compounds of the essential oil were able to interrupt intermolecular interactions between the chains of the biofilm matrix. However, the compounds also established interactions with the amino acid residues of these chains. Our molecular analyses also explain changes in the structural and mechanical properties of the essential oil-impregnated biofilm. These results can support the planning of functional packaging impregnated with bioactive compounds that can protect food against microorganisms harmful to human health.  相似文献

Gold nanoclusters with diameters up to 50 nm were grown in sandwich structures consisting in 15 nm of plasma deposited silicon nitride, 1 nm of gold grown by sputtering and 15 nm of plasma deposited silicon nitride (SiN/Au/SiN). Previous to the last step, ammonia plasma treatments of the gold surface were carried out with time as the main variable. The resulting structures were analyzed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy and spectroscopic ellipsometry. As a result of plasma treatments, island-like structures of as-grown gold clusters evolve to near spherical-shape features with decreasing diameter as the plasma treatment time rises. Ellipsometric spectra were modeled based on the Bruggeman effective medium approximation and the influence of size and shape of nanoparticles on the optical properties were calculated.  相似文献

A convenient preparation of the parent tetrahydrobenzodifuran 2 was developed from resorcinol. The oxidation of one or both furan rings of this key intermediate was accomplished with DDQ and the resulting benzodifuran was subsequently reacted with 3,6-dimethoxycarbonyl-1,2,4,5-tetrazine to afford the expected pyridazino-psoralen derivative in good yield. This simple method allowed the efficient preparation of a pyridazino-psoralen derivative with a formyl group at C-7, which was introduced by directed ortho-lithiation in the intermediate 2. An aminoalkyl side-chain was also introduced to the tetracyclic skeleton through the aldehyde functionality in a reductive amination process, which was accompanied by an unprecedented reduction of the pyridazine ring.  相似文献

Methodologies for the immobilization and characterization of ruthenium complexes into/onto functionalized silica gel, zeolites, polymers, dendrimers, sol–gel, nano and microparticles are described. The corresponding spectroscopic, electrochemical, and photochemical properties as well as chemical reactivities are used for their characterization and study. This research aimed the effect on Caucasian hair tresses treated with oxidative hair dye, either incorporated or not with conditioners agents, analyzed by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The formulations of hair dyes were emulsions oil-in-water with light blond color containing or not the conditioners agents: silanetriol and panthenol; PEG-12 dimethicone; hydrolyzed silk, hydrolyzed milk protein, and lactose. Each dye (1.5 g) was applied in the hair tress (2.0 g/20.0 cm of length of Caucasian light-brown), previously treated, more 1.5 g of hydrogen peroxide 20 vol during 40 min. Evaluation of mass loss of the different hair sample demonstrates that these chemical hair treatments impair the hair fibers, reduced their moisture content with respect to the untreated hair. The incorporation of conditioners agents (silanetriol and panthenol; PEG-12 dimethicone; hydrolyzed silk, hydrolyzed milk protein, and lactose) in oxidative hair dyes types did not decrease the damage caused on the tresses by the coloring process quantified by TG/DTG. However, the DSC curves demonstrated those conditioners agents (silanetriol and panthenol; PEG-12 dimethicone) dislocated the beginning of the third event in 20 °C and they inhibited the presence of the fourth event, having characterized thermal protection to the hair.  相似文献
