We report meta‐ and para‐selective linear alkylation reactions of anilides with alkenes by nickel/N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) and aluminum catalysis. With a less bulky NHC, the alkylation reaction of N‐methyl‐N‐phenylcyclohexanecarboxamides proceeded mainly at the meta position. In contrast, a bulky NHC ligand led to the para‐selective alkylation of Nsec‐alkyl anilides.  相似文献

Shape‐ and functionality‐controlled organization of porphyrin derivatives–C60 supramolecular assemblies using TiO2 nanotubes and nanoparticles has been achieved for the development of photochemical solar cells. The differences in the efficiency of light‐energy conversion of these solar cells are explained on the basis of the geometrical orientation of the porphyrins with respect to the TiO2 surface and the supramolecular complex formed with C60. The maximum photon‐conversion efficiency (IPCE) of 60 % obtained with TiO2 nanotube architecture is higher than the value obtained with nanoparticle architecture. The results presented in this study show the importance of substrate morphology in promoting electron transport within the mesoscopic semiconductor film.  相似文献

A polyalkynylene-based conducting polymer (molecular wire) has been synthesized within the Cu-functionalized mesoporous MCM-41 silica catalyst. Fluorescence and 13C solid-state NMR provided spectroscopic evidence that the synthesis of extended polymeric chains with a high degree of alignment requires homogeneously distributed catalytic sites throughout the entire MCM matrix. This type of homogeneity has been achieved via co-condensation of the catalytic groups in narrow pores. In addition, our results indicated that proper adjustment of the pore diameter is vital to prevent clogging of the pores with aggregated or cross-linked polymers or both.  相似文献

On the basis of the coordination geometry of metal ions, regular cubic, clubbed, and wirelike nanocrystals of Cd(2+)-/PtCl(6)(2-)-mediated, and Hg(2+)-/Ag(+)-/PtCl(4)(2-)-mediated multiporphyrin arrays have been grown at the water-chloroform interface. The nanocrystal growth process was monitored by the transmission electron microscopy (TEM), which revealed (1) an intrinsic rule for coordination polymers, that is, the geometries of metal ions (as connects for the coordination polymers) dominate the frameworks of the related polymeric nanocrystals, and (2) one kind of intuitive nanocrystal growth processes at the interfaces. Both electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction patterns indicated the formation of well-defined nanocrystals. It was found that single-/microcrystals were formed at first, and then they grew into polycrystals. The nanocrystal layer was transferred onto Si and quartz substrate surfaces by the Langmuir-Blodgett method, with its composition analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy as well as the arrangement of porphyrin macrocycles in the nanocrystals by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy.  相似文献

A novel emulsification method, microchannel (MC) emulsification, was developed for making monodispersed regular-sized droplets in our laboratory. An oil-in-water dispersed system, in which phosphate buffer was used as the continuous phase, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as the surfactant, and clove oil as the dispersed phase, was prepared by this technique. The average diameter of oil droplets was about 20 μm, with a narrow size distribution. The stability characteristics of the dispersed oil droplets were investigated by an optical microscope and kinetic light scattering method. The stability of the dispersed oil droplets depended on the SDS concentration. When the SDS concentration was above the critical micelle concentration (CMC), the turbidity of the dispersed solution sharply increased at the initial stage. Optical microscopic observation has confirmed that a part of the oil droplets broke up with time, and submicrometer droplets appeared. On the other hand, when the SDS concentration was below the CMC, the turbidity of the dispersed solution had little change in the initial stage, showing that the oil droplets were very stable. The effect of ion concentration was also examined. The results showed that the stability of the oil droplets depended on the balance of the Van der Waals attraction and electrical repulsion between the oil droplets in low ion concentration. IN vitro peroxidation by air, or xanthine-xanthine oxidase (xanthine-XOD) was performed to estimate the production of aliphatic aldehydes from free polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), triglycerides, phospholipids and rat liver microsomes and mitochondria. The aldehyde contents in peroxidized lipids were determined by liquid chromatography and fluorescence detection. In both peroxidation, pentanal, (E)-4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (4-HN), and hexanal were produced from omega-6 PUFA rich lipids and propanal was markedly enhanced by increasing the degree of fatty acid unsaturation. The ratios of 4-HN to hexanal production in xanthine-XOD peroxidation of the omega-6 PUFA rich lipids, and rat liver microsomes and mitochondria were much higher than those in air peroxidation. The ratios (4-HN/hexanal) obtained in microsomes and mitochondria by xanthine-XOD were similar to those in rat liver observed in vitamin E deficient studies. The determination of these aldehydes may be useful to estimate the kinds of fatty acids peroxidized and investigate in vivo lipid peroxidation mechanism.  相似文献

A variety of cationic initiators were employed for p-isopropenylphenyl glycidyl ether (IPGE), an α-methylstyrene derivative with an epoxy pendant, and optimum initiators and reaction conditions were evaluated in terms of its selective vinyl polymerization and living polymerization. Despite the coexistence of two cationically polymerizable groups in IPGE, binary initiating systems (HI, CF3COOH, or CH3CH(OiBu)-OCOCH3, each coupled with ZnI2) and sulfonic acids (CF3SO3H and CH3SO3H) selectively polymerized the vinyl group of IPGE in CH2Cl2 at ?78°C to produce soluble polymers with epoxy pendant groups in high yield. Metal halides (BF3OEt2 and AlEtCl2) polymerized both the vinyl and epoxy groups of IPGE to give crosslinked insoluble polymers. In contrast, under these conditions, the HI/ZnI2 system also led to a long-lived polymer, the molecular weight of which increased upon addition of a fresh feed of monomer to a completely polymerized reaction mixture, whereas the use of other initiators resulted in nonliving polymers. At higher temperatures (?40 and ?15°C), soluble poly(IPGE) was also obtained with HI/ZnI2, but the polymer yield decreased with raising temperature, because of the occurrence of termination reaction.  相似文献

Treatment of 1-silylcyclopropylmethanols with TsOH in methanol gives different homoallyl ethers depending upon the configuration of substituents on cyclopropane ring and the kinds of substituents on carbinyl carbon. Especially, the reaction of cyclopropylmethanols having no substituents on the same side with silyl group on cyclopropane ring proceeds to give the corresponding E-homoallyl ethers with high stereoselectivity. The following protiodesilylation of resulting homoallyl ethers proceeds with retention of configuration.  相似文献

Vinyl monomers bearing N-substituted phenoxazine or 2,8-dimethylphenoxazine units were synthesized starting with the corresponding phenoxazines. N-substituents were 2-vinylbenzyl-oxycarbonylethyl group prepared via 2-carboxyethyl group, 3-methacrylamido-, 3-acrylamido-, or 3-(4-styrenesulfonamido)-propyl group prepared via 3-aminopropyl group, vinylbenzyl, or 2-vinyloxyethyl group attached by the displacements of sodium salts of the phenoxazines to the chlorides, and 2-methacryloyl- or 2-acryloyl-oxyethyl group prepared via 2-hydroxyethyl group. Free-radical polymerixations of these novel monomers proceeded smoothly, except those with 2-vinyloxyethyl group, which were susceptible to BF3-etherate. Changes of the visible absorption spectrum of iodine in THF with addition of the monomers and polymers were considerable, with the appearance of new absorption peaks or shoulders in major cases.  相似文献
