We propose detecting a fragment ion (Ph2As+) using counter-flow introduction atmospheric pressure chemical ionization ion trap mass spectrometry for sensitive air monitoring of chemical warfare vomiting agents diphenylchloroarsine (DA) and diphenylcyanoarsine (DC). The liquid sample containing of DA, DC, and bis(diphenylarsine)oxide (BDPAO) was heated in a dry air line, and the generated vapor was mixed into the humidified air flowing through the sampling line of a mass spectrometer. Humidity effect on the air monitoring was investigated by varying the humidity of the analyzed air sample. Evidence of the in-line conversion of DA and DC to diphenylarsine hydroxide (DPAH) and then BDPAO was obtained by comparing the chronograms of various ions from the beginning of heating. Multiple-stage mass spectrometry revealed that the protonated molecule (MH+) of DA, DC, DPAH, and BDPAO could produce Ph2As+ through their in-source fragmentation. Among the signals of the ions that were investigated, the Ph2As+ signal was the most intense and increased to reach a plateau with the increased air humidity, whereas the MH+ signal of DA decreased. It was suggested that DA and DC were converted in-line into BDPAO, which was a major source of Ph2As+.

The second hyperpolarizabilities of bisimidazole- and bistriazole-benzene compounds have been calculated at different levels of approximation to unravel the effects of diradical character as well as of charge and spin multiplicity. The largest second hyperpolarizabilities are associated with intermediate diradical character, provided positive charging does not compensate for this effect. For the neutral diradical bisimidazole compound, the singlet diradical species possesses a second hyperpolarizability two to three times larger than the corresponding triplet, demonstrating the possibility of spin state control of the third-order NLO responses for diradical species.  相似文献

The feasibility of catalytic Ni/Cr-mediated macrocyclization was demonstrated for the two substrates chosen from the halichondrin area. With 5 mol % of Ni and Cr catalysts, the macrocyclization was realized without use of high-dilution techniques. The reported method has a number of appealing features, including user-friendliness, easy workup, apparent scalability, and cost-effectiveness. In addition, all the required reagents are commercially available or obtainable in one or two steps from commercially available chemicals.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] With use of 1 mol % of Cr catalyst 5, surprisingly efficient Cr-mediated couplings of aldehydes with various types of nucleophiles have been realized. The catalyst set of Cr catalyst 5 and Ni catalyst 4 is used for alkenylation, alkynylation, and arylation, whereas the catalyst set of Cr catalyst 5 and CoPc (cobalt phthalocyanine) is used for 2-haloallylation, alkylation, and propargylation. Only the Cr catalyst 5 is required for allylation. The reaction rates in DME and THF have been found significantly faster than that in MeCN.  相似文献

The directional energy transport, i.e. exciton migration, in nanostar dendritic systems composed of two-state monomer units is studied using a quantum master equation approach. We examine the effects of the variation in the excitation energy of the monomer in the core region (core monomer) on the multistep exciton migration from the periphery to the core based on the relaxation factors among exciton states originating in weak exciton-phonon coupling. It turns out that when the core monomer possesses both an excitation energy slightly lower than that of the first generation and a partial exciton overlap with the first generation, more efficient and rapid exciton migration to the core is expected as compared with other core monomer cases with the energy level closer to or much lower than that of the first generation.  相似文献

Several extracts of crude drugs were prepared and tested as penetration enhancers for the diffusion of prednisolone through mouse skin in vitro. The acetone extract of cardamon seed (Eelettaria cardamomum) was selected for further study to identify the active principles.
