The mycotoxin zearalenone (ZEA) prompts reproductive toxicity due to its strong estrogenic effects. In this work, an electrochemical sensor for determination of ZEA was developed by electropolymerization of a molecularly imprinted poly (o‐phenylenediamine) (PPD) film on screen‐printed gold electrode (SPGE) surface. The sensor was examined by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) using K3[Fe(CN)6]/K4[Fe(CN)6] as redox probe. The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensor showed a wide determination range from 2.50 to 200.00 ngmL?1 for ZEA. The Limit of detection (LOD) was calculated to be 0.20 ngmL?1, based on the signal to noise (S/N) ratio equal to 3.0. The sensor displayed good repeatability, with RSD values≤4.6 %, and maintained 93.2 % of its initial response after storage for 10 days in air at room temperature. The developed method was successfully applied for the determination of ZEA in corn flakes with mean recoveries ranged from 96.2 % to 103.8 % and RSDs within the interval of 2.1 % to 3.8 %.  相似文献

The response of a homeotropically aligned columnar phasmidic liquid crystal (CPLC) to rectilinear oscillatory shear was investigated for frequencies between 10-2 and 100 Hz and cell thicknesses between 20 and 100 μm. At threshold shear amplitude, we observed a spatial pattern consisting of stationary bands, perpendicular to the direction of shear and localized in the bulk of the columnar sample. For fixed thickness and at threshold shear amplitude, we observed band structure for several frequencies corresponding to integer harmonics νo, 2νo, 3νo. We interpret the obtained results in terms of curvature walls that evolve gradually, according to the amplitude, to characteristic developable domain walls of the columnar phase.  相似文献

We have previously shown, by redundant Klee–Minty constructions, that the central path may arbitrarily closely visit every vertex of the Klee–Minty cube. In those constructions, the redundant constraints are far away from the feasible region. β‐(4‐Chlorobenzoyl)acrylic acid (1) proved to be a convenient precursor for the synthesis of a variety of heterocyclic systems through the reaction with compounds containing active methylene groups under Michael reaction conditions. Also, the reactivity of Michael adduct towards nitrogen nucleophiles was investigated to afford diazepine, indazole, isoxazole and quinazoline derivatives. The low energy states of57Fe has been studied by means of thermal neutron radiative capture. The gamma-ray spectrum below 3 MeV was measured using a Ge(Li) detector of an intrinsic volume 5.4 cm3. On making use of other experiments beside the good resolution of the Ge(Li) detector it was possible to suggest a decay scheme and to get some valuable informations. The transitions from the levels 366.7keV to the ground- and first-excited states seem to be pureM1 transitions. An evidence for the existence of a transition from the level 1725.5 keV to the 1018.6 keV with an absolute intensity 2.4% is shown.  相似文献

The alpha particle response which is characteristic of polycarbonate detectors CR-39 has been investigated. The track diameter as a function of alpha energy in the range from 5.1–22.2 MeV was examined. The mean track diameter or size of the tracks are found to be energy dependent which decreases as alpha energy increases with a trend at about 14 MeV alpha energy. With regard to the spectroscopy of alpha from track radii, it was stated that the discrimination of lower alpha energies shows better results than the high energies for the present etching condition.

Es wurde die charakteristische Wirkung von Alpha-Teilchen auf die Polycarbonatdetektoren CR-39 untersucht. Der Spurendurchmesser als Funktion der Alpha-Energie wurde im Energiebereich 5,1… 22,2 MeV verfolgt. Der mittlere Spurendurchmesser oder die Spurengroβe waren energieabhängig und nahmen mit zunehmender Alpha-Energie bei einem Trend von ungefähr 14 Me V ab. In being auf die Spektroskopie von Alpha-Teilchen von den Spurenradien wurde festgestellt, daβeine Unterscheidung von niederen Alpha-Energien bessere Ergebnisse brachte als solche bei hohen Energien für die vorliegende Ätzbedingung.  相似文献

Several pyrido[2,1-b]thiazines and thiazolo[2,3-a]pyridines were synthesized by reactions of cinnamonitriles with appropriate halocarbonyl compounds. Hydrazones of 3-diazotized aminopyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridinones were synthesized by coupling of their corresponding diazonium salts with several active methylene reagents. The obtained hydrazones were cyclized in refluxing ethanol containing a catalytic amount of triethylamine to afford the corresponding pyrazolopyridotriazines. By using various techniques, we investigate the (2\(+\)1)-dimensional modified KdV-Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff equation. This equation is integrable under the mean of the consistent Riccati expansion method. The truncated Painlevé expansion, the simplified Hirota’s method and other methods are used as powerful vehicles to conduct the analysis. We formally derive, in explicit forms, abundant solutions of distinct physical structures, including multiple soliton solutions, multiple complex soliton solutions, kink solutions and singular solutions.  相似文献
