A multistep synthesis was achieved to obtain 3,8-bis(4-mercaptophenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline, which has two free thiol end groups with a molecular length of 1.89 nm, and its ruthenium(II) complex. Five single-crystal structures and UV-vis spectra of related intermediates in methanol and the solid state were studied in order to obtain additional information on the molecules as well as on the supramolecular interactions in the structures. Thermal and electrochemical properties of related Ru(II) complexes were also involved. 3,8-Bis(4-mercaptophenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline and one of its ruthenium(II) complexes were then treated with gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) via in situ thiol-to-thiol ligand exchange in the presence of two facing Au electrodes with a 1 x 1 microm(2) gap. Stable molecular junctions composed of self-assembled films were produced as revealed by an obvious increase of the conductivity between the Au electrodes, wherein dithiols-bridged Au-NPs were attached to the electrodes by means of Au-S-bonded contacts. Temperature-dependent current-voltage (I-V) measurements for the junctions were performed in the temperature range of 7-300 K, and classical Arrhenius plots and their linear fits were obtained to determine the average activation energies (DeltaE) of these devices. It is found that when the Ru(II) ion is introduced, the conductivity of the nanodevice is increased and the energy barrier is lowered under the same experimental conditions.  相似文献

Fast and sensitive liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry (LC-APCI-MS) method for the specific determination of viaminate in 14 kinds of rat tissues pre-treated with simple procedure was developed and validated. Biological samples were prepared by direct precipitation to skin, stomach, intestine, and liver and extracted by liquid-liquid extraction to lung, kidney, muscle, spleen, brain, fat, testes (male and female), eye, and heart. After addition of menaquinon as internal standard to tissue homogenate, the supernatant was injected into the isocratic chromatographic system using a Waters Symmetry C8 column and methanol-water-formic acid (93:7:0.1) as the eluent. The eluate was completely led into an APCI interface with selected ion monitoring mode and the analytes were quantified using triple quadrupole MS. The assays were successfully validated in the ranges 0.02-20 ng/mL for lung, 0.02-10 ng/mL for kidney, spleen, muscle, brain, fat, eye, and heart, 0.05-10 ng/mL for testicle, 0.4-100 ng/mL for liver, skin and intestine, and 1.0-200 ng/mL for stomach. The accurate and precise studies showed good reproducibility with coefficients of variation below 8.5% and the recoveries range from 90 to 109%. The analytes were chemically stable under all relevant conditions and the assays were applied in tissue distribution study. The results showed that the viaminate concentration was high in skin, low in kidney, and almost undetectable in eye and brain.  相似文献

A new and efficient synthesis of indene and benzo[b]furan derivatives has been achieved via Pd-catalyzed carboannulation of propargyl carbonates with nucleophiles in good to excellent yields with high regio- and stereoselectivity. Limits to the sensitivity of a low noise compact atomic gravimeter   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A detailed analysis of the most relevant sources of phase noise in an atomic interferometer is carried out, both theoretically and experimentally. Even a short interrogation time of 100 ms allows our cold atom gravimeter to reach an excellent short term sensitivity to acceleration of 1.4×10-8g at 1 s. This result relies on the combination of a low phase noise laser system, efficient detection scheme and good shielding from vibrations. In particular, we describe a simple and robust technique of vibration compensation, which is based on correcting the interferometer signal by using the ac acceleration signal measured by a low noise seismometer. With the development of computational power, large eddy simulation (LES) method is increasingly used in simulating complex flow. However, there still exist many factors affecting the LES quality and appropriate mesh resolution is among one of them. This work aims to develop an automatic procedure to refine the LES mesh by combining adaptive mesh refinement (AMR) and LES quality criteria. An LES refinement criterion is developed by estimating the proper grid length scale which meets the accuracy requirement of LES method. With this criterion, the baseline mesh is automatically refined with the AMR method. In this work, an efficient one-shot refinement strategy is also proposed to reduce the overall simulation time. Current AMR-based LES method is verified with the typical LES test case about the flow past circular cylinder at Re D = 3900. Results show that the automatically refined mesh provides systematically better agreement with experimental results and with current method the balance between accuracy and computational expense for LES can be obtained.  相似文献

利用脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱仪(LIBS)结合SEM、EDX和维氏硬度(HV)等分析手段,分析了316L不锈钢在350℃的液态锂中静态腐蚀500h后的腐蚀特性。微观形貌分析表明:样品存在较明显的晶间腐蚀,其腐蚀层厚度约为2.7μm。硬度分析表明:腐蚀后表面硬度值约HV234.72,约是腐蚀前硬度值的0.78倍。LIBS组分分析表明:经液态锂腐蚀后的样品表面Ni、Cr等元素含量相对减少;在被腐蚀区域Li元素含量随激光击打深度的增加而减少,而Ni、Cr等元素含量与之近似呈成正比递增;母材区Li元素的渗透深度约3.5μm,约是焊缝区的0.6倍。  相似文献

Smart materials with a combination of tough solid-like properties, fast self-healing and optical responsiveness are of interests for the development of new soft machines and wearable electronics. In this work, tough physically cross-linked elastomers that show high mechanical strength, intriguing temperature-adaptable self-healing and fluorochromic response properties are designed using aluminum(Al) and fluorescent europium(Eu) ions as cross-linkers. The ionic Al-COOH binding is incorporated to construct the strong polymer network which mainly contributes to the mechanical robustness of the elastomer consisting of two interpenetrated networks. The Eu-iminodiacetate(IDA) coordination is mainly used to build the weaker but more dynamic network which dominate the elasticity, self-healing and luminescence of the elastomer.Moderate Eu~(3+) and Al~(3+) contents give these supramolecular elastomers high toughness. The temperature-sensitive Eu-IDA coordination enables tunable self-healing rate and efficiency along with fast Eu-centered "ON/OFF" switchable red emission. The mechanical, self-healing and luminescence properties of these elastomers can be adjusted by tuning the ratio of the two types of metal ions. This elastomer is potentially applicable for biosensors, wearable optoelectronics and anticounterfeiting materials.  相似文献
