The surface properties of PE with bilayer and multilayer coatings based on polyelectrolyte complexes of the biospecific modified N-vinylpyrrolidone-maleic acid copolymer with chitosan, amphiphilic chitosan, or albumin have been investigated by atomic force microscopy, multiple attenuated total reflection spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and goniometry. The copolymer of N-vinylpyrrolidone and maleic acid contains affine ligands to plasminogen—fragments of α-amino-bonded lysine—and imparts thromboresistant properties to the surface being modified. The surface morphology and the size of particles of deposited intermediate layers of chitosan or albumin differ from those of the bilayer (multilayer) coatings containing an additional external layer of the biospecific copolymer. The deposition of the multilayer polymeric coatings promotes a more thorough coverage of the protected surface. Characteristic absorption bands that demonstrate the presence of the modifying polymers on the PE surface have been revealed; this fact is also confirmed by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy data on the atomic composition of the analyzed surface. A significant increase in the hydrophilicity of the modified surface is established by the contact angle technique.  相似文献

In a xenon-chlorine mixture an absorption spectrum has been recorded within the range 180-150 nm, corresponding to chemical radiative collisions Xe + Cl2 + XXXω → XeCl* + Cl. The fluorescence bands recorded with ultraviolet and blue-green light filters UFS-1 and SZS-19 may be attributed to XeCl* and Xe2Cl* molecules.  相似文献

Si dangling bond centers in aerosol particles of amorphous hydrogenated silicon formed by thermal decomposition of SiH4 in Ar were studied by pulsed electron paramagnetic resonance. The hole-burning and inversion-recovery experiments demonstrate that large-scale rapid spectral diffusion takes place in the samples with high spin concentration. Correlation times τc of the spectral diffusion and spin-lattice relaxation timesT 1 were obtained in the temperature range between 77 and 290 K. Above 130 K, τc andT 1 are proportional one to the other. The unusual feature of this spectral diffusion is that the shape of the central part of the spectral hole does not change when the delay time increases. The other paramagnetic centers previously investigated showed a remarkable change of the hole shape which was induced by modulation of dipolar interaction due to spin flips. It is suggested that the observed anomaly in the Si dangling bond centers arises due to cooperative spin flips.  相似文献

When the superoxide radical O(2)(?-) is generated on reaction of KO(2) with water in dimethyl sulfoxide, the decay of the radical is dramatically accelerated by inclusion of quinones in the reaction mix. For quinones with no or short hydrophobic tails, the radical product is a semiquinone at much lower yield, likely indicating reduction of quinone by superoxide and loss of most of the semiquinone product by disproportionation. In the presence of ubiquinone-10, a different species (I) is generated, which has the EPR spectrum of superoxide radical. However, pulsed EPR shows spin interaction with protons in fully deuterated solvent, indicating close proximity to the ubinquinone-10. We discuss the nature of species I, and possible roles in the physiological reactions through which ubisemiquinone generates superoxide by reduction of O(2) through bypass reactions in electron transfer chains.  相似文献
