A series of polysubstituted cyclopentadienephosphonate derivatives were synthesized via one-pot multicomponent reactions of primary amines and phosphites with activated acetylenic compounds in water as the solvent at room temperature.

Particularly valuable features of this method include high yields of products, broad substrate scope, short reaction time and a straightforward procedure.  相似文献

A new high-performance liquid chromatographic method is described for the determination of fatty acids in seed oils. The method was based on precolumn derivatization with 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate as a labeling agent and fluorescence detection. Fatty acids were extracted from the samples and subjected to derivatization with the reagent at 60°C for 10?min. The chromatographic separation of 14 fatty acids (C10–C22) was achieved on a combined loading compression octadecyl sulfate (CLC-ODS) column with a run time of 30?min. Three-step gradient elution of a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water was used, and the signal was monitored at excitation and emission wavelengths of 265 and 315?nm, respectively. The method indicated favorable sensitivity and reproducibility for fatty acids’ derivatives. The detection limits, at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3, were 0.01–0.05?µg/ml and relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 0.27%. Excellent linear responses were observed with coefficients of 0.9995. This method was applied to quantify fatty acids in white, brown, and black sesame seeds’ oil.  相似文献

We present multiple methods of high aspect ratio hole drilling in fused silica glass, taking advantage of high power and high repetition rate picosecond lasers and flexible beam delivery methods to excise deep holes with minimal collateral damage. Combinations of static and synchronous scanning of laser focus were explored over a range of laser repetition rates and burst-train profiles that dramatically vary laser plume interaction dynamics, heat-affected zone, and heat accumulation physics. Chemically assisted etching of picosecond laser modification tracks are also presented as an extension from femtosecond laser writing of volume nanograting to form high aspect ratio (77) channels. Processing windows are identified for the various beam delivery methods that optimize the laser exposure over energy, wavelength, and repetition rate to reduce microcracking and deleterious heating effects. The results show the benefits of femtosecond laser interactions in glass extend into the picosecond domain, where the attributes of higher power further yield wide processing windows and significantly faster fabrication speed. High aspect ratio holes of 400 μm depth were formed over widely varying rates of 333 holes per second for mildly cracked holes in static-focal positioning through to one hole per second for low-damage and taper free holes in synchronous scanning.  相似文献

Plant nonspecific lipid transfer proteins are small basic proteins that transport phospholipids between membranes and are subdivided into two subfamilies, nsLTP1 (9 kDa) and nsLTP2 (7 kDa). LTPs have potential application in the defense reactions against pathogens and the drug delivery systems. Many efforts have been made for purification of different nsLTPs from various plants; however, most of them used successive purification procedures. We have developed a relatively simple and efficient method for the purification of rice nsLTP1, based on the proteolytic activity of kiwifruit actinidin on the rice seed extract and one‐step chromatographic procedure on a CM‐Sepharose column. The purity of protein was determined by reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography (RP‐HPLC) and sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS‐PAGE). The isolated LTP1 migrated as a homogenous polypeptide with molecular mass of 9 kDa that confirms the efficiency of actinidin on the digestion of major contaminations present in the rice seed extract without any harmful effect on the LTP1. The advantages of using proteolytic activity of actinidin in purifying rice LTP1 includes the reduced separation time allowing the purification of LTP1 in one‐step chromatographic procedure, low costing, high efficiency, and the relative simplicity of the method.  相似文献

A nickel(II) into porous polyacrylonitrile–carbon nanotubes composite modified glassy carbon electrode (Ni/PAN-CNT/GCE) was fabricated by simple drop-casting and immersing technique. The unique electrochemical activity of Ni/PAN-CNT composite modified glassy carbon electrode was illustrated in 0.10?M NaOH using cyclic voltammetry. The Ni/PAN-CNT/GCE exhibits the characteristic of improved reversibility and enhanced current responses of the Ni(III)/Ni(II) couple compared with Ni/PAN/GCE and Ni/CNT/GCE. The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy indicated the successful immobilization for PAN-CNT composite film. Kinetic parameters such as the electron transfer coefficient, α, and rate constant, k s, of the electrode reaction were determined. Ni/PAN-CNT/GCE also shows good electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of carbohydrates (glucose, sucrose, fructose, and sorbitol). The electrocatalytic response showed a wide linear range (10–1,500, 12–3,200, 7–3,500, and 16–4,200?μM for glucose, sucrose, fructose, and sorbitol, respectively) as well as its experimental limit of detection can be achieved 6, 7, 5, and 11?μM for glucose, sucrose, fructose, and sorbitol, respectively. The modified electrode for carbohydrates determination is of the property of simple preparation, good stability, and high sensitivity.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the energy transfer phenomenon in a double-layer graphene (DLG) system. We use the balance equation approach in linear regime and random phase approximation screening function to obtain energy transfer rates at different electron temperatures, densities and interlayer spacings. We find that the rate of energy transfer in the DLG is qualitatively similar to that obtained in the double-layer two-dimensional electron gas but its values are an order of magnitude greater. Also, at large electron temperature differences between two graphene layers, the electron density dependence of energy transfer is significantly different, particularly in case of unequal electron densities.  相似文献

We investigate theoretically the dependence of energy transfer rate in Double-Quantum-Well system on the well thickness by using the balance equation formalism. Also, by including the local field correction in our calculations through the zero- and finite-temperature Hubbard approximations, we study the effect of the short-range interactions on the energy transfer phenomenon. Calculations consider both the static and dynamic screening approximations. Our numerical results predict that the energy transfer rate increases considerably by increasing the layers' thicknesses and by taking into account the short-range interactions, as well.  相似文献

In this study, the preparation of micron-sized polymer particles having a novel and unique nonspherical shape which we called almond-shell-like by dual-seeded dispersion polymerization (DSDP) of 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate (EHMA) with polystyrene (PS) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) seed particles in the presence of decane droplets and evaporation of decane after the polymerization was discussed. The experimental results showed that mushroom-like morphology which is a precursor of the almond-shell-like shape was obtained from DSDP of EHMA. It was found that with changing the PS/PMMA seed particles' weight ratio, the size of the dents on the surface of the particles can be controlled. Furthermore, it was observed that various nonspherical particles can be produced using different methacrylic seed particles and initiators.  相似文献
