A series of 8-azacoumarin, naphthyridine, and dioxazphenalene derivatives bearing conjugated moieties were intended and prepared by a concise and smooth approach using grinding and ultrasonic irradiation. A sustainable one pot reactions have emerged and progressed smoothly as an efficient and eco-safe methods in solvent less organic synthesis. The desired products were obtained in high yields, and the structures of all products were established on the basis of spectroscopic data and elemental analysis. Using the density functional theory (DFT) realized the electronic and structure characterization of synthesized azacoumarin. These heterocyclic compounds are chemically stable and are tested as antioxidants. Antioxidant potential was assessed using ABTS, and anti-hemolytic activity was evaluated by induced peroxide hemolysis. They gave good antioxidant results that showed potency ranging from good azacoumarin analogues 8 , 9 , 13 , 17 , and 20 , among compounds, showed much potency than that of commercial ascorbic acid.  相似文献

Lösung zum 2,2,4-Trimethylimidazolin-5-on (3) umsetzen.1 reagiert in guten bis sehr guten Ausbeuten mit primären und sekundären Aminen zu 2,2,5-Trimethyl-4-alkylamino-2H-imidazolen (4–12).

2.2.4-Trimethylimidazoline-5-thione (1) is obtained in good yields by the joint action of a large excess of sulfur and ammonia upon acetone at temperatures around –60° C in presence of certain accelerators. 1 gives a Cu(I)-salt and is converted by alkaline H2O2 to 2.2.4-trimethylimidazoline-5-one (3).1 reacts fairly smoothly with primary and secondary amines to yield 2.2.5-trimethyl-4-alkylamino-2H-imidazoles (4–12).

Grasses (family Poaceae) are economically important plants; they are used as crops and animal foods. Stipagrostis plumosa (L.) Munro ex T. Anderson is a member of this family and subjected to chemical and biological studies. The chromatographic techniques,  LC–ESI–MS and GC/MS were used for identification of polar and non-polar compounds in its extract. Ten compounds, including one new flavone glycoside; tricin 7-O-galactoside, three known flavones, three C-glycosyl flavones and three phenolic acids, were isolated from S. plumosa for the first time except tricin. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic interpretation. In addition to the isolated compounds, eleven compounds were tentatively identified using LC–ESI–MS, five of them were detected for the first time from this species. 29 non polar compounds were identified using GC–MS analysis, representing 83.13% of S. plumosa diethyl ether extract. In addition to the DPPH activity evaluation, the crude extract and the isolated compounds were investigated against five human carcinoma cell lines; A549, HCT-116, HepG2, MCF-7 and PC3 at a concentration of 100 μg/ml. From the isolated compounds tricin and luteolin 6,8-di-C-glucoside could be considered as natural-free radical scavenging agents.  相似文献

The catalytic conversion of methanol to dimethylether(DME)was studied over CuO/Al2O3,ZnO/Al2O3and ZnOCuO/Al2O3nanocatalysts prepared in presence or absence of ultrasonic irradiation.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),surface characterization method(BET),scanning electron microscope(SEM),H2-temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR)and temperature programmed desorption of ammonia(NH3-TPD).The experimental results show that during catalytic dehydration of methanol to dimethylether,the activities of the CuO/Al2O3,ZnO/Al2O3and ZnO-CuO/Al2O3catalysts prepared using ultrasonic treatment are much higher than those prepared in absence of ultrasonication.SEM shows that the use of ultrasonication results in much smaller nanoparticles.BET and XRD show that the ultrasonication increases the surface area and pore volume of the catalysts.H2-TPR profiles indicated that reducibility of the sonicated nanocatalysts is carried out at lower temperatures.NH3-TPD shows that ultrasound irradiation has enhanced the acidity of the nanocatalyst and hence enhanced catalytic performance for DME formation.  相似文献
