We present a newly devised technique, the dynamic layer-by-layer (LbL) deposition method, that is designed to take advantage of the LbL deposition method and fluidic devices. Polyelectrolyte solutions are sequentially injected through the fluidic LbL deposition device to quickly build well-defined multilayer films on a selected region with a linear increase in the material deposited. Multilayer film fabrication by this new method on a specific region was proven to be fast and effective. The effects on film quality of the processing parameters such as concentration of polyelectrolytes, flow rate, and contact time were investigated. A half-tethered self-standing film on a substrate was fabricated to demonstrate the effectiveness and the region-selective deposition capability of the devised dynamic LbL deposition method. 相似文献

Approximate analytical bound-state solutions of the Dirac particle in the fields of attractive and repulsive Rosen- Morse (RM) potentials including the Coulomb-like tensor (CLT) potential are obtained for arbitrary spin-orbit quantum number κ. The Pekeris approximation is used to deal with the spin-orbit coupling terms κ(κ± 1)r 2 . In the presence of exact spin and pseudospin (p-spin) symmetries, the energy eigenvalues and the corresponding normalized two-component wave functions are found by using the parametric generalization of the Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method. The numerical results show that the CLT interaction removes degeneracies between the spin and p-spin state doublets. 相似文献

The generalized form of Killingbeck potential is an attractive Coulomb term plus a linear term and a harmonic oscillator term, i.e. ?a/r + br + λr 2, which has a useful application in quarkonium spectroscopy. The ground state energy with the corresponding wave function are obtained for any arbitrary m-state in two-dimensional Klein–Gordon equation with equal mixture of scalar–vector Killingbeck potentials in the presence of constant magnetic and singular Ahoronov–Bohm flux fields perpendicular to the plane where the interacting charged particle is confined. The analytical exact iteration method is used in our solution. We obtain the energy eigensolutions for particle and antiparticle corresponding to S(r) = V(r) and S(r) = ?V(r) cases, respectively. Some special cases like the Coulomb, harmonic oscillator potentials and the nonrelativistic limits are found in presence and absence of external fields. 相似文献

A unique differential reactivity between dihydroisoquinolines and 3-nitrocoumarins was observed and was exploited for the efficient construction of lamellarins and their isomeric benzofuran-8-oxoprotoberberine derivatives under acid-catalyzed or base-promoted conditions. Further, these prepared aryl-substituted benzofuran-8-oxoprotoberberine derivatives bearing electron-donating substituents on benzofuran moiety are found to be benchtop stable but light-sensitive, and can undergo oxidative ring-opening reaction to give the corresponding keto products when exposed to visible light under aerobic conditions. 相似文献

The use of single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in current and future applications depends on the ability to process SWCNTs in a solvent to yield high-quality dispersions characterized by individual SWCNTs and possessing a minimum of SWCNT bundles. Many approaches for the dispersion of SWCNTs have been reported. However, there is no general assessment which compares the relative quality and dispersion efficiency of the respective methods. Herein we report a quantitative comparison of the relative ability of "wrapping polymers" including oligonucleotides, peptides, lignin, chitosan, and cellulose and surfactants such as cholates, ionic liquids, and organosulfates to disperse SWCNTs in water. Optical absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy provide quantitative characterization (amount of SWCNTs that can be suspended by a given surfactant and its ability to debundle SWCNTs) of these suspensions. Sodium deoxy cholate (SDOCO), oligonucleotides (GT)(15), (GT)(10), (AC)(15), (AC)(10), C(10-30), and carboxymethylcellulose (CBMC-250K) exhibited the highest quality suspensions of the various systems studied in this work. The physicochemical properties and dissolution profile of zaleplon (ZPN) β-cyclodextrin (βCD) inclusion complex were investigated. The phase solubility profile of ZPN with β-cyclodextrin was classified as AL-type. Stability constant with 1:1 molar ratio was calculated from the phase solubility diagram and the aqueous solubility of ZPN was found to be enhanced by 714% (p < 0.001) for β-cyclodextrin. Binary systems of ZPN with βCD were prepared by kneading method. The solid-state properties of complex were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier transformation-infrared spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffractometry. It could be concluded that ZPN could form inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin. The dissolution profile of inclusion complex was determined and compared with those of ZPN alone and its physical mixture. The dissolution rate of ZPN was significantly increased by complexation with βCD, as compared with pure drug and physical mixture. 相似文献

In this paper, we have analyzed the mathematical model of various nonlinear oscillators arising in different fields of engineering. Further, approximate solutions for different variations in oscillators are studied by using feedforward neural networks (NNs) based on the backpropagated Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm (BLMA). A data set for different problem scenarios for the supervised learning of BLMA has been generated by the Runge–Kutta method of order 4 (RK-4) with the “NDSolve” package in Mathematica. The worth of the approximate solution by NN-BLMA is attained by employing the processing of testing, training, and validation of the reference data set. For each model, convergence analysis, error histograms, regression analysis, and curve fitting are considered to study the robustness and accuracy of the design scheme. 相似文献

In this study, we have investigated the mathematical model of an immobilized enzyme system that follows the Michaelis–Menten (MM) kinetics for a micro-disk biosensor. The film reaction model under steady state conditions is transformed into a couple differential equations which are based on dimensionless concentration of hydrogen peroxide with enzyme reaction and substrate within the biosensor. The model is based on a reaction–diffusion equation which contains highly non-linear terms related to MM kinetics of the enzymatic reaction. Further, to calculate the effect of variations in parameters on the dimensionless concentration of substrate and hydrogen peroxide, we have strengthened the computational ability of neural network (NN) architecture by using a backpropagated Levenberg–Marquardt training (LMT) algorithm. NNs–LMT algorithm is a supervised machine learning for which the initial data set is generated by using MATLAB built in function known as “pdex4”. Furthermore, the data set is validated by the processing of the NNs–LMT algorithm to find the approximate solutions for different scenarios and cases of mathematical model of micro-disk biosensors. Absolute errors, curve fitting, error histograms, regression and complexity analysis further validate the accuracy and robustness of the technique. 相似文献

We have studied a series of solids using contact angle measurements; stainless steel, gold, aluminium, titanium nitride and PTFE that are frequently used in domestic water environments. It was found the influence of electron-donor (γ−) and electron-acceptor (γ+) free energies on material scaling rate was dominated by water wetting angles, providing materials exhibit an average roughness below 100 nm. The γ− component had the greatest influence on theoretical adhesion, while γLW, (Lifshitz-van der Waals) γ+ and γAB (acid-base) had little effect. From the materials analysed, amorphous carbon coatings were least adhesive, while ‘kettle coating’ and highly roughened steel the most adhesive. The size and distribution of asperities also influenced the polar free energies and subsequent adhesion due to fluctuations in the wetting angle. The results obtained indicate works of adhesion can be used as a complementary technique with Lewis acid-base theory to deliver useful information about the propensity of scale to deposit on solids. 相似文献
