A large family of bifunctional 1,2,3‐triazole derivatives that contain both a polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain and another functional fragment (e.g., a polymer, dendron, alcohol, carboxylic acid, allyl, fluorescence dye, redox‐robust metal complex, or a β‐cyclodextrin unit) has been synthesized by facile “click” chemistry and mildly coordinated to nanogold particles, thus providing stable water‐soluble gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) in the size range 3.0–11.2 nm with various properties and applications. In particular, the sensing properties of these AuNPs are illustrated through the detection of an analogue of a warfare agent (i.e., sulfur mustard) by means of a fluorescence “turn‐on” assay, and the catalytic activity of the smallest triazole–AuNPs (core of 3.0 nm) is excellent for the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol in water.  相似文献

The title compound, [UO2(C33H38N2O2)2](CF3SO3)2·2C5H5N, has been obtained by reaction of UIV tri­fluoro­methane­sulfonate with ptert‐butyl­tetrahomodioxacalix­[4]­arene in pyridine. The uranyl ion lies on an inversion centre and is bound to two O atoms from each diphenoxide ligand, which gives the usual square‐planar equatorial environment. The zwitterionic diphenoxide species results from nucleophilic attack by pyridine on the benzylic ether C atoms of the homooxacalixarene, assisted by initial U coordination to the ether groups, with subsequent metal oxidation giving the uranyl moiety.  相似文献

Metal/superconductor/semiconductor (Ag/Hg-1212/CdSe) hetero-nanostructures have been fabricated using pulse-electrodeposition technique and are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies. The junction capacitance of Ag/Hg-1212, Hg-1212/CdSe and Ag/Hg-1212/CdSe heterojunctions is measured in dark and under laser irradiation at room temperature. The nature of the junction formed and built-in-junction potentials were determined. The increase in carrier concentration across the junction due to photo-irradiation has been observed.  相似文献

The method of oxygen isotope substitution in neutron diffraction is introduced as a site specific structural probe. It is employed to measure the structure of light versus heavy water, thus circumventing the assumption of isomorphism between H and D as used in more traditional neutron diffraction methods. The intramolecular and intermolecular O-H and O-D pair correlations are in excellent agreement with path integral molecular dynamics simulations, both techniques showing a difference of ?0.5% between the O-H and O-D intramolecular bond distances. The results support the validity of a competing quantum effects model for water in which its structural and dynamical properties are governed by an offset between intramolecular and intermolecular quantum contributions.  相似文献

We report on a bistable MEMS device actuated by spin-crossover molecules. The device consists of a freestanding silicon microcantilever with an integrated piezoresistive detection system, which was coated with a 140 nm thick film of the [Fe(HB(tz)3)2] (tz=1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) molecular spin-crossover complex. Switching from the low-spin to the high-spin state of the ferrous ions at 338 K led to a reversible upward bending of the cantilever in agreement with the change in the lattice parameters of the complex. The strong mechanical coupling was also evidenced by the decrease of approximately 66 Hz in the resonance frequency in the high-spin state as well as by the drop in the quality factor around the spin transition.  相似文献

A robust procedure for the determination of protein‐backbone motions on time scales of pico‐ to milliseconds directly from residual dipolar couplings has been developed that requires no additional scaling relative to external references. The results for ubiquitin (blue in graph: experimental N? HN order parameters) correspond closely to the amplitude, nature, and distribution of motion found in a 400 ns molecular‐dynamics trajectory of ubiquitin (red).

Single crystals of the high-temperature form of NaFeP2O7 have been grown by a flux technique. II-NaFeP2O7 crystallizes in the monoclinic P21c space group with lattice parameters: a = 7.298(2) Å, b = 7.874(2) Å, c = 9.536(3) Å, β = 111.85(2)°. The structure refined from 1481 independent reflections leads to R = 0.044 and confirms the work previously published by M. Gabelica-Robert, M. Goreaud, P. Labbe, and B. Raveau (J. Solid State Chem.45, 389, 1982). Magnetic Mössbauer resonance studies have shown the existence of antiferromagnetic ordering with a weak ferromagnetic component below 30 K. The FeO bond is markedly ionic in character due to the highly polarizing power of phosphorus in tetrahedral site.  相似文献

We report new experimental and numerical results on supercontinuum generation at ultraviolet/visible wavelengths produced by the propagation of infrared femtosecond laser pulses in air. Spectral broadening is shown to similarly affect single filaments over laboratory distance scales, as well as broad beams over long-range propagation distances. Numerical simulations display evidence of the crucial role of third harmonic generation in the build-up of UV–visible wavelengths, by comparison with current single-envelope models including chromatic dispersion and self-steepening.
