Beta-1,3-glucans having carbohydrate-appendages (alpha-D-mannoside, N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminide and beta-lactoside) at the C6-position of every repeating unit can be readily prepared from curdlan (a linear beta-1,3-glucan) through regioselective bromination/azidation to afford 6-azido-6-deoxycurdlan followed by chemo-selective Cu(i)-catalyzed [3 + 2]-cycloaddition with various carbohydrate modules having a terminal alkyne. The resultant carbohydrate-appended curdlans can interact with polycytosine to form stable macromolecular complexes consistent with two polysaccharide strands and one polycytosine strand. Furthermore, these macromolecular complexes show strong and specific affinity toward carbohydrate-binding proteins (lectins). Therefore, one can utilize these carbohydrate-appended curdlans as a new family of glycoclusters.  相似文献

A highly sensitive determination of fluorine in standard rocks by photon activation using the19F(,n)18F reaction combined with pyrohydrolysis for the separation of18F has been reported. The irradiation energy was operated at 20 MeV to avoid the interference from Na, because Na is one of the major element in rocks and18F is also produced from Na via23Na(,n)18F reaction above its threshold energy, 20.9 MeV. After irradiation, fluorine was extracted by pyrohydrolysis and separated as LaF3 precipitate. It was ascertained that the average recovery of fluorine in standard rocks was about 90% and the precipitate was of high radiochemical purity. This method was applied to the analysis of ten GSJ rock reference samples and two USGS standard rocks issued by the Geological Survey of Japan and the United States Geological Survey, respectively. The detection limit of this method was 0.02 g/g, and the results obtained by this method were in good agreement with the recommended values. This method was easily applied to the determination of a few ppm level of fluorine in rock samples, such as ultrabasic rock and feldspar.  相似文献

To find a novel alpha-blocker with high alpha-blocking selectivity against dopamine D2-receptor affinity, we performed structural modification of the alkylene chains and the substituents on two benzene rings of 2-alkoxy-5-[(phenoxyalkylamino)alkyl]benzenesulfonamide derivatives. The modification of the alkylene chain between the amino moiety in the center of the molecule and the benzene ring (ring A) was found to be the most significant. 5-[2-[[2-(5-Fluoro-2-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl]amino]propyl]-2- methoxybenzenesulfonamide (II-4), which possesses 1-methylethyl as the alkylene chain, exhibited high alpha-blocking selectivity as well as potent alpha-blocking activity.  相似文献

Nonenzymatically glycated human serum albumin was incubated with ferric ion at 37 degrees C in 0.2 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, up to 30 days. 4-Fluorobenzophenone reacted with potassium carbonate in the presence of silica catalyst in diphenyl sulfone solvent to yield 4,4′-dibenzoyldiphenyl ether. This new etherification reaction was extended to three difluoro aromatic ketones. 4,4′-Bis(4-fluorobenzoyl)diphenyl ether ( I ) reacted with potassium carbonate to yield a crystalline poly(oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene) (PEK) and 4,4′-bis{4-[4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)phenoxy]benzoyl}benzene ( II ) gave a crystalline poly(oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene-oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene-oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene)(PEKEKEKK). 2,8-Bis(4-fluorobenzoyl)dibenzofuran ( III ) or 2,8-bis(4-chlorobenzoyl)dibenzofuran ( IV ) reacted with potassium carbonate to yield a poly(oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-2,8-dibenzofuran-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene) (PEKBK). The PEKBK was a noval amorphous polymer with the glass transition temperature of 222°C and it showed excellent thermal stability [T. Tanabe and I. Fukawa, Jpn. Pat., Kokai 64–74223 (1989)]. Several amorphous dibenzofuran type polyetherketone copolymers were prepared by coplycondensation of III with 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone ( V ) or 1,4-bis(4-fluorobenzoyl)benzene ( VI ) [T. An aqueous colloidal dispersion of Pt nanoparticles (NPs) stabilized by fullerenol C60(OH)12 (Pt:C60(OH)12) was successfully synthesized via liquid-phase chemical reduction. The subsequent pyrolysis of Pt:C60(OH)12 at different temperatures was conducted to afford Pt-doped carbon with different chemical compositions (Pt:C60n). X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and Infrared (IR) absorption spectroscopy and thermogravimetric measurements revealed that the thus-prepared nanocomposite consists of Pt NPs and high valent Pt-C60(OH)12 complex. One distinct feature of C60(OH)12 matrix as catalyst support is the suppression of size growth of Pt NPs during the pyrolysis up to 300 °C. Electrochemical experiments using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) were performed to find that Pt:C60300 (pyrolyzed at 300 °C) exhibited higher activity than others, that was attributed to the π-extended feature of the as-obtained carbon.  相似文献

An image scrambling encryption scheme for pixel bits was presented by Ye [Ye GD. Image scrambling encryption algorithm of pixel bit based on chaos map. Pattern Recognit Lett 2010;31:347-54], which can be seen as one kind of typical binary image scrambling encryption considering from the bit-plain of size M × (8N). However, recently, some defects existing in the original image encryption scheme, i.e., Ye’s scheme, have been observed by Li and Lo [Li CQ, Lo KT. Optimal quantitative cryptanalysis of permutation-only multimedia ciphers against plaintext attacks. Signal Process 2011;91:949-54]. In the attack proposed by Li and Lo at least 3 + ⌈log2(MN)⌉ plain images of size M × N are used to reveal the permutation matrix W = [w(ik)] (i ∈ {1, 2, … , M}; k ∈ {1, 2, … , 8N}) which can be applied to recover the exact plain image. In the current paper, at first, one type of special plain image/cipher image is used to analyze the security weakness of the original image scrambling scheme under study. The final encryption vectors TM and TN or the decryption vectors TM′ and TN′ are revealed completely according to our attack. To demonstrate the performance of our attack, a quantified comparison is drawn between our attack and the attack proposed by Li and Lo. Compared with Li and Lo’s attack, our attack is more efficient in the general conditions. In particular, when the sizes of images satisfy the condition M = N or M ? 8N, the number of the used plain images/cipher images is at most 9, which is sharply less than 3 + ⌈log2(MN)⌉ when M and N are of large size. To overcome the weaknesses of the original scheme, in this paper, an improved image scrambling encryption scheme is proposed. In the improved scheme, the idea of the “self-correlation” method is used to resist the chosen-plaintext attack/known-plaintext attack. The corresponding simulations and analyses illustrate that the improved encryption method has good cryptographic properties, and can overcome the weakness of the original image encryption scheme. Finally, farther improvement is briefly presented for the future work.  相似文献
