Local electronic structures around Ga and Mn in Mn-doped GaN film with Tc of 940 K are investigated by K X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) analysis. It was found that the shape of the Ga XANES spectrum is remarkably similar to that of the un-doped GaN film indicating that the local electronic structure around Ga is not disturbed with Mn doping. As for the Mn XANES spectra, obvious pre-edge peaks were observed: the fine structures in the pre-edges correspond with calculated Mn 3d partial density of states which predict impurity band formation with the Fermi energy stays in the spin-up band. These findings imply that Mn 3d levels stay within the gap with the Fermi energy stays in the spin-up band.  相似文献

The dehydration of aldoximes is an environmentally benign reaction affording the desired nitrile and water as a by‐product. However, most of the reported catalytic dehydration reactions of aldoximes require a solvent containing nitrile to synthesize the corresponding nitrile compounds. Inspired by recent reports on the enzymatic synthesis under nitrile‐free conditions, we here describe that a simple iron salt catalyzes the dehydration of aldoximes requiring neither other reagents nor nitrile media. Our method can be applied to the one‐pot synthesis of nitiriles from aldehydes.  相似文献

Three new type indoloditerpenes, emindoles PA (1), PB (2), and PC (3), were isolated from the mycelium of Emericella purpurea along with the sesterterpenes variecolol and variecolactone, and the dicyanide derivatives epurpurins A to C. The structures of 1-3 were confirmed by the spectroscopic investigation. The structure of emindoles PA (1) was revised from our preliminary report. Emindoles PA (1), PB (2), and PC (3) are the indoloditerpenes having a new type of carbon skeleton.  相似文献

Regioregular poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) has been a commonly used p‐type semiconducting material for solution processable organic electronics. To establish a living system of “Negishi‐type catalyst‐transfer polycondensation (NCTP)” using zincate complex as a synthetic method for well‐defined P3HT having predictable molecular weight (MW) and low dispersity (?), the ligands of Ni catalyst were optimized. As a result, a ligand of 1,2‐bis(dicyclohexylphosphino)ethane produced P3HTs with highly controlled number average MWs (1650–32,800) and very low ? values (1.03–1.17). The polymerization results were strongly influenced by steric hindrance based on the factors of cone angle and bite angle of Ni catalysts, and/or electron‐donating ability of phosphine ligands. In addition, we succeeded in the two‐stage polymerization of P3HT and the synthesis of P3HT‐b‐poly(3‐octadecylthiophene), the latter of which is the first demonstration by NCTP using zincate complex. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The adsorption property of the polyampholyte gel composed of sodium styrene sulfate (SSS) and vinylbenzyl trimethylammonium chloride (VBTA) has been investigated with several hydrophobic aromatic compounds as adsorbate. Using the N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) gel, the corresponding experiments were also performed for comparison. At room temperature, the NIPA gel hardly adsorbed the aromatic compounds, while it adsorbed them at higher temperatures. As for the SSS-VBTA gel, the adsorption amounts of the polyaromatic compounds decreased with increasing temperature, while the adsorption amounts of the monoaromatic compounds were almost independent of temperature and smaller than those of the polyaromatic compounds. These results indicate that the aromatic rings in the SSS-VBTA gel may play an important role in the adsorption of the aromatic compounds. Also, it has been demonstrated that the SSS-VBTA gel can repeatedly adsorb bisphenol-A at room temperature and desorb it at higher temperature by the temperature-swing operation: this behavior is diametrically opposite to that of the NIPA gel. This shows that the SSS-VBTA gel is much more suitable for the adsorption removal of the hydrophobic aromatic compounds from very dilute aqueous solutions, because a vast amount of energy is required for heating a large amount of water when using the NIPA gel.  相似文献

2-Functionalized 4-nitroanilines were readily synthesized by ring transformation using 3,5-dinitro-2-pyridone and enaminones prepared from 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and amines. Modification of the amino group and the ortho-position could be achieved by simply changing the enaminones. Using this strategy, functional groups such as acetyl, benzoyl, and ethoxycarbonyl groups could be introduced into the nitroaniline framework.  相似文献

A novel method of analyzing the switching field distribution (SFD) and magnetic correlation length of perpendicular magnetic recording media that uses major and minor magnetization loops is proposed. By applying the analysis to a series of capped perpendicular media, we found that a thick capping layer with a low saturation magnetization effectively reduced SFD without rapidly increasing the magnetic correlation length. Transmission electron microscope observation suggests that the SFD is narrowed by the increased uniformity of intergranular exchange coupling via the thick capping layer. Evaluations of recording characteristics demonstrated a close correlation between narrower SFDs and improved recording performance. Reducing exchange coupling dispersion is a clear solution for improving the performance of recording media.  相似文献

In recent years, world climate change and global warming have been big issues. One of the solutions is to use renewable energies; however, renewable energies have an intermittent nature. In the case of photovoltaic arrays, the intermittency is mainly caused by fluctuating irradiation from sunlight due to clouds. In this study, biohydrogen production from photosynthetic bacteria was focused for the use of fluctuating sunlight irradiation. Previous researches have revealed some characteristics of biohydrogen production, and these results enable one to expect that photosynthetic bacteria have fluctuating light tolerance of biohydrogen production, in which the bacteria are able to produce biohydrogen continuously under fluctuating light irradiation. There have been quite a few studies to evaluate time-course changes of biohydrogen production under fluctuating irradiation, and therefore time-course evaluations have been performed. A 10-min light/dark illumination pattern was set for the fluctuating irradiation and the magnitude of the fluctuation was used to evaluate the fluctuation of the hydrogen production rate and irradiation light. The results indicated that the fluctuation was 0.22 times smaller through the photosynthetic bacteria. The results of this study indicate that photosynthetic bacteria have fluctuating light tolerance. Biohydrogen production, having fluctuating light tolerance, would be useful for realistic use of sunlight energy as renewable energy.  相似文献

Novel conjugated polymers composed of benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene and thieno[3,4‐b]pyrazine or dithieno[3′,2′:3,4;2″,3″:5,6]benzo[1,2‐d]imidazole units are synthesized by Stille polycondensation. The resulting polymers display a longer wavelength absorption and well‐defined redox activities. The effective intramolecular charge‐transfer and energy levels of all polymers are elucidated by computational calculations. Bulk‐heterojunction solar cells based on these polymers as p‐type semiconductors and [6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC61BM) as an n‐type semiconductor are fabricated, and their photovoltaic performances are for the first time evaluated. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
