Cu(I) and nanoparticles of Pd supported on ethylenediamine‐functionalized cellulose as a novel bio‐supported catalyst was synthesized and characterized. The synthesized catalyst was found to be a highly efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of 1,4,5‐trisubstituted 1,2,3‐triazoles through a sustainable 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition/direct arylation sequence. The catalyst could be easily recovered by simple filtration and reused for at least five cycles without losing its activity. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Nanocomposites from organoclay and aromatic polyamide were prepared using solution intercalation method. Aramid chains were
synthesised by reacting 4-aminophenylsulfone with isophthaloyl chloride in dimethylacetamide. Dodecylamine was used as a modifier
to change the hydrophilic nature of montmorillonite into organophilic. Suitable quantities of organoclay were mixed in the
aramid solution with high-speed stirring for homogeneous dispersion of the clay. Thin films cast from these materials after
evaporating the solvent were characterised. The morphology of nanocomposites was determined by X-ray diffraction and TEM.
Results revealed the formation of delaminated and disordered intercalated clay platelets in the aramid matrix. Mechanical
data indicated improvement in the tensile strength and modulus with clay loading up to 6 wt.%. The glass transition temperature
increased up to 20 wt.% organoclay, suggesting better cohesion between the two phases and thermal stability augmented with
increasing clay loading. The water uptake reduced gradually as a function of organoclay showing decreased permeability. 相似文献

The motion of mono-disperse spherical steel particles in a vibration driven quasi-two-dimensional (2D) square cell is studied. The cell is horizontally vibrated to eliminate the effect of gravity compaction. The velocity distributions at different particle number densities are studied and found to obey the form exp[-β(|vy|/σy)α], in which v y and σ y are velocity and its variance in the transverse direction, and α and β are fitting parameters. The value of α is found to decrease with the number density of particles increasing. To investigate the effect of the bottom plate, the molecular dynamics simulation without considering any bottom friction is performed. The accordance between the simulation result and the experimental result shows that the influence of bottom plate friction force on the high energy tail of the velocity distribution can be neglected. 相似文献

The coherent pion production induced by neutrinos in nuclei is studied using a delta hole model in the local density approximation taking into account the renormalization of Delta properties in a nuclear medium. The pion absorption effects are included in an eikonal approximation. These effects give a large reduction in the total cross section. The numerical results for the total cross section are found to be consistent with recent experimental results from the K2K and MiniBooNE Collaborations and other older experiments in the intermediate energy region. 相似文献

Novel structural hybrids of benzofuran–oxadiazole and benzofuran–triazole have been synthesized and evaluated for their potential against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Escherichia coli. The excellent antibiotic activity was shown by compounds 5c and 9c against S. aureus with minimum inhibitory concentration values in 1.74–5.16 mg/mL range. The estimation of in vitro antifungal activity of synthetic compounds was performed against Trichoderma harzianum, Aspergillus niger, and Metarhizium anisopliae. Among compounds 5a – 5j , only 5h and 5i showed promising antifungal potential against T. harzianum and A. niger, whereas compound 5j showed enhanced antifungal effect only against A. niger when their activity values were compared with standard drug amphotericin. No pronounced antifungal activity was shown by synthesized compounds 9a–j , except for compound 9g , which was active against all fungal strains having minimum inhibitory concentration values in 1.90–2.03 mg/mL range. In addition to antimicrobial evaluation, the synthesized compounds were also analyzed to study their effects on the catalytic potential of laccase, and it was found that among all, compound 9b showed very strong activity with maximum relative reactivity of 145% at 0.03‐mM concentration. 相似文献

Effects on RCS of perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) sphere by coating with anisotropic plasma layer are studied in this paper. The incident, scattered and transmitted electromagnetic fields are expanded in term of spherical vector wave functions using extended classical theory of scattering. Co and cross-polarized scattered field coefficients are obtained at the interface of free space-anisotropic plasma and at anisotropic plasma-PEMC sphere core by scattering matrices method. The presented analytical expressions are general for any perfect conducting sphere (PMC, PEC, or PEMC) with general anisotropic/isotropic material coatings that include plasma and metamaterials. The behavior of the forward and backscattered radar cross section of PEMC sphere with the variation of the magnetic field strength, incident frequency, plasma density, and effective collision frequency for the co-polarized and the cross polarized fields are investigated. It is also observed from the obtained results that anisotropic layer on PEMC sphere shows reciprocal behavior as compared to isotopic plasma layer on PEMC sphere. The comparisons of the numerical results of the presented analytical expressions with available results of some special cases show the correctness of the analysis. 相似文献
