3‐Amino‐3‐phenyl‐2‐phenylazoacrylonitrile 6 is obtained in good yield via reaction of 5 with phenyl magnesium bromide. The compound 6 is readily converted into 4a . The so formed alkanenitrile reacted with phenylmagnesium bromide to yield 8 . Compound 8 could be also obtained from reaction of 9 with phenylmagnesium bromide. The arylhydrazononitriles 8 and 4a reacted with chloroacetonitrile to yield the 4‐aminopyrazoles 12a,b . Compound 12a reacted with acetic anhydride to yield the 15a and with benzoyl chloride to yield the pyrazole 16 which was converted into 15b . Refluxing 10 in acetic acid gave a mixture of the azadiene 21 and the cinnoline 22 is obtained. The azadiene 21 is converted into 22 either thermally or photochemically.  相似文献

In order to investigate of cobalt-doped interracial polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) layer and interface trap (Dit) effects, A1/p- Si Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) are fabricated, and their electrical and dielectric properties are investigated at room temperature. The forward and reverse admittance measurements are carded out in the frequency and voltage ranges of 30 kHz-300 kHz and -5 V-6 V, respectively. C-V or er-V plots exhibit two distinct peaks corresponding to inversion and accumulation regions. The first peak is attributed to the existence of Dit, the other to the series resistance (Rs), and interfacial layer. Both the real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant (er and err) and electric modulus (Mr and Mrr), loss tangent (tan~), and AC electrical conductivity (aac) are investigated, each as a function of frequency and applied bias voltage. Each of the M~ versus V and Mrr versus V plots shows a peak and the magnitude of peak increases with the increasing of frequency. Especially due to the Dit and interfacial PVA layer, both capacitance (C) and conductance (G/w) values are strongly affected, which consequently contributes to deviation from both the electrical and dielectric properties of A1/Co-doped PVA/p-Si (MPS) type SBD. In addition, the voltage-dependent profile of Dit is obtained from the low-high frequency capacitance (CLF-CHF) method.  相似文献

The shift of the Q-band of sodium zinc(II)-2,9,16,23-phthalocyanine tetracarboxylate (ZnPc(COONa)4) to about 800 nm is attributed to the influence of the electron-donating property of the carboxylate groups substituted in the β–position. ZnPc(COONa)4 which was found to have a symmetry of D 2h characterized by a splitting of the Q transition. This splitting was interpreted by the formation of dianionic symmetric ZnPc(COONa)4 resulting from the dissociation of the pyrrole protons as well as the possibility of Na+ dissolution of ZnPc(COONa)4 in the aqueous solution of NaOH.  相似文献

Abstract

A rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method is developed for the quantitative determination of piperazine, piperazine salts and diethylcarbamazine citrate. The method is based on the formation of donor-acceptor complexes between the compound and chloranilic acid. The interaction product has a characteristic absorption maximum at about 345 nm. The system obeys Beer's law in the concentration range of 1–10 ugml?1 of piperazine hexahydrate, adipate, phosphate, citrate and diethylcarbamazine citrate. The effects of several experimantal variables have been studied and the stoichiometric composition of the complex has been determined. The developed procedure has been found to be simple, rapid and precise and its application to various dosage forms was demonstrated and yields results comparable with the standard method.  相似文献

In this study, fatty amides (FAs) synthesized from palm olein were used to extract and separate Mo(VI) from acidic media. Effects of various parameters upon the separation of Mo(VI) from Co(II), Ni(II), Al(III) and Mn(II), including extractant concentration, metal ion concentration, contact time, diluent, and acidity, were investigated. It was found that Mo(VI) was successfully separated from the above commonly associated metal ions by stripping from the loaded organic phase. Different acidic and alkaline solutions were used. Ammonium hydroxide solution was an optimal. Extraction of Mo(VI) into the organic phase involved the formation of 1:3 complexes. This work presents the development of a low-cost and environmentally friendly extractant to recycle and recover molybdenum.  相似文献

This paper studies the fabrication and characterization of 80 nm zinc oxide anti-reflective coating (ARC) on flexible 1.3 μm thin film microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si) solar cell. High resolution X-ray diffraction (HR-XRD) shows a c-axis oriented ZnO (0 0 2) peak (hexagonal crystal structure) at 34.3° with full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 0.3936°. Atomic force microscope (AFM) measures high surface roughness root-mean-square (RMS) of the layer (50.76 nm) which suggests scattering of the incident light at the front surface of the solar cell. UV–vis spectrophotometer illustrates that ZnO ARC has optical transmittance of more than 80% in the visible and infra-red (IR) regions and corresponds to band gap (Eg) of 3.3 eV as derived from Tauc equation. Inclusion of ZnO ARC successfully suppresses surface reflectance from the cell to 2% (at 600 nm) due to refractive index grading between the Si and the ZnO besides quarter-wavelength (λ/4) destructive interference effect. The reduced reflectance and effective scattering effect of the incident light at the front side of the cell are believed to be the reasons why short-circuit current (Isc) and efficiency (η) of the cell improve.  相似文献

The effects of quantum confined stark effect (QCSE) and quantum well (QW) thickness on the optical properties of violet InGaN laser diodes (LDs) have numerically been investigated. The simulation results indicated that the QCSE greatly effects the optical properties of LDs, where QCSE relates to the QW thickness and it increases when the QW thickness is wider which leads to deteriorating of the optical proprieties of the violet InGaN LD. The polarization in the active region of the InGaN LD has been estimated by the blue shift of the wavelength and it is found that the blue shift of the wavelength depends on the QW thickness. The major simulation result has shown that the best properties of violet InGaN LD can be obtained with smaller QW thickness, where more carriers can be restricted, stayed and overlapped inside the QW which leads to a larger stimulated recombination rate and optical material gain which in turn increase the output power of the LD; while decreasing the threshold current of the LD.  相似文献

Abstract

Interaction of chlorocyclodiphosphazanes (I) with some bifunctional reagents (such as phenylurea, diphenylurea, thiourea and its phenyl derivatives) in acetonitrile furnished geminal and nongeminal aminocyclodiphosphazanes of type (II–V). The structures of the isolated products were proposed on the basis of microanalytical data, infrared, ultraviolet, 1H n.m.r., and mass spectra. The behavior of 4-hydroxycoumarin (1), 7-hydroxycoumarin (2), 4-hydroxy-bergapten (3), and 4-hydroxyisopimpinellin (4) toward sulfur reagents, namely, thionyl chloride, phosphorus pentasulfide, thiolacetic acid, and Lawesson's reagent (5), was studied. The nature of products in each case depended upon the type of reactants and reaction conditions. Possible reaction mechanisms were considered, and structural elucidations of the new products were based upon compatible elementary and spectroscopic evidences.  相似文献
