This paper presents a novel mass conservative, positivity preserving wetting and drying treatment for Godunov‐type shallow water models with second‐order bed elevation discretization. The novel method allows to compute water depths equal to machine accuracy without any restrictions on the time step or any threshold that defines whether the finite volume cell is considered to be wet or dry. The resulting scheme is second‐order accurate in space and keeps the C‐property condition at fully flooded area and also at the wet/dry interface. For the time integration, a second‐order accurate Runge–Kutta method is used. The method is tested in two well‐known computational benchmarks for which an analytical solution can be derived, a C‐property benchmark and in an additional example where the experimental results are reproduced. Overall, the presented scheme shows very good agreement with the reference solutions. The method can also be used in the discontinuous Galerkin method. Functionalized bis(amino)phosphines of the type PhP(NHR)2 ( 1a–c ) and aminophosphines of the type Ph2PNHR ( 2a–c ) have been synthesized by treating PhPCl2 or Ph2PCl with corresponding primary amines of H2N-R where R = -CH2SO3H, -C6H4SO3H, and benzo-15-crown-5. The molybdenum(0) complex of the aminophosphine ( 3 ) has been obtained by reacting cis-[Mo(CO)4(bipy)] with aminophosphine ( 2c ). The synthesized aminophosphines, bis(amino)phosphines, and the molybdenum(0) complex have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, and MS spectroscopic techniques and by elemental analysis.  相似文献

In this study, dodecyltrimethylammonium (DTMA) bromide was used to modify natural sepiolite via an ion exchange reaction to form DTMA-sepiolite. Sepiolite and DTMA-sepiolite were then characterized by using Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), elemental analysis, XRD, FT-IR, thermogravimetric (TG) and zeta potential analysis techniques. The BET surface area of sepiolite significantly decreased from 152.14 m2 g–1 to 88.63 m2 g–1, after the modification, due to the coverage of the pores of sepiolite. DTMA was located onto sepiolite according to the differential thermogravimetric (dTG) peaks of DTMA-sepiolite. XRD results confirmed the interaction between DTMA+ cations and sepiolite. FT-IR spectra indicated the existence of DTMA functional groups on sepiolite surface. After the characterization was accomplished, adsorption isotherm studies of naphthalene, which is the first member of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), were carried out. The maximum adsorption capacity of DTMA-sepiolite for naphthalene was determined from Langmuir isotherm equation at pH 6 and 20 °C as 1.88 × 10–4 mol g?1 or 24.09 mg g?1.  相似文献

The increasing clinical importance of drug-resistant fungal and bacterial pathogens has lent additional urgency to microbiological research and new antimicrobial compound development. For this purpose, new pyrazoline derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for antimicrobial activity.

Some 1-[(N, N-disubstitutedthiocarbamoylthio)acetyl]-3,5-diaryl-2-pyrazolines derivatives were synthesized by reacting 1-(chloroacetyl)-3,5-diaryl-2-pyrazolines with appropriate potassium salts of secondary amine dithiocarbamic acids. The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated by IR, 1 H-NMR, and FAB+-MS spectral data. Their antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus (B-767), Escherichia coli (B-3704), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Proteus vulgaris (NRLL B-123), and Candida albicans (NRRL-27077) were investigated. The results showed that some of the compounds have notable activity against S. aureus and C. albicans.  相似文献

Random copolymers of poly(ethylene oxide) macromonomer with p‐vinylbenzyl end‐functional group (PEOVB) and liquid crystalline monomer, namely 6‐(4‐cyanobiphenyl‐4′‐oxy)hexyl acrylate (COA), were prepared by conventional free radical polymerization. A living anionic polymerization technique was employed for the synthesis of PEO macromonomers bearing p‐vinylbenzyl moiety at one end. The photon transmission method was also applied to study the phase transitions of COA monomer and its random copolymer with PEO. It was found that, for both samples, the nematic‐smectic A transition is continuous, but the critical fluctuation regions do not allow to obtain 3D XY values. Instead, we have obtained the values close to mean field regime. Scaling of thermal hystersis for random copolymer sample near the nematic‐isotropic transition was studied as well. Thermal hysteresis loops were produced under linearly varying temperature. It was shown that the areas of the hysteresis loops scale with the temperature scanning rate with an exponent being equal to 0.614 which is in good agreement with the field‐theoretical value.  相似文献

In this study, the nine coordination polymers of Fe(III), Co(II) and Ni(II) salts have been synthesized using polyacrylamide (PAA), polt(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and their structures were characterized by magnetic and conductivity measurements, ultraviolet‐visible (UV‐VIS), FTIR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The structures of Fe(III) complexes in the all coordination polymers were found as tetrahedral. The structures of PAA‐Co(II) coordination polymer was determined as octahedral geometry whereas PEG‐Co(II) and PVA‐Co(II) complexes showed as tetrahedral structure. PAA‐Ni(II) and PEG‐Ni(II) complexes have octahedral geometry, whereas PVA‐Ni(II) has a square planar structure. Besides, the stress‐strain experiments of PVA‐metal coordination polymers obtained rubber‐like structure were carried out and the value of breaking‐strain of PVA‐Ni(II) complex was found to be about 17% of vulcanized natural rubber. The conductivities of the resulting polymer‐metal complexes were measured by four‐probe technique and were found in the range 10?5?10?6 Scm?1. Thus, it was suggested that they can be used in the field potential application of conducting polymers. TGA results revealed that among the complexes PEG‐Fe(III) and PVA‐Fe(III) complexes have the highest thermally stable.  相似文献
