We study the influence of a finite container on an ideal gas. The trace of theheat kernel (t) = = 1exp(–t), where {} = 1are the eigenvalues of the negative Laplacian – 2 = – 3 = 1(/x )2 in the (x 1, x 2, x 3)-space,is studied for a general bounded domain with a smooth bounding surface S, where afinite number of Dirichlet, Neumann, and Robin boundary conditions on thepiecewise smooth parts S i (i = 1, ..., n) of S are considered such that S =U i = 1 S i . Some geometrical properties of (the volume, the surface area, the meancurvature, and the Gaussian curvature) are determined. Furthermore,thermodynamic quantities, particularly the energy, for an ideal gas enclosed inthe general bounded domain with Dirichlet, Neumann, and Robin conditionsare examined with the help of the asymptotic expansions of (t) for short timet. A series of new α-hydroxyphosphonate (5–14) have been synthesized in high yields by reaction of β-chloro-α,β-unsaturated aldehydes (14) and trialkyl phosphite in the presence of chlorotrimethylsilane at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. In addition, compounds (514) were reacted with acetic anhydride in DBU to give the new α-acetoxyphosphonate derivatives (1523). All these phosphonates (523) were obtained as mixtures of two (E and Z) isomers and fully characterized by multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 31P) NMR, IR spectroscopy and HRMS.  相似文献

Polyamides containing thieno[2,3-b]thiophene moiety were prepared via a simple polycondensation reaction of the diaminothieno[2,3-b]thiophene monomer 1a with different kinds of diacid chlorides (including oxalyl, adipoyl, sebacoyl, isophthaloyl, terephthaloyl, 4,4′-azodibenzoyl, 3,3′-azodibenzoyl, p-phenylene diacryloyl) in the presence of LiCl and NMP as a solvent through lowtemperature solution polycondensation. The chemical structures of model compound and synthesized polyamides were confirmed by FTIR, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (including 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) and elemental analysis. In addition, the thermal stability, crystallinity structure and surface morphology of synthesized polyamides were characterized via thermogravametric analysis (TGA), wide-angle X-ray diffraction analysis (WAXD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Also, the corrosion inhibition behavior of selected examples of polyamides was investigated; the inhibitive effect of the investigated polymers for carbon steel in 1.0 mol·L?1 HCl was studied using potentiodynamic polarization (PDP) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. PDP results displayed that the polyamides containing thieno[2,3-b]thiophene moiety can be as mixed-type inhibitors. The inhibition efficiency (P, %) was found to be in the range from 67.13% to 96.01%. There is an increase in P by the synthesized polymers in comparison to the starting monomer. The adsorption of these polymers was found to obey Langmuir adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

Nanostructured biomaterials have great potential in the field of biomedical engineering. Efforts for treatment of cardiovascular diseases focused on introducing vascular substitutes that are nonthrombogenic and have long‐term patency, but still there is not any perfect replacement for clinical use. In this study, nanostructure tubes of a commonly known biocompatible polymer, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), were prepared via electrospinning process using small diameter mandrel as a collector with two different speeds. The nanofibers (NFs) morphologies' physical and mechanical properties were investigated according to scanning electron microscope (SEM), water contact angle (WCA), porosity measurement, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and tensile test. Finer NFs, more percentage of crystallinity, and superior mechanical properties were observed for samples prepared by higher speed mandrel. Since both samples stimulated platelet adhesion and activation, further surface modification with sodium nitrate as nitric oxide (NO) donor was done using two different approaches: dip‐coating and electrospraying. The modified NFs were evaluated via SEM, WCA, tensile test, platelets, and cell adhesion. The results showed more hydrophilicity, reduction in platelet adhesion, and improved blood compatibility for eNO‐HS (electrosprayed NO for higher collector speed) compared with other samples implying the promising potential of this fabrication and modification technique for improving PET‐based cardiovascular substitutes.  相似文献

Novel 4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl-1H-1,2,4-triazole derivatives were synthesized using a facile and highly efficient, one-pot, four-component procedure in the presence of KHSO4 as an acidic catalyst under ultrasonic irradiations in short reaction times (10–25 min) and good to excellent yields (70–96%). The synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial activities against Gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and Gram-positive (Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus luteus) bacteria, and their antioxidant activity was also evaluated. Some of the products showed potential antibacterial and high antioxidant activities.  相似文献

We have performed firstly studies of the photoinduced second order susceptibilities in the Au nanoparticles (NP) A, B and C under simultaneous influence of the bicolor 1064 nm and bicolor laser treatment (1064 nm 10 ns pulsed laser with pulse power densities 532 nm 10 ns laser treatment and the cw 300 mW 532 nm SHG coherent laser beams. We have studied three types of samples possessing irregular and different dense parameters of the Au NP deposited on the ITO substrate. We have found that the maximal bicolor (1064 nm and 532 nm) stimulated optical second harmonic generation for the 10 ns pulse duration was observed for the samples possessing irregular Au NP deposited on the ITO. We have performed studies of the photoinduced second order susceptibilities in the Au NP under simultaneous influence of the bicolor 1064 nm and bicolor laser treatment (1064 nm 10 ns pulsed laser with pulse power densities 532 nm 10 ns laser treatment and the cw 300 mW 532 nm SHG coherent laser beams). We have found that during the 15-20 min of the cw treatment there occur the principal changes in the absorption maxima. These maxima indicate on the occurrence of the additional absorption nearby the 308 nm and 310 nm and 345 nm spectral bands. The later are caused by the occurrence of the trapping levels in the border between the ITO substrate and the Au nanoparticles.  相似文献

Purpose

To predict malignancy of mediastinal lymphadenopathy with diffusion-weighted imaging.

Material and methods

A prospective study was conducted on 35 patients with mediastinal lymphadenopathy (28 malignant and seven benign nodes). They underwent echoplanar diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging of the mediastinum with b-factors of 0, 300 and 600 s/mm2. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of the mediastinal lymph nodes were calculated. The ADC values were correlated with the biopsy results and statistical analysis was done. A value of P<.05 was considered significant.

Results

The mean ADC value of malignant mediastinal lymphadenopathy (1.06±0.3×10−3 mm2/s) was significantly lower (P=.001) than that of benign lymphadenopathy (2.39±0.7×10−3 mm2/s). There was an insignificant difference in the ADC values between metastatic and lymphomatous mediastinal lymph nodes (P=.32) as well as within benign nodes (P=.07). When an ADC value of 1.85×10−3 mm2/s was used as a threshold value for differentiating malignant mediastinal nodes from benign nodes, the best results were obtained with an accuracy of 83.9%, a sensitivity of 96.4%, a specificity of 71.4%, a negative predictive value of 95.2% and a positive predictive value of 77.1%. The area under the curve was 0.98.

Conclusion

Diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging is a promising noninvasive imaging modality that can be used for characterization of mediastinal lymphadenopathy and differentiation of malignant from benign mediastinal lymph nodes.  相似文献

Evaluating the performance of activities or organization by common data envelopment analysis models requires crisp input/output data. However, the precise inputs and outputs of production processes cannot be always measured. Thus, the data envelopment analysis measurement containing fuzzy data, called “fuzzy data envelopment analysis”, has played an important role in the evaluation of efficiencies of real applications. This paper focuses on the fuzzy CCR model and proposes a new method for determining the lower bounds of fuzzy inputs and outputs. This improves the weak efficiency frontiers of the corresponding production possibility set. Also a numerical example illustrates the capability of the proposed method.  相似文献
