Newly synthesized 1,2,3‐benzotriazine‐4‐one derivatives substituted at position‐3 were characterized by various analytical and spectral techniques. The in vitro antitumor activity was evaluated against three different cell lines (liver cells cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer), where compounds 7b , 15 , and 25 showed strong antitumor activity with IC50 ranging from 5.54 to 16.26 μM. In addition, molecular modeling studies using MOE were performed to investigate their binding modes to the C‐Met kinase active site. Docking results demonstrated that all new compounds recognized the active sites of C‐Met kinase and form different types of bonding interactions with key active site amino acid residues.  相似文献

Spinel and zirconia were studied by measuring the total secondary electron emission (SEE) yield σ in a dedicated scanning electron microscope (SEM) especially equipped to study the fundamental aspects of the charge trapping in insulating materials during a 1.1 keV electron irradiation at room temperature. The variation of the total SEE yield with the injected dose for both spinel and zirconia is different. In spinel the coefficient σ starts from its intrinsic value σ0 = 4 and reaches a plateau at σ = 1 at the end of irradiation, which corresponds to the self-regulated regime. The continuity of the curves, shot after shot, proves that the trapped charges are stable and does not spread out in the material as injection proceeds. In this case spinel is called “trapper insulator”. In contrast with the spinel, σ in zirconia, never reaches unity while the injected charge increases: it evolves from its intrinsic yield σ0 = 2.3 to a steady value a few percent above 1. The curve shows the relaxation of the positive generated charge. In this case zirconia is called “conductive insulator”. The difference in the charging kinetics of the two materials is attributed to the difference in conductivities.  相似文献

In this article, we theoretically study electromagnetic waves that propagate in a one-dimensional photonic heterostructure that contains left-handed materials. We suggest a type of heterostructure that is composed of two photonic crystals (PCs) that consist of different materials, rather than the previously studied heterostructures that are based on changing the thicknesses of alternating layers, to target zero-average-index gap enlargement. Numerical calculations of the transmittance show that the suggested structure possesses an ultra-wide zero-average-index gap that is robust for both transverse electric and magnetic polarizations. The demonstrated wide gap is independent of the incidence angle. The proposed structure works as a perfect stop-band filter, which completely blocks both polarizations, and may have many other potential applications.  相似文献

Phosphate glasses with compositions (59.5–x)P2O5–MgO–xAgCl–0.5Er2O3 (0.0≤x≤1.5 mol%) containing fixed concentration of Er3+ ion with and without silver nanoparticles (NPs) are prepared using melt quenching technique. The amorphous nature of the glass is confirmed using the X-ray diffraction method. The homogeneous distribution of spherical Ag NPs (average size ~37 nm) in the glassy matrix is evidenced from the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analyses. The UV–vis–NIR absorption spectra shows 10 bands corresponding to 4I13/2, 4I11/2, 4I9/2, 4F9/2, 4S3/2, 2H11/2, 4F7/2, 4F5/2, 2G9/2, 4G11/2 transitions in which the most intense bands are 2H11/2 and 4G11/2. The absorption spectrum of Er3+ ions free glass sample containing Ag NPs displays a prominent surface Plasmon resonance (SPR) band located at 528 nm. The infrared to visible frequency upconversion (UC) emission under 797 nm excitation shows two emission bands green (4S3/24I15/2) and red (4F9/24I15/2) centered at 540 nm and 634 nm, respectively, corresponding to Er3+ transitions. An enhancement in UC emission intensity of green band (4S3/24I15/2) is observed in the presence of silver NPs and the maximum enhancement occurred for 1.5 mol% AgCl. However, the enhancement of emission intensity of the red band (4F9/24I15/2) is smaller. The enhancement of UC emission is understood in terms of the intensified local field effect due to silver NPs.  相似文献

Six new sesquiterpene lactone esters, daucoguaianolactones A–F ( 1 – 6 ), and one new sesquiterpene lactone, daucoeudesmanolactone A ( 7 ) were isolated from the leaves and stems of Daucus glaber (Forssk .) Thell ., along with the known sesquiterpene lactones talasins A and B and badkhysin. The structures of 1 – 6 were established on the basis of extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic studies and that of 7 by X‐ray crystallography. Compounds 4, 7 , and talasins A and B showed moderate cytotoxicity against P‐388 leukemia cells.  相似文献

Star‐shaped and comb‐like poly(L‐Lactide)s (PLA) are produced by employing multifunctional initiators, and hyperbranched structure is prepared using a cyclic co‐monomer with hydroxyl group. FTIR, size exclusion chromatography, and H‐NMR techniques are employed to characterize the synthesized polymers, validating the formation of desired structures with chain lengths above the critical length for entanglement. After characterization of the synthesized polymers, the effect of branching on PLA properties is investigated by comparing the crystallization and rheological behavior of branched PLAs to those of a linear commercial grade. Differential scanning calorimetry and optical microscopy observations reveal a remarkable improvement in PLA crystallization due to the nucleation role of branching points. Moreover, synthesized polylactides exhibit strain hardening behavior during elongational viscosity measurements by a sentmanat extension rheometer platform. Significant improvements in crystallization and elongational rheology behavior of the synthesized polymers support the achievement of branched polymer structures. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Modification of mesoporous silica was carried out by reaction of SBA‐15 with di‐urea‐based ligand. Next, with the help of this ligand, palladium ions were anchored within the multidentate SBA‐15/di‐urea pore channels with high dispersion. The SBA‐15/di‐urea/Pd catalyst was characterized using various techniques. Theoretical calculations indicated that each palladium ion was strongly interacted with one nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from the multidentate di‐urea ligand located in SBA‐15 channels and these interactions remained during the catalytic cycle. These results are in good agreement with those of hot filtration test: the palladium ions have very high stability against leaching from the SBA‐15/di‐urea support. The catalytic performance of SBA‐15/di‐urea/Pd nanostructure was examined for the Suzuki coupling reaction of phenylboronic acid and electronically diverse aryl halides under mild conditions with a minimal amount of Pd (0.26 mol%). Compared to previous reports, this protocol afforded some advantages such as short reaction times, high yields of products, catalyst stability without leaching, easy catalyst recovery and preservation of catalytic activity for at least six successive runs.  相似文献

Abstract

The hypolipidemic effect of 10-DHGD was previously reported owing to its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. We further investigated the anti-inflammatory role of 10-DHGD in modulating atherogenicity by targeting proproteinconvertasesubtilisinkexin-9 (PCSK-9). Rabbits fed high cholesterol diet (HCD) containing 0.2% w/w cholesterol for12-weeks received either 10-DHGD (10-mg/kg), pentoxifylline (PTX, 40-mg/kg) or their combination concurrently with HCD. Lipid profile, serum PCSK-9, macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), aorta tumor necrosis factor- alpha (TNF-α) and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) were measured. Atherogenicity and increased PCSK-9, MIF and TNF-α and GAGs (p?<?0.001) was proved HCD-fed rabbits. The concurrent administration of 10-DHGD or PTX with HCD feeding prevented this atheogenicity by modulating the release of PCSK-9, inflammatory markers and GAGs. The combined PTX and 10-DHGD in HCD fed rabbits not only lowered hyperlipidemia, but also targeted arterial inflammation to a better extent. In conclusion PTX and 10-DHGD can prevent hyperlipidemia and associated inflammatory process modifying factors predisposing to atherosclerosis.  相似文献
