The synthesis and characterization of Ru (II) terpyridine complexes derived from 4′ functionalized 2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine (tpy) ligands are reported. The heteroleptic complexes comprise the synthesized ligands 4′‐(2‐thienyl)‐ 2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine) or (4′‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine and (dimethyl 5‐(pyrimidin‐5‐yl)isophthalate). The new complexes [Ru(4′‐(2‐thienyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine)(5‐(pyrimidin‐5‐yl)‐isophthalic acid)Cl2] ( 9 ), [Ru(4′‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine)(5‐(pyrimidin‐5‐yl)‐isophthalic acid)Cl2] ( 10 ), and [Ru(4′‐(2‐thienyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine)(5‐(pyrimidin‐5‐yl)‐isophthalic acid)(NCS)2] ( 11 ) were characterized by 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy, C, H, N, and S elemental analysis, UPLC‐ESI‐MS, TGA, FT‐IR, and UV‐Vis spectroscopy. The biological activities of the synthesized ligands and their Ru (II) complexes as anti‐inflammatory, antimicrobial, and anticancer agents were evaluated. Furthermore, the toxicity of the synthesized compounds was studied and compared with the standard drugs, namely, diclofenac potassium and ibuprofen, using hemolysis assay. The results indicated that the ligands and the complex 9 possess superior anti‐inflammatory activities inhibiting albumin denaturation (89.88–100%) compared with the standard drugs (51.5–88.37%) at a concentration of 500 μg g?1. These activities were related to the presence of the chelating N‐atoms in the ligands and the exchangeable chloro‐ groups in the complex. Moreover, the chloro‐ and thiophene groups in complex 9 produce a higher anticancer activity compared with its isothiocyanate derivative in the complex 11 and the 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl moiety in complex 10 . Considering the toxicity results, the synthesized ligands are nontoxic or far less toxic compared with the standard drugs and the metal complexes. Therefore, these newly synthesized compounds are promising anti‐inflammatory agents in addition to their moderate unique broad antimicrobial activity. 相似文献

This paper introduces new environmental constraints, namely carbon emission constraints, in multi-sourcing lot-sizing problems. These constraints aim at limiting the carbon emission per unit of product supplied with different modes. A mode corresponds to the combination of a production facility and a transportation mode and is characterized by its economical costs and its unitary carbon emission. Four types of constraints are proposed and analyzed in the single-item uncapacitated lot-sizing problem. The periodic case is shown to be polynomially solvable, while the cumulative, global and rolling cases are NP-hard. Perspectives to extend this work are discussed. 相似文献

Pd(OAc)2 was found to catalyze very efficiently the direct arylation of imidazo[1,2‐b]pyridazine at C3‐position under a very low catalyst loading and phosphine‐free conditions. The reaction can be performed in very high TOFs and TONs employing as little as 0.1–0.05 mol % catalyst using a wide range of aryl bromides. In addition, some electron‐deficient aryl chlorides were also found to be suitable substrates. Moreover, 31 examples of the cross couplings were reported using green, safe, and renewable solvents, such as pentan‐1‐ol, diethylcarbonate or cyclopentyl methyl ether, without loss of efficiency. 相似文献

Efficient electro‐oxidation of formic acid, methanol, and ethanol is challenging owing to the multiple chemical reaction steps required to accomplish full oxidation to CO2. Herein, a ternary CoPtAu nanoparticle catalyst system is reported in which Co and Pt form an intermetallic L10‐structure and Au segregates on the surface to alloy with Pt. The L10‐structure stabilizes Co and significantly enhances the catalysis of the PtAu surface towards electro‐oxidation of ethanol, methanol, and formic acid, with mass activities of 1.55 A/mgPt, 1.49 A/mgPt, and 11.97 A/mgPt, respectively in 0.1 m HClO4. The L10‐CoPtAu catalyst is also stable, with negligible degradation in mass activities and no obvious Co/Pt/Au composition changes after 10 000 potential cycles. The in situ surface‐enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy study indicates that the ternary catalyst activates the C?C bond more efficiently for ethanol oxidation. 相似文献

In the present analysis, the influence of heat and mass transfer on the peristaltic flow of a hyperbolic tangent fluid in an asymmetric channel has been discussed. The highly nonlinear equations are simplified under lubrication approach. The perturbation and numerical solutions of the problem are not only discussed but the validity of the results is also being checked. Surfactant synthesis was realized from Algerian crude oil and petroleum fractions. To predict the composition (wt%) in paraffins, naphtenes, and aromatics, the crude oil and petroleum fractions were first characterized using the n-d-PA empirical method of Robert. The characterization showed a good level in aromatics compounds which give high yield in the sulfonation reaction by oleum. The synthesized surfactants were characterized by spectroscopic techniques (UV, FTIR) and by critical micelle concentration (CMC), Krafft temperature, solubility (in aqueous and in salt solution), molecular weight, and matter actives (%) measurements. The formulation of microemulsion using synthesized surfactant from plat format petroleum fraction showed a Winsor III type system. The effect of salinity demonstrates the existence of an optimal value of NaCl concentration for which the interfacial tension takes the lowered value (10?4 mN/m). Viscosity measurements confirm that the formulated microemulsion has a Newtonian behavior. 相似文献

Alkenyl bromides were found to be useful reactants for the palladium-catalysed direct C-H activation/functionalisation reaction of heteroaromatics such as benzoxazole or benzothiazole. Moderate to good yields of coupling products were obtained using both α- and β-substituted alkenyl bromides or even the trisubstituted alkenyl bromide 2-bromo-3-methylbut-2-ene. A photoactive system, (2E)-3-{3-[(Z)-naphthalen-1-yldiazenyl] phenyl} prop-2-enoic acid, was synthesized and incorporated on to beta-cyclodextrin (β-CD) core through esterification of the hydroxyl groups of β-CD with the free carboxyl moiety of the chromophoric system by DCC coupling. The silver nanoparticle was synthesized by the reduction reaction executed on silver acetate in presence of dodecyl amine. The silver nano particles were dispersed in β-CD aggregates modified with photoactive system by phase transfer mechanism. The products were characterized by elemental analysis, melting point determination, UV–visible, FT-IR and NMR (1H and 13C) spectral methods and SEM and TGA-DTG thermal studies. The thermal studies shows that the silver nanoparticle dispersed functionally modified beta cyclodextrin exhibited enhanced thermal stability compared to the functionalised β-CD. 相似文献
