On an Equivalency of Rare Differentiation Bases of Rectangles

The paper considers differentiation properties of density bases formed of bounded open sets.We prove that two quasi-equivalent subbases of some density basis differentiate the same class of non-negative functions. Applications for bases formed of rectangles are discussed.     

Identification of derivatives of 2H-chromenes and their acyclic tautomeric forms in the gas phase by mass spectrometry

It was established that mass spectrometry makes it possible to identify in the gas phase molecular ions with both the 2H-chromene structure and their acyclic tautomers from the characteristic (M-OH)⁺ and (M-ArNH)⁺ fragment ions, respectively. The fragmentation scheme was confirmed by methods involving dissociation of ions activated by collision and deuterium labeling. Measurement of the ionization energies of the investigated compounds makes it possible to exclude the possibility of the existence in the gas phase of a tautomeric form with an o-quinoid structure.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 6, pp. 746–750, June, 1988.     

Synthesis and structure of certain O-pyrimidinyl-oximes of 2,2-dimethyltetrahydro-4-pyranone

By reactions of substituted chloropyrimidines with the sodium salt of 2,2-dimethyltetrahydro-4-pyranone oxime, pyrimidinyloximes of 2,2-dimethyltetrahydro-4-pyranone have been obtained. On the basis of x-ray diffraction studies of the O-(2,4-dimethyl-6-pyrimidinyl)oxime of 2,2-dimethyltetrahydro-4-pyranone, it has been shown that the oxygen atoms of the oxime group and the carbon in position 2 of the pyran ring are in theanti position relative to the double bond of the oxime.Erevan Institute of the National Economy, Erevan 375025. Diffusion theory of the thermal decomposition of diatomic molecules

A quasi-stationary solution of the Fokker—Planck equation for definite limiting conditions, describing the process of thermal decomposition of diatomic molecules in a light inert gas, has been considered. The rate of thermal dissociation of Morse oscillators has been calculated for a relatively arbitrary intermolecular interaction potential.
