Heavy metals pollution is one of today's concerns of human societies. In the present project, mercapto functionalized silica aerogel was used to remove Zn2+ and Mn2+ from aqueous solution. The simultaneous adsorption of these ions has also studied. The kinetics and thermodynamics of the adsorption process as well as various isotherm models have been investigated. The results show that the adsorption process is spontaneous and favorable. The adsorption followed the Langmuir model and the maximum adsorption capacity for manganese and zinc was 1.38 and 1.33?mmol/lit, respectively. The kinetics of the adsorption process corresponds to the pseudo-second order equation. Intra particle diffusion model illustrated a greater affinity to the zinc ion, which confirmed by simultaneous adsorption results.  相似文献

Two novel compounds with formulae [Sn2(pydcH)2(H2O)2O]n, 1, and (4,4′-bpyH2)0.5[Pb(pydc)2(4,4′-bpyH)].4,4′-bpy.4H2O, 2, were obtained from a one-pot reaction between pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (pydcH2) and 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bpy) with corresponding Sn(II) and Pb(II) salts. In compound 1 with a polymeric structure, each Sn(II) atom is six-coordinated by one water molecule, two (pydcH)? groups and one oxide group resulted in a coordination polymer. Compound 2 has a seven-coordinated environment around Pb(II) atom by two (pydc)2? groups and one (4,4′-bpyH). The anionic complex is balanced by half a (4,4′- bpyH2)2+ as counter ion. There are four uncoordinated water molecules and one 4,4′-bpy in the crystal lattice. Therefore, in compound 2, we have neutral, mono- and biprotonated forms of 4,4′-bipyridine, simultaneously. Several interactions including O-H??? O, O-H???EN and C-H???O hydrogen bonds, ion pairing, C-O???π (O???Cg 3.324(3) Å and 3.381(3) Å in 1 and O???Cg 3.346(4) Å in 2), C-H???π (C???Cg 3.618(4) Å in 2), and π???π stackings (with Cg ??? Cg distances of 3.613(2) and 3.641 (2) Å in 2) are present to expand and stabilize the structure. The complexation reactions of bpy and pydc-bpy with Sn2+ and Pb2+ ions in aqueous solution were investigated by potentiometric pH titrations, and the resulting equilibrium constants and species distributions at various pHs for major formed complexes are described.  相似文献

An accurate, sensitive and least time consuming reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP‐HPLC) method for the estimation of captopril in the presence of non steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs in formulation and human serum has been developed and validated. Chromatographic separation was conducted on prepacked Purospher star C18 (5 μm, 25 × 0.46 cm) column at room temperature using methanol:water (80:20 v/v) as a mobile phase, pH adjusted at 2.8 with o‐phosphoric acid and at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1, while UV detection was performed at 227 nm. The limit of detection and quantification for captopril were 1 and 0.35 ng mL−1, while that for (NSAID's) i.e. flurbiprofen, ibuprofen, diclofenac sodium and mefenamic acid LOD were 0.2, 1, 2 and 0.4 ng mL−1 respectively and LOQ were 0.9, 2.9, 8 and 1 ng mL−1 Analytical recovery was > 98.1%. The method used for the quantitative analysis of commonly administered non steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAID's) i.e. ibuprofen, flurbiprofen, diclofenac sodium and mefenamic acid alone or in combination with captopril from API (active pharmaceutical ingredients), dosage formulations and in human serum. The established method is rapid (RT < 12 min), accurate (recovery > 98.1%), selective (no interference of excepients and other commonly used drugs and food) and sensitive (LOQ 3.5 ng mL;‐1) and reproducible (SD ± 0.003).  相似文献

An analytical method based on the cloud point extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography is used for the extraction, separation and determination of four explosives; octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazine (HMX), hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX), 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) and pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN). These compounds are extracted by using of Triton X-114 and cetyl-trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). After extraction, the samples were analyzed using a HPLC-UV system. The parameters affecting extraction efficiency (such as Triton X-114 and CTAB concentrations, amount of Na2SO4, temperature, incubation and centrifuge times) were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the preconcentration factor was 40 and the improvement factors of 34, 29, 61 and 42 with detection limits of 0.09, 0.14, 0.08 and 0.40 (μg L−1) were obtained for HMX, RDX, TNT and PETN, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of these compounds in water samples and showed recovery percentages of 97-102% with RSD values of 2.13-4.92%.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of the anti-inflammatory drug piroxicam is studied at the surface of a plain pyrolytic graphite electrode modified with chitosan-doped carbon nanoparticles. An electroactive surface was produced by drop-casting a suspension of the modifier and characterized by atomic force microscopy. A remarkable enhancement is found in studies on the cyclic voltammetric response towards piroxicam. This is described on the basis of the thin-layer mass transport regimes within the porous films, which leads to a considerable increase in the active surface area of the electrode. The electrode shows a linear response to piroxicam in the range of 0.05–50 μM, with a detection limit of 25 nM (at S/N of 3). The electrode was successfully applied to the determination of piroxicam in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations with satisfactory accuracy and precision.  相似文献

A series of potential biologically active 2-(4-hydroxy-1,1-dioxido-2H-1,2-benzothiazin-3-yl)quinazolin-4(3H)-ones was synthesized in a straight forward manner by condensation of respective 4-hydroxy-1,2-benzothiazine-1,1-dioxides with anthranilamide followed by simple and high throughput cyclization of N-[2-(aminocarbonyl)phenyl]-4-hydroxy-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1,1-dioxides. All the synthesized compounds were subjected to preliminary evaluation for their biological activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. Some of the assayed compounds showed marked activity against Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献

The proofs of Kleene, Chaitin and Boolos for Gödel's First Incompleteness Theorem are studied from the perspectives of constructivity and the Rosser property. A proof of the incompleteness theorem has the Rosser property when the independence of the true but unprovable sentence can be shown by assuming only the (simple) consistency of the theory. It is known that Gödel's own proof for his incompleteness theorem does not have the Rosser property, and we show that neither do Kleene's or Boolos' proofs. However, we show that a variant of Chaitin's proof can have the Rosser property. The proofs of Gödel, Rosser and Kleene are constructive in the sense that they explicitly construct, by algorithmic ways, the independent sentence(s) from the theory. We show that the proofs of Chaitin and Boolos are not constructive, and they prove only the mere existence of the independent sentences.  相似文献
