Exchange-coupled fct-FePd/alpha-Fe nanocomposite magnets were fabricated by converting anisotropically phase-segregated Pd/gamma-Fe2O3 nanoparticles via the interfacial atom diffusion. The magnetically hard fct-FePd phases formed by the interdiffusion between alpha-Fe and fcc-Pd phases nearly preserve their sizes at the nanometer scale because they are surrounded by the alpha-Fe matrix. The VSM measurements reveal that the exchange coupling between the soft and hard phases has been realized.  相似文献

InSnFe mixed oxides were prepared by a sol–gel method, and were investigated by Mössbauer spectrometry and magnetization measurements. The magnetic relaxation peaks in addition to paramagnetic peaks were observed in Mössbauer spectra. Most of Fe3?+? species (D1) occupy 24d site of bixbyite structure, and the other Fe3?+? species (D2) occupy 8b site. The area intensity ratio of two doublets for sample with x?=?0.06 and y?=?0.06 was most perfectly consistent with the ratio of d/b site occupations (24/8); this sample showed the highest magnetization among these samples. Fired ash of In oxide (5%Fe), which showed ferromagnetism, consisted of γ Fe2O3 segregated oxides.  相似文献

The two new polyoxygenated spirostanol bisdesmosides 1 and 2 and the new trisdesmoside 3 , named hellebosaponin A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), respectively, were isolated from the MeOH extract of the rhizomes of Helleborus orientalis. The stereo- and electronic structures of the binary molecular complex composed of methyl methacrylate and boron trifluoride are obtained by using an ab initio molecular orbital method with an STO-3G basis set. The total energy change on the binary molecular complex formation is ?1.3 X 10?2 Hartree (?8.2 kcal/mol). The electron transfer from methyl methacrylate to boron trifluoride and the change in the energy level of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of methyl methacrylate on the complex formation with boron trifluoride are much smaller than those on the complex formation with boron trichloride. A twisted form in which the dihedral angle between the vinyl plane and the ester plane is 16.9° is the most stable structure of the binary molecular complex composed of methyl methacrylate and boron trifluoride. A strong bonding overlap population between a β-hydrogen of methyl methacrylate and a fluorine of boron trifluoride is found in this conformation. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Polyzwitterions are employed as coating polymers for biomaterials to induce an antifouling property on the surface. Fine‐tuning the betaine structure switches the antifouling property to be interactive with anionic tissue constituents in response to a tumorous pH gradient. The ethylenediamine moiety in the carboxybetaine enabled stepwise protonation and initiated the di‐protonation process around tumorous pH (6.5). The net charge of the developed polyzwitterion (PGlu(DET‐Car)) was thus neutral at pH 7.4 for antifouling, but was cationic at pH 6.5 for interaction with anionic constituents. Quantum dots coated with PGlu(DET‐Car) exhibited comparable stealth and enhanced tumor accumulation relative to the PEG system. The present study provides a novel design of smart switchable polyzwitterion based on a precise control of the net charge.  相似文献

When irradiated, fullerene efficiently generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) and is an attractive photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy (PDT). Ideally, photosensitizers for PDT should be water-soluble and tumor-specific. Because cancer cells endocytose glucose more effectively than normal cells, the characteristics of fullerene as a photosensitizer were improved by combining it with glucose. The cytotoxicity of PDT was studied in several cancer cell lines cultured with C60-(Glc)1 (d -glucose residue pendant fullerene) and C60-(6Glc)1 (a maltohexaose residue pendant fullerene) subsequently irradiated with UVA1. PDT alone induced significant cytotoxicity. In contrast, PDT with the glycoconjugated fullerene exhibited no significant cytotoxicity against normal fibroblasts, indicating that PDT with these compounds targeted cancer cells. To investigate whether the effects of PDT with glycoconjugated fullerene were because of the generation of singlet oxygen (1O2), NaN3 was added to cancer cells during irradiation. NaN3 extensively blocked PDT-induced apoptosis, suggesting that PDT-induced cell death was a result of the generation of 1O2. Finally, to investigate the effect of PDT in vivo, melanoma-bearing mice were injected intratumorally with C60-(Glc)1 and irradiated with UVA1. PDT with C60-(Glc)1 suppressed tumor growth. These findings indicate that PDT with glycoconjugated fullerene exhibits tumor-specific cytotoxicity both in vivo and in vitro via the induction of 1O2.  相似文献

In this paper and its two sequels, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for two essential simple loops on a 2-bridge sphere in a 2-bridge link complement to be homotopic in the link complement. This paper treats the case when the 2-bridge link is a \((2,p)\) -torus link, where more cases of homotopy arise, and its sequels will treat the remaining cases.  相似文献
