A simple synthetic method for the preparation of enantiomerically pure (S)-4-aminoquinazoline alcohols from (S)-quinazolinone alcohols by key steps including chlorination, nucleophilic ipso substitution, and deacetylation is presented. Mutagenic and antimutagenic properties of the (S)-4-aminoquinazoline alcohols were investigated by using Salmonella typhimurium TA1535, and Escherichia coli WP2uvrA tester strains at 0.01, 0.1, and 1 μg/plate concentrations. (S)-4-aminoquinazoline alcohols were found to be genotoxically safe at the tested concentrations. Among the tested (S)-4-aminoquinazoline alcohols, the best antimutagenic activity was obtained with a methyl derivative at 0.1 μg/plate dose.  相似文献

We introduce a version of the weighted 1-maximin problem in a convex polygon, where the weights are functions of a parameter. The 1-maximin problem is applicable in the location of undesirable facilities. Its objective is to find an optimal location such that the minimum weighted distance to a given set of points is maximized. We show that the parametric 1-maximin problem is equivalent to a 1-minimax problem, where the costs are non-linearly decreasing functions of distance. Using different values of the parameter in the 1-maximin problem, one can model different disutility functions for the users of the facility. Furthermore, the parameterization provides for a systematic way of reducing the effects of the weights, resulting in the unweighted 1-maximin problem in the limit. For two example problems we construct the optimal trajectory as a function of the parameter, and demonstrate that the trajectory may be discontinuous.  相似文献

Cationic polyelectrolytes containing quaternary nitrogen atoms within the main chain were prepared via condensation polymerization of epichlorhydrin (ECH) with benzyl amine (BA). Polyelectrolytes having different molecular weights were obtained by varying the ECH/BA mole ratio. Cationic polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR and gel permeation chromatography. The antimicrobial activity of the polymers was tested against bacteria, yeast, and fungi.  相似文献

In this paper we employ our previously formulated constitutive relations for an elastic heat conductor to examine the nonlinear influence of the temperature on the propagation of second sound. Utilizing the method of geometric optics we ascertain that large values of second sound travel more slowly than do smaller ones. As well, numerical results for a signaling problem are displayed graphically in order to highlight the qualitative properties of the temperature and strain waves. The choice of signaling data was motivated by experimental studies.  相似文献

In this study, aeroelastic analysis of a truncated conical shell subjected to the external supersonic airflow is carried out. The structural model is based on a combination of linear Sanders thin shell theory and the classic finite element method. Linearized first-order potential (piston) theory with the curvature correction term is coupled with the structural model to account for pressure loading. The influence of stress stiffening due to internal or external pressure and axial compression is also taken into account. The fluid-filled effect is considered as a velocity potential variable at each node of the shell elements at the fluid-structure interface in terms of nodal elastic displacements. Aeroelastic equations using the hybrid finite element formulation are derived and solved numerically. The results are validated using numerical and theoretical data available in the literature. The analysis is accomplished for conical shells of different boundary conditions and cone angles. In all cases the conical shell loses its stability through coupled-mode flutter. This proposed hybrid finite element method can be used efficiently for design and analysis of conical shells employed in high speed aircraft structures.  相似文献

The vibrational property of 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexakis(hexyloxy)triphenylene (HAT6) discotic liquid crystal (DLC) material is investigated in this research by using temperature-dependent Raman spectroscopy technique. One-dimensional (1D) charge transport mechanism in the DLC molecules is enabled in the columnar liquid crystalline (Dh) phase. The result indicates a high core-to-core correlation in the liquid crystal columnar phase, which has a ‘memory’ like effect that extends into isotropic phase at femtosecond timescale. This correlation is also confirmed through electrical conductivity measurement of DLCs, in which the electrical conductivity is enhanced in the DLC phase. DFT simulation was also carried out in order to elucidate the basic properties of HAT6 such as the band gap in the light of Raman spectra. An interesting outcome is that a freely unspecified boundary model produces in a more flexible molecule, resulting in a reduced band gap. Thus, this work provides an understanding of relationship between columnar order and electrical conductivity of HAT6 molecule, and potential strategy for design of DLCs in electronics application.  相似文献

This paper introduces design and simulation of a three-dimensional complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor CMOS compatible photo-sensor based on a silicon substrate. In the structure of photo-sensor, a vertical n+/p junction as a photosensitive area is formed on one side of a U-groove, and perpendicular to a lateral n-i-p structure on top-side of the silicon surface. This configuration enables a direct butt-coupling of a fiber-optic to the photosensitive area, which is a privilege for many remote monitoring applications. The device analysis is carried out by a two-dimensional simulation using SILVACO TCAD simulator. The thickness of the photo-sensitive area is investigated by considering the figures of merit for the two different thicknesses of 30 and 50 µm. The simulated results (according to the parameters defined for the Si substrate) show a very low dark current of 70 and 100 (fA/μm) for the 30 and 50 µm thicknesses, respectively. In addition, a high photo-current to dark current ratio of ~3000 is achieved under an intensity of 2 mW/cm2 at 633 nm wavelength, according to the wavelength of red He–Ne laser. The sensor demonstrates a responsivity of 0.33 A/W corresponding to 65% external quantum efficiency and a ?3 dB frequency response of 0.2 GHz under a small signal of 2 mW/cm2 at 633 nm wavelength for 10 V reverse bias.  相似文献
