A simple and rapid densitometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of amoxycillin trihydrate and clavulanate potassium in pharmaceutical preparations. After extraction of the analytes with distilled water, the extracts were spotted on precoated silica gel plates, which were then eluted with butyl acetate-methanol-glacial acetic acid-water (15 + 7.5 + 7.5 + 3, v/v). Quantitative evaluation was performed by measuring the absorbance reflectance of the analyte spots at lambda = 240 nm. The densitometric method is rapid, selective, precise, and accurate and, thus, can be used for routine analysis of pharmaceutical preparations in quality control laboratories of the pharmaceutical industry.  相似文献

Simulations of coupled interactions involving two opposite enzymatic reactions, solute diffusions, and electrostatic interactions between membrane charges and charged solutes were conducted under a fixed kinase-channel-phosphatase (KCP) topology oriented from the outside to the inside of a porous membrane structure. Depending on the kinase and phosphatase locations, we recently demonstrated that an active transport of a phosphorylated substrate may occur via the opposite topology, that is, a PCK topology. The present analysis demonstrates that, under a KCP membrane topology, which also behaves as a specific ATP-dependent transporter, the active transport of a neutral substrate may occur. This analogous active transport appears to be dependent on the phosphatase location and on the membrane surface potentials. A broad analysis of the role played by the main parameters taken into account in the model was conducted in order to define precisely the physico-chemical conditions and the membrane topology needed for the highest active transports within the shortest time.  相似文献

A study was made of the kinetics of oxygen absorption and isothermal weight change as a function of layer thickness for molten polyethylene at 157° under oxygen at 650 torr pressure. The effect of the rate of transport processes on the rate of thermal oxidation was found to be conversion dependent.Comparison of the experimental data on the effect of layer thickness on the maximum rate of oxygen absorption with the results of calculations (carried out assuming various overall reaction orders and applying literature data on permeability coefficient) suggests that, during degradation, the reaction rate is affected by the opposed transport processes of oxygen and the volatile decomposition products. The weight change, closely related to the transport process of volatile products, is diffusion-controlled over the whole range of thickness studied. At the same time, below a critical thickness (approx. 0·05 mm), even the maximum rate of oxygen consumption may be considered a function of only the kinetic parameters.  相似文献

A highly water-soluble new cyclodextrin (CD) derivative 2-O-acetonyl-2-O-hydroxypropyl-beta-CD (2-AHP-beta-CD) was synthesized and tested as an effective chiral selector for the capillary zone electrophoretic resolution (Rs) of several basic and acidic analytes. The primary purpose of the research was to explore the capability of the 2-AHP-beta-CD as chiral selectors on comparison with the neutral CDs such as beta-CD, DM-beta-CD and HP-beta-CD. Substitution with 2-O-acetonyl-2-O-hydroxypropyl group at the secondary hydroxyl sites of the CD is aimed at influencing the magnitude and selectivity of analyte-CD interactions. The chiral resolution was strongly influenced by the concentration of the CDs and buffer pH. 2-AHP-beta-CD showed the best enantiomer resolution properties among the tested compounds, while the other CDs showed inferior or no performances at all.  相似文献

A new general synthesis of 4,5-disubstituted 2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones is proposed. These heterocycles are obtained by the action of primary amines, arylhydrazines or aroylhydrazines on the thiosemicarbazones of eaters. These last compounds are prepared by action of chlorhydrates of iminoethers on thiosemicarbazide in dimethylformamide. These thiosemicarbazones react also with strong acids, acid anhydrides and chlorides; by thermolysis and they give 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives. Also, two derivatives of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole have been prepared.  相似文献

Trimeric perfluoro-ortho-phenylenemercury (1) constitutes one of the simplest trifunctional Lewis acidic hosts. In addition to cooperative effects arising from the proximity of the mercury(II) centers, the electron-withdrawing properties of the backbone and the accessibility of the electrophilic sites lead to the facile complexation of neutral and electron rich substrates. The planarity of the structure as well as its overall polarizability compounded with relativistic effects at mercury also permits the occurrence of non-covalent interactions and accounts for the tendency of this compound to form cofacial dimers. Collectively, the Lewis acidic properties of 1 as well as its ability to engage in non-covalent interactions can be held responsible for its ability to form extended binary supramolecular stacks with arenes. The photoluminescence observed in some of these supramolecular complexes corresponds to the phosphorescence of the aromatic substrate and indicate the occurrence of a mercury heavy atom effect.  相似文献

Although very bulky ligands e.g.(o-MeC6H4)3E or (μ-C10H7)3E (E = P or As) are inert, the normal photochemical or thermal reaction of tertiary phosphines or arsines, L, with [Mn2(CO)10] is CO substitution with the formation of [Mn2(CO)8(L)2] derivatives (I). At elevated temperatures some triarylarsines, R3As, undergo Lambert's reaction with ligand fragmentation to give [Mn2(CO)8(μ-AsR2)2] complexes (II) (R = Ph, p-MeOC6H4, p-FC6H4, or p-CIC6H4) even though, in the absence of [Mn2(CO)10] R3As are stable under the same conditions. Exceptional behaviour is exhibited by (p-Me2NC6H4)3- As which forms a product of type I; by some HN(C6H4)2AsR which give a product of type II as a result of loss of the non-aryl groups R = PhCH2, cyclo-C6H11, or MeO; and by Ph(α-C10H72P which is the only phosphine to form a product of type II, albeit in trace amounts only. The thermal decomposition of a n-butanol solution of [Mn2(CO)8(AsPh3)2] in a sealed tube gives C6H6 and [Mn2(CO)8(α-AsPh2)2], whilst in an open system in the presence of various tertiary phosphines, L, [Mn(H)(CO)3(L)2] are obtained. It is suggested that Lambert's reaction is a thermal fragmentation of [Mn(CO)4(AsR3]* radicals, the first to be recognised. They lose the radical R* which abstracts hydrogen from the solvent. The resulting [Mn(CO)4(AsR2)] moiety dimerises to [Mn2(CO)8-(α-AsR2)2]. the reaction is facilitated by the stability of the departing radical (e.g. PhCH2 or MeO) and, as the crowding about As is relieved, by its size (e.g. Ph, cyclo-C6H11, o-MeC6H4, or α-C10H7). In general, phosphine-substituted radicals [Mn(CO)4(PR)3]* do not undergo this decomposition, probably because the PC bonds are much stronger than AsC.  相似文献

The interaction between molybdenum, atom, and dimer, with nitrous oxide has been investigated using density functional theory. The analysis of the potential energy surfaces for both reactions has revealed that a single molybdenum atom can activate the N--O bond of N2O requiring a small activation energy. However, the presence of several intersystem crossings between three different spin states, namely, septet, quintet and triplet states, seems to be the major constraint to the Mo + N2O reaction. Contrarily, the low-lying excited states (triplet and quintet) do not participate in the reaction between the molybdenum dimer and N2O. The latter reaction fully evolves on the singlet spin surface. Three different regions have been distinguished along the pathway: formation of an adduct complex, formation of an inserted compound, and the N2 detachment. The connection between the two first regions has been characterized by the formation of a special complex in which the N--O bond is so weakened that it could be considered as a first step in the insertion process. It has been shown that the topological changes along the pathways provide a clear explanation for the geometrical changes that occur along the reaction pathway. In summary, the detachment of the N2 molecule is found to be kinetically an effective process for both reactions, owing to the high exothermicity and consequently to the high internal energy of the insertion intermediates. However, in the case of Mo atom, the reaction should be a slow process due to the presence of spin-forbidden transitions. These results fully agree with previous experimental works.  相似文献
