2型糖尿病患者血清钙镁与甲状腺激素含量变化及临床意义

为了监测 2型糖尿病人血清钙、镁和甲状腺激素含量 ,分析其临床意义及相关性 ,应用放射免疫分析法测定了 1 1 5例 2型糖尿病及 1 5 0例健康人血清甲状腺激素含量。同时用美国杜邦RXL自动生化仪测定了其血清钙、镁含量。结果表明 ,在 2型糖尿病伴有明显并发症者血镁、FT3水平明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,钙镁两种元素与甲状腺激素水平无明显相关性。 2型糖尿病患者适当补镁对预防其并发症是有益的 ,测定FT3 等可作为判断 2型糖尿病严重程度和估计预后的参考指标。     

趋磁细菌(MTB)吸附Pd2+的实验研究

以趋磁细菌MTB作为吸附剂,吸附溶液中的Pd2 ,对影响吸附的因素进行了实验研究。结果显示,MTB对溶液中Pd2 的最佳吸附条件为:pH=1~5,菌体浓度在6g/L左右,Pd2 初始浓度为20mg/L~80mg/L,室温条件下吸附30min。吸附过程遵循准一级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型。

氢化物原子荧光法测定中草药中痕量铅

提出了以重铬酸钾为氧化剂、碱性铁氰化钾为络合剂 ,在柠檬酸介质中进行铅的氢化物发生反应。采用断续流动氢化物发生器 ,对原子荧光法测定痕量铅的条件进行了系统研究 ,并考察了共存元素的干扰情况。在最佳测试条件下 ,测得铅的检出限 (3σ)为 0 .19μg·L- 1,相对标准偏差为 0 .92 %。应用于中草药中痕量铅的测定 ,回收率为 95 .1%～ 10 9.5 % ,结果满意     

熔融织构生长强磁浮YBCO超导块材的取向和结构

采用熔融织构生长法结合顶部Ｓｍ１２３籽晶技术，成功地制备了直径为２０ｍｍ的ＹＢＣＯ超导块材。该块材具有极强的磁性能。用Ｘ射线θ／２θ扫描和Φ扫描分析其结构表明，样品在三维方向上具有很强的择优取向，其ｃ、ａ、ｂ轴方向分别与Ｓｍ１２３籽晶的ｃ、ａ、ｂ轴方向一致，并具有类似单晶的结构特点。     

从核磁共振氢谱推导的重质油氢碳原子摩尔比计算式

通过对炼油厂的催化油浆、重催油浆和催化重焦蜡油核磁共振氢谱中质子归属和重质油结构的假设，推导出计算这3种重质油的氢碳原子摩尔比计算式；结果表明，氢碳原子摩尔比的计算值与实测值非常接近，平均误差仅为3．1％。     

SYNTHESIS OF POLY ( ETHER-URETHANE) CONTAINING PENDANT AMINO GROUP

This paper is concerned with the synthesis of poly (ether-urethane) with pendant amino groups. The copolyether produced by ring opening copolymerization of tetrahydrofuran and epibromohydrin was treated with sodium azide in dimethylformamide to form azido substituted copolyether. The poly (ether-urethane) made from it was subjected to reduction reaction to convert azido group to amino group. The stress-strain behavior and dynamic-mechanical properties of poly (ether-urethane) containing pendant amino groups were studied.     

Cr_2O_7~(2-)对B-Z振荡反应的影响及其分析应用

研究了Cr2O72-对B-Z化学振荡反应的影响.结果表明,Cr2O27-的加入明显改变该振荡反应的诱导期,且诱导期的改变值Δtin与所加入Cr2O72-的浓度有良好的线性关系,线性范围3.45×10-6~6.20×10-4mol·L-1,相关系数为0.9992,对Cr2O72-扰动B-Z振荡反应的机理进行了探讨.     

LC Determination of Podophyllum Lignans and Flavonoids in Podophyllum emodi Wall.var.chinesis Sprague

A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous separation and determination of nine podophyllum lignans and two flavonoids in Podophyllum emodi Wall.var.chinesis Sprague was established. The separation was performed with the following condition: column, Kromasil-C18, 5 μm, 15 × 0.46 cm; solvent A, 25 mM phosphate buffer, pH 2.5; solvent B, methanol; gradient, 50/50/70% B at 0/13/33 min; flow rate, 0.8 mL min^?1; detection, UV 270 nm. β-Apopicropodophyllin was used as the internal standard. The samples of P. emodi Wall.var.chinesis Sprague from different sources were examined by the developed method. In addition, three methods for sample preparation were discussed. It is shown from the results that refluxing in chloroform displays high extraction efficiency.

本文研究了以乙醇为溶剂,CaCl_2为助催化剂,双核磺化酞菁铜(Ⅱ)催化氧化α-萘酚制备α-萘醌的各种因素。提出了可能的反应机理。
