Octahedral cobalt(III) complexes of the chloropentammine type. XVII. Association and reaction of some halogenopentamminecobalt(III) and halogenopentamminechromium(III) cations with hydroxide in aqueous dioxan

The replacement, by hydroxide ion, of the coordinated halide from some halogenopentamminecobalt(III) and -Chromium(III) cations in aqueous dioxan has been studied over a range of alkali concentrations up to 0.1 M. With excess of hydroxide ion at constant ionic strength, pseudo first-order rate constants were obtained. The results support a pre-equilibrium association of complex and hydroxide ions in these media, but do not provide distinction as to whether the resulting ion-pair subsequently reacts by direct exchange or by proton removal. The extents of ion association are found to be greater for the cobalt(III) than for the chromium(III) system, increasing with the amount of dioxin in the solvent mixture.     

5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酸合铜(Ⅱ)的合成及其与DNA的作用

The 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) were synthesized and the date for the crystal complex was obtained. The interaction of 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) with DNA was also investigated by using spectral, viscometric, electrochemical and agarose gel electrophoresis methods. The results of interaction with DNA suggest that both 5FuAA and 5FuAACu can bind to DNA in a static electricity attraction mode. But the attraction of 5FuAACu is greater than that of 5FuAA.     

分子内扭转电荷转移探针DMABN测定表面活性剂水溶液的临界胶团浓度

以对二甲氨基苯甲腈(DMABN)为探针, 测定它在表面活性剂(C12TABr、SDS、C12E23、C12-3-12·2Br)水溶液中的第二重荧光强度(Ia)和对应的特征波长(λa)对表面活性剂浓度(c)曲线, 由Ia-c 曲线的转折点或λa-c曲线对应的一阶导数极小点可以获得临界胶团浓度(cmc). 由于C12-3-C12·2Br在水溶液中强烈聚集, 利用λa-c曲线还可以获得其胶团结构松散度的信息.     

表面含磷酸的介孔分子筛P-SBA-15的合成及其性能评价

采用后合成法，将磷酸固载在纯硅介孔分子筛SBA-15表面上。利用X射线衍射（XRD）、红外光谱（IR）、氮气吸附 脱咐法（BET）分析方法表征催化剂的物理性能。结果表明，催化剂P-SBA-15在高温焙烧后保持了稳定的介孔分子筛SBA-15结构，该催化剂的比表面积和孔径分别为605.45m2/g和5.576nm（磷硅摩尔比5%）。选用十一碳烯酸与异丙醇的酯化反应对催化剂P-SBA-15的催化反应性能进行评价，同时与其他几种微孔沸石分子筛催化剂催化性能相比表明，磷酸改性的介孔分子筛P SBA 15是合成十一烯酸异丙酯较为理想的固体酸催化剂，考察了催化剂的稳定性。

Tweezer分子的合成和对有机阴离子的配位效应

本文报道新的Ｔｗｅｅｚｅｒ（１）的合成，用＾１ＨＮＭＲ研究了新的Ｔｗｅｅｚｅｒ分子和对硝基苯甲酸盐的配位效应，结果表明它兴通过氢键，静电引力和芳环夹心堆叠作用而自动缔合。     

Ab initio potential energy surface and excited vibrational states for the electronic ground state of Li_2H

A 285-pomt multi-reference configuration-interaction involving single and double excitations ( MRS DCI) potential energy surface for the electronic ground state of L12H is determined by using 6-311G (2df,2pd)basis set.A Simons-Parr-Finlan polynomial expansion is used to fit the discrete surface with a x2 of 4.64×106 The equn librium geometry occurs at Rc=0.172 nm and,LiHL1=94.10°.The dissociation energy for reaction I2H(2A)→L12(1∑g)+H(2S) is 243.910 kJ/mol,and that for reaction L12H(2A')→HL1(1∑) + L1(2S) is 106.445 kl/mol The inversion barrier height is 50.388 kj/mol.The vibrational energy levels are calculated using the discrete variable representation (DVR) method.     

Two Novel Alkaloids from Zanthoxylum nitidum

Two novel alkaloids, 4,5‐dihydroxy‐1‐methyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐(trichloromethyl)‐3H‐indolium chloride ( 1 ) and 4‐(2‐methoxyethyl)‐N,N‐dimethylbenzenamine ( 2 ), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the roots of Zanthoxylum nitidum. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses.     

新型6-氟-4(3H)-喹唑啉酮类Schiff碱的合成及其抑菌活性

以2-氨基-5-氟苯甲酸为起始原料，与醋酐酰化关环制得6-氟-2-甲基噁嗪-4-酮(1)； 1在80%水合肼中回流反应制得6-氟-2-甲基-3-氨基-4(3H)-喹唑啉酮(2)； 2分别与羟基芳醛和杂环芳醛反应合成了6个6-氟-4(3H)-喹唑啉酮类Schiff碱（3a~3f），其中3b~3f为新化合物，其结构经¹H NMR， ¹³C NMR， IR和元素分析表征。采用琼脂扩散法研究了3a~3f对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的抑制活性。结果表明：用药浓度为400 μg·mL^-1时，3a~3f对受试菌种均有一定的抑制活性，其中6-氟-2-甲基-3-(4-吡咯苯亚甲氨基)-4(3H)-喹唑啉酮(3c)抑菌活性最强，对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为9.38 mm和9.00 mm。     

聚氯乙烯复合热稳定剂中铅镉钡的同时测定

聚氯乙烯（PVC）材料广泛应用于建筑、电讯、交通、电子、化工、包装等行业。然而，PVC加工时存在着一个致命的弱点，就是其流动温度为136℃，分解温度为140℃，两者相差仅4℃，给加工带来很大难度，为了能顺利加工就必须加入热稳定剂，热稳定剂是PVC加工不可缺少的主要助剂之一。热稳定剂种类繁多，我国目前大量使用的稳定剂为铅盐及金属皂等稳定剂，产量高达4．5万吨。由于铅、镉、钡等金属元素具有一定的毒性，使用中易造成环境污染，有害于人体健康，因此必须严格加以控制。
