Two-dimensional protein database of human pancreas

We report here the two-dimensional protein database of human pancreas. The proteins were analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis followed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). Totally, 302 proteins were identified, of which about 27% were enzymes with a broad range of catalytic activities. Several of these are specifically expressed in pancreas, such as pancreatic amylase, pancreatic stone protein, pancreatitis-associated protein, pancreatic lipase, pancreatic elastase, etc. Structural and cytoskeletal proteins are also strongly represented on the gels. Thus, the pancreatic proteome reflects the organ's function. This work paves the way for further studies on pancreatic protein expression in health and disease, such as diabetes and pancreatic cancer.     

代铬刷镀层的耐腐蚀机理的考察

对新型的代铬刷镀层Ni-Fe-W-P-S进行了耐腐蚀性能机理的分析研究。用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描隧道显微镜(STM)、X射线衍射及电子能谱(XPS)等的分析表明，基体组织为非品结构是代铬刷镀层优异耐腐蚀性的主要原因.     

金属键有机化合物的研究——η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)二聚体的合成

通过Fe_2(SO_4)_3醋酸水溶液与η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)的钠盐或锂盐(η~5-RC_5-H_4)(CO)_3MNa(Li)之间的相互作用,合成了9个η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)二聚体[(η~5-RC_5H_4)(CO)_3M]_2(M=Mo,W; R=C(O)Me,CO_2Me,CO_2Et,n-Bu,Me_3Si),并用C/H分析,IR、~1H NMR及MS表征了它们的结构.     

微乳液介质—1—（2—吡啶偶氮）—2—萘酚光度法测定汽油中环烷酸铁的含量

本研究了微乳液为介质时，铁与１－（２－吡啶偶氮）－２－萘酚（ＰＡＮ）的显色反应。选择７３０ｎｍ处为测定波长，ε为１．４×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－＾１．ｃｍ＾－＾１，铁量在０－５０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律，该法适用于汽油中环烷酸铁的测定。     

超声雾化进样微波诱导等离子体原子吸收光谱法测定银的某些影响因素研究

本文将超声雾化技术与MIP-AAS联用,以“L”型吸收管代替“T”型吸收管作为AAS测量的吸收池,采用水冷凝和浓H_2SO_4吸收相结合去溶,研究TUSN-MIP-AAS方法测银时的某些影响因素,讨论了微波前向功率,载气流速、去溶系统、溶液酸度、共存离子及易也离元素等对吸收信号的影响,本法所得的测银的特征浓度为0.01μg/ml(328.1nm)和0.03μg/ml(338.3nm),相对标准偏差为7.5％.     

Two new compounds from Zingiber officinale

A new cyclic diarylheptanoid,1,5-epoxy-3-hydroxy-1-(3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane (1),as well as a new monoterpene,10-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-hydroxy cineole (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established based on their spectral data.In addition,the antioxidant activities of these compounds were also measured.     

Structure and Magnetic Properties of a Novel Two‐Dimensional Complex from 1, 3, 5‐Benzenetricarboxylate and Neodymium(III) — {[Nd(1, 3, 5‐benzenetricarboxylate)(H2O)4] · H2O}n

A unique neodymium(III) complex, {[Nd(BTC)(H₂O)₄] · H₂O}_n (BTC = 1, 3, 5‐benzenetricarboxylate), was obtained from the reaction between Nd(ClO₄)₃ · xH₂O and Na₃BTC. Coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds, and π‐π stacking form a supramolecular structure with a novel, two‐dimensional framework. The temperature‐dependent magnetic susceptibilities were analyzed by the Curie‐Weiss law; the following values were found C = 1.32, θ = —18.3 K, respectively.     

气相分子吸收光谱法测定地下水中亚硝酸盐氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮

采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定地下水中的亚硝酸盐氮(NO2^-)、氨氮(NH4^+)、硝酸盐氮(NO3^-)。考察NO2^-,NH4^+和NO3^-测定时的相互干扰,并给出了相应的消除方法。研究结果表明,测定NO2^-时,NH4^+和NO3^-无干扰;NO2^-对测定NH4^+和NO3^-产生干扰,可分别采用分段法和加入2滴10%氨基磺酸溶液的方法消除干扰;对于不含NO2^-或NO2-含量不高的地下水样品,可简化操作步骤直接测定NO3^-。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.73%~2.74%(n=12),样品加标回收率为97.67%~100.28%。所用检测仪器具有流动注射、自动进样及在线绘制标准曲线的功能,简化了标准方法中的样品前处理过程,减少了样品的损失,实现了自动化分析,大幅提高了检测结果的准确度和工作效率。     

Theoretical studies of mechanisms of cycloaddition reaction between difluoromethylene carbene and acetone

Mechanisms of the cycloaddition reaction between singlet difluoromethylene carbene and acetone have been investigated with the second‐order Møller–Plesset (MP2)/6‐31G* method, including geometry optimization and vibrational analysis. Energies for the involved stationary points on the potential energy surface (PES) are corrected by zero‐point energy (ZPE) and CCSD(T)/6‐31G* single‐point calculations. From the PES obtained with the CCSD(T)//MP2/6‐31G* method for the cycloaddition reaction between singlet difluoromethylene carbene and acetone, it can be predicted that path B of reactions 2 and 3 should be two competitive leading channels of the cycloaddition reaction between difluoromethylene carbene and acetone. The former consists of two steps: (i) the two reactants first form a four‐membered ring intermediate, INT2, which is a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 97.8 kJ/mol; (ii) the intermediate INT2 isomerizes to a four‐membered product P_2b via a transition state TS2b with an energy barrier of 24.9 kJ/mol, which results from the methyl group transfer. The latter proceeds in three steps: (i) the two reactants first form an intermediate, INT1c, through a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 199.4 kJ/mol; (ii) the intermediate INT1c further reacts with acetone to form a polycyclic intermediate, INT3, which is also a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 27.4 kJ/mol; and (iii) INT3 isomerizes to a polycyclic product P₃ via a transition state TS3 with an energy barrier of 25.8 kJ/mol. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定表层水体中5类40种抗生素

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱（SPE-HPLC-MS/MS）同时检测表层水中5类40种抗生素的分析方法。水样经过滤、固相萃取柱富集净化后，以乙腈-0.2%（v/v）甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，采用电喷雾电离源，在多反应监测、正离子模式进行定性定量分析。结果显示，40种抗生素在1~200 μg/L水平下线性关系良好，平均加标回收率为41.3%~112.6%。采用该方法对长江南京段表层水体进行检测，共检出13种抗生素，含量为13.4~780.5 ng/L，其中喹诺酮类抗生素恩诺沙星检出率达100%，大环内酯类抗生素克林霉素最高检出水平达739.4 ng/L。该法高效、灵敏、可靠，可用于实际水样中多种抗生素的分析。
