快速匹配算法在药筒模块检测中的应用

为了能够快速、准确判断药筒模块是否合格,实现检测的自动化,针对药筒模块中可燃性紧塞盖图像的特点和检测要求,在研究经典相关系数匹配算法基础上,采用了一种快速图像匹配算法,即通过减少相关系数计算量和模板搜索范围,在保证匹配准确度的前提下来提高图像匹配速度。实验和现场测试表明,使用该方法,匹配速度提高了近67%,实现了图像的快速匹配,软件误判率1%,满足实际生产要求。

Global energy spectra of bands and density of states in a class of two-tile systems

Electronic properties of a general class of one-dimensional two-tile systems are calculated exactly. The systems containing periodic crystals, generalized Fibonacci quasicrystals, generalized Thue-Morse aperiodic lattices and even other two-tile aperiodic lattices, can be divided into two different families which are constructed by the inflation rules: {A, B}{A ^m11 B ^m12,A ^m21 B ^m22} and {A, B}{A ⁿ¹¹ B ⁿ¹²,B ⁿ²¹ A ⁿ²²}, respectively. As typical examples, global spectra of bands and density of states in some two-tile aperiodic systems are numerically calculated. Some interesting properties are obtained.

本文提出对动态特性参数设计使用相关系数与信噪比作为内表指标进行分析 ,并使用该分析方法优化了差示光度法测较高浓度金矿样的试验条件。     

激子复合区厚度对有机磁效应的影响

在常规型有机发光二极管的基础上, 通过改变发光层tri-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (III) (Alq₃)厚度, 研究了激子复合区厚度对有机发光二极管磁效应的影响.测量了器件在不同温度及偏压下电致发光及注入电流在外加磁场作用下的变化, 着重研究了低温下的有机磁电导效应和有机磁电致发光效应.实验发现, 低温(50 K)高磁场 (500 mT)下, 器件表现出随Alq₃厚度的减薄, 磁电导值由正到负再到正的非单调变化.利用磁场调控的超精细相互作用、 磁场抑制的三重态激子-电荷反应以及激子在界面的淬灭效应, 对有机磁电导在低温下表现出的现象进行了定性的解释.实验结果表明, 通过改变激子复合区的厚度, 可以实现对激子浓度的有效调节, 进而实现对有机磁电导和磁电致发光效应的调节. 该研究进一步丰富了有机磁效应的实验现象, 同时提供了一种调控有机磁效应的手段. 关键词： 激子复合区 激子浓度 有机磁电导 有机磁电致发光     

Temperature dependent exchange bias effect in polycrystalline BiFeO3/FM (FM = NiFe, Co) bilayers

Extensive studies on the temperature (T) dependent exchange bias effect were carried out in polycrystalline BiFeO₃(BFO)/NiFe and BFO/Co bilayers. In contrast to single-crystalline BFO/ferromagnet (FM) bilayers, sharp increase of the exchange bias field (H _E ) below 50 K were clearly observed in both of these two bilayers. However, when T is higher than 50 K, H _E increases with T and decreases further when T is larger than 230 K (for BFO/NiFe) or 200 K (for BFO/Co), which is similar to those reported in single-crystalline BFO/FM bilayers. After the exploration of magnetic field cooling, the temperature dependent exchange bias can be explained considering two contributions from both the interfacial spin-glass-like frustrated spins and the polycrystalline grains in the BFO layer. Moreover, obvious exchange bias training effect can be observed at both 5 K and room temperature and the corresponding results can be well fitted based on a recently proposed theoretical model taking into account the energy dissipation of the AFM layer.
