制备了银包套的Bi_1.8Pb_0.4Sr₂Ca_2.2Cu₃O_y带材。微结构观察证明样品是高度织构化的Bi2223单相。输运测量发现J_c(T,B,θ,φ)和R(T,B,θ,φ)均与θ有关,与φ无关(T=77K,B<1T),式中的θ和φ分别表示磁场与ab面和电流的夹角。求得了磁通运动的激活能。提出了热激活磁通弯结的形成与运动模型,并用London理论计算了弯结 关键词：     

BALLOONING INSTABILITY IN HIGH β TOKAMAK

In this paper we show that Δ′_B is negative over parts of the second region, and that plasmas are stable to Δ′_B-driven resistive modes for realistic equilibria in which characteristics of finite-β configurations are retained. We have found that ideal instability is very sensitive to the ratio T=rΔ″/Δ′ in the second region. In comparison with previous works. results obtained by present authors show that the shift gradient Δ′ has a significant stabilizing effect on the second stable boundary, and this effect increases as the shear s becomes larger.     

A DEMONSTRATION OF 1×8 LINEAR ARRAY YBCO TRANSITION EDGE IR BOLOMETER

A high-T_c superconducting array microbolometer has been fabricated by using a YBCO film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual detector, but singnificant improverment appears possible.     

FORMATION OF A BURIED LAYER OF ALUMINIUM NITRIDE BY HIGH DOSE N2+ IMPLANTATION INTO ALUMINIUM

Aluminium films with various thickness between 700 nm and 1μm were deposited on Si (100) substrates, and 400 keV N₂⁺ ions with doses ranging from 4.3×10¹⁷ to 1.8×10¹⁸ N/cm² were implanted into the alu-minium films on silicon, Rutherford Backscattering (RBS) and channeling, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and spreading resistance probes (SRP) were used to characterize the synthesized aluminium nitride. The experiments showed that when the implantation dose was higher than a critical dose N_c, a buried stoichiometric AlN layer with high resistance was formed, while no apparent AlN XRD peaks in the as-implanted samples were observed; however, there was a strong AlN(100) diffraction peak appearing after annealing at 500 ℃ for 1h. The computer program, Implantation of Reactive Ions into Silicon (IRIS), has been modified and used to simulate the formation of the buried AlN layer as N₂⁺ is implanted into aluminium. We find a good agreement between experimental measurements and IRIS simulation.     

共价氢化物与汞离子反应的研究：Ⅱ.痕量硒的高灵敏分析新方法

本文详细研究了硒化氢与汞离子反应条件并建立了氢化物发生－冷原子荧光法间接测定痕量硒的新方法。考察了各种实验条件，并将此方法用于合成水样分析，得到一些有意义的结果。     

螺旋线螺纹模型的有限元分析

针对精细化模型与Abaqus摩擦模型所存在问题, 提出一种基于螺纹几何特征的螺旋线螺纹模型, 采用脚本语言实现了螺旋线螺纹模型生成自动化, 并应用到某发动机机体主轴承盖螺栓螺孔的强度分析. 分析结果表明, 仿真计算得到的螺栓及机体螺孔处的应力很好地表征了螺栓连接结构螺纹处的实际应力分布, 与螺纹精细模型相近, 比Abaqus摩擦模型精度更高, 且计算方便、实用、高效, 验证了本文方法的准确、可行.     

耗散量子隧道系统中的形变效应与热库维数的关系

本文利用微扰及变分法研究了耗散量子隧道系统中热库声子波函数的形变效应,发现形变与热库的维数有关。随着维数降低,一方面形变效应增大,另一方面形变效应对量子隧道系统的影响变得更为显著。 关键词：     

区域小微企业群体大规模客户化制造系统模块化组建研究

为提升组建效率,降低组建难度与成本,在分析区域小微企业及其群体特点的基础上,提出由小微企业构建产品制造模块,通过模块的组合,形成大规模客户化制造系统的模块化组建方法.同时,结合对产品制造模块及其构建方式,以及模块选择主要影响因素的分析,研究了基于模块选择系数的制造模块选择策略,为制造系统的模块化组建提供了必要条件.     

冻融循环周次对陶粒混凝土动态力学性能影响的实验研究

为了研究冻融循环周次对陶粒混凝土动态力学性能的影响, 对含有页岩陶粒体积分数为0%、15%、30%、45%的陶粒混凝土试样分别进行0、10、20、30和40次的冻融循环后SHPB动态压缩实验. 实验表明: 陶粒混凝土的动态力学性能随着冻融循环周次增加而弱化, 动态压缩强度随着应变率的增加而增大, 并给出了冻融循环周次对陶粒混凝土动态压缩强度的变化规律.     

鄱阳湖流域华溪蟹属DNA条形码

探讨DNA条形码分子标记作为华溪蟹属(Sinopotamon)淡水蟹类辅助分类工具的可行性。选取分布于鄱阳湖流域的6种华溪蟹属淡水蟹类78个样本,采用线粒体COI和16SrRNA基因片段以及ITS2核基因片段,作为分子标记,结合GenBank数据库中同属序列片段,经DNA提取、引物筛选、PCR扩增、产物纯化测序及测序数据处理和分析,在计算得到的遗传距离和所构建系统发生树进行华溪蟹DNA条形码标准基因的选择。在本实验涉及的淡水蟹类个体及类群的识别上,16SrRNA和ITS2基因片段不适宜作为DNA条形码标准基因,而COI基因片段结合GenBank部分华溪蟹属序列数据分析,可区分本次研究所涉及的75%的物种。以线粒体COI基因片段为DNA条形码标准序列,可作为华溪蟹属淡水蟹类物种鉴定的辅助分类工具。
