The influence of the solvent and annealing temperature on the field-effect mobilities and morphologies of poly(3-hexylthiophene)-b-poly(γ-benzyl-l-glutamate) (P3HT-b-PBLG) rod-rod diblock copolymer has been investigated. Thin film X-ray diffraction studies show peaks originating from both P3HT and PBLG indicating that the crystalline nature of both the blocks is conserved after the formation of the block copolymer. It has been observed that the field-effect mobilities of the diblock copolymer are independent of the annealing temperatures for thin films deposited from both 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene and chloroform solvents. The correlation between the field-effect mobility and morphology indicates that the P3HT block self-assembles at the surface SiO(2) dielectric.  相似文献

Photo-DSC was used to investigate the cure kinetics of a photo-initiated resin. The exothermal photo-polymerization reactions were performed in isothermal mode. The irradiation of photo-initiated resin was studied under different conditions of temperature, UV lamp intensity, and reaction atmosphere (nitrogen and air). The results obtained by photo-DSC allowed us to determine kinetic data of the photo-polymerized reactions: the global activation energy and reaction enthalpy, and the conversion as a function of time and temperature. Modulated temperature DSC measurements were carried out to verify whether vitrification occurs during polymerization. The conversion at the top and bottom of irradiated samples was obtained by FT-IR spectroscopy before and after photo-polymerization. A non-homogenous photo-polymerization into the material was observed, probably because of the light absorptions effects within the uppermost layers.  相似文献

In this study, the thermal stability and exothermal decomposition of some ketone-2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones have investigated using the DSC technique. The synthesized and purified crystalline solids are thermally stable and start to decompose after melting. Non-isothermal DSC curves, recorded at several heating rates, were used to evaluate the melting properties and the kinetics of thermal decomposition. The isoconversional and model-fitting methods were applied to determine the activation parameters from the common analysis of multiple curves measured at different heating rates. Based on the results of the model??free method, a kinetic model was derived, and the kinetic parameters were obtained by means of a multivariate nonlinear regression. The results are discussed in relation to the effect of the ketone structure.  相似文献

A new efficient and general synthetic methodology to access γ-aminothiols was investigated and developed. 1,3-Thiazines were used as convenient precursors and were prepared by a fast microwave-assisted three-component reaction (3CR) of thioamides, aldehydes, and alkenes. We are attempting to develop novel synthetic antioxidants aimed at retarding the effects of free-radical induced cell damage. In this paper we discuss the design strategy and report the synthesis of seven novel antioxidants, including six catechols and a benzylic phenol. The bond dissociation enthalpy (BDE) for the most active (weakest) OH bond in each molecule was calculated by theoretical methods, as well as the BDE for the semiquinone radical. Reaction rates with the nitrogen-centered free radical DPPH(*) were measured in ethyl acetate. The log of k(DPPH) for bimolecular reaction correlated well with the primary BDE. The correlation between rate constants and calculated BDEs shows that the BDE is a good predictor of antioxidant activity with DPPH(*), suggesting that our design criteria are useful and that these compounds should undergo further testing in cell cultures and in animal models.  相似文献

Herein, we consider Müller’s spherical, porous, anionic, molybdenum oxide based capsule, (NH4)42‐ [{(MoVI)MoVI5O21(H2O)6}12{MoV2O4(CH3COO)}30]?10 CH3COONH4? 300 H2O≡(NH4)42? 1 a ?crystal ingredients≡ 1 , {Mo132}, as an effective sugar‐decorated nanoplatform for multivalent lectin recognition. The ion‐exchange of NH4+ ions of 1 with cationic‐sugars, D ‐mannose‐ammonium chloride ( 2 ) or D ‐glucose‐ammonium chloride ( 3 ) results in the formation of glyconanocapsules (NH4)42?n 2 n? 1 a and (NH4)42?m 3 m? 1 a . The Mannose (NH4)42?n 2 n? 1 a capsules bind selectively Concanavalin A (Con A) in aqueous solution, giving an association avidity constant of ${K{{{\rm multi}\hfill \atop {\rm a}\hfill}}}$ =4.6×104 M ?1 and an enhancement factor of β=K${{{{\rm multi}\hfill \atop {\rm a}\hfill}}}$ /K${{{{\rm mono}\hfill \atop {\rm ass}\hfill}}}$ =21.9, reminiscent of the formation of “glycoside clusters” on the external surface of glyconanocapsule. The glyconanocapsules (NH4)42?n 2 n? 1 a and (NH4)42?m 3 m? 1 a self‐assemble in “hybrid multilayers” by successive layer‐by‐layer deposition of (NH4)42?n 2 n? 1 a or (NH4)42?m 3 m? 1 a and Con A. These architectures, reminiscent of versatile mimics of artificial tissues, can be easily prepared and quantified by using quartz crystal microgravimetry (QCM). The “biomimetic hybrid multilayers” described here are stable under a continual water flow and they may serve as artificial networks for a greater depth of understanding of various biological mechanisms, which can directly benefit the fields of chemical separations, sensors or storage‐delivery devices.  相似文献

A total of 17 new N‐substituted derivatives ( 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2f , 2g , 2h , 2i , 2j , 2k and 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h ) of 5‐((2‐phenylthiazol‐4‐yl)methylene) thiazolidine‐2,4‐dione ( 2a ) and 5‐(2,6‐dichloro‐ benzylidene)thiazolidine‐2,4‐dione ( 3a ) were synthesized. The structural elucidation of the newly synthesized compounds was based on elemental analysis and spectroscopic data (MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR), and their antimicrobial activities were assessed in vitro against several strains of Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria and one fungal strain (Candida albicans) as growth inhibition diameter. Some of them showed modest to good antibacterial activity against Gram‐negative Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium and Gram‐positive Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, and Enterococcus fecalis bacterial strains, whereas almost all the compounds were inactive against Listeria monocytogenes. All of the synthesized compounds showed moderate to very good activity against C. albicans.  相似文献

The synthesis of new phenothiazinyl- and phenyl-nitrones under classical versus microwave heating conditions is described. Better yields were obtained under microwave irradiation in the condensation reactions of phenothiazyl-carbaldehyde with hydroxylamine derivatives. The structures of the new phenothiazinyl-nitrones were assigned on the basis of MS, FT–IR and NMR spectra. The new nitrones and some known phenyl-nitrones were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activity against several Candida species, Gram negative bacteria, such as Ecoli, Citrobacter spp, Morganella spp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae (± ESBL), Proteus spp, Acinetobacter spp and the Gram positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, with moderate results.  相似文献
