A new three-dimensional metal-organic coordination polymer, [La2(H2O)2(H2BTEC)(BTEC)], 1, was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The three-dimensional framework is built up from La2O16 dimers connected by carboxylate anions. The polymer exhibits strong photoluminescence at room temperature with the main emission band at 390 nm (λex = 338 nm). In vane‐type surface tension propellant management devices (PMD) commonly used in satellite fuel tanks, the propellant is transported along guiding vanes from a reservoir at the inlet of the device to a sump at the outlet from where it is pumped to the satellite engine. The pressure gradient driving this free‐surface flow under zero‐gravity (zero‐g) conditions is generated by surface tension and is related to the differential curvatures of the propellant‐gas interface at the inlet and outlet of the PMD. A new semi‐analytical procedure is prescribed for accurately calculating the extremely small fuel flow rates under reasonably idealized conditions. Convergence of the algorithm is demonstrated by detailed numerical calculations. Owing to the substantial cost and the technical hurdles involved in accurately estimating these minuscule flow rates by either direct numerical simulation or by experimental methods which simulate zero‐g conditions in the lab, it is expected that the proposed method will be an indispensable tool in the design and operation of satellite fuel tanks. In continuous wave (CW) electron paramagnetic resonance imaging (EPRI), high quality of reconstruction in a limited acquisition time is a high priority. It has been shown for the case of 3D EPRI, that a uniform distribution of the projection data generally enhances reconstruction quality. In this work, we have suggested two data acquisition techniques for which the gradient orientations are more evenly distributed over the 4D acquisition space as compared to the existing methods. The first sampling technique is based on equal solid angle partitioning of 4D space, while the second technique is based on Fekete points estimation in 4D to generate a more uniform distribution of data. After acquisition, filtered backprojection (FBP) is applied to carry out the reconstruction in a single stage. The single-stage reconstruction improves the spatial resolution by eliminating the necessity of data interpolation in multi-stage reconstructions. For the proposed data distributions, the simulations and experimental results indicate a higher fidelity to the true object configuration. Using the uniform distribution, we expect about 50% reduction in the acquisition time over the traditional method of equal linear angle acquisition.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for quantification of aceclofenac in rat plasma. Ibuprofen was used as an internal standard (IS). The present method used protein precipitation for extraction of aceclofenac from rat plasma. Separation was carried out on reversed-phase C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μ) and the column effluent was monitored by UV detector at 282 nm. The mobile phase used was methanol-triethylamine (pH 7.0; 0.3% v/v in Milli-Q water) (60:40%, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1. This method was linear over the range of 50.0-3500.0 ng mL−1 with regression coefficient greater than 0.99. The mean recovery of aceclofenac and IS were 84.62 ± 3.23 and 89.19 ± 1.57%, respectively and the method was found to be precise, accurate, and specific during the study. The method was successfully applied for pharmacokinetic study of aceclofenac in rats.  相似文献

The title investigation shows that pyridinium hydrobromide perbromide (PHPB) induced electron transfer reaction in pentaamminecobalt(III) complexes of α-hydroxy acids
such as mandelic, lactic and glycolic acids (R = C6H5), (R = CH3) and (R = H). Towards these complexes, PHPB acts as a two equivalent oxidising agent, yielding CoII and carbon–carbon bond cleavage products. Addition of pyridinium hydrobromide does not affect the rate indicating that PHPB itself is the reactive oxidising species. The rate decreases with an increase in acetic acid content in the solvent mixture. The observed experimental data have been rationalised in terms of a hydride ion transfer in the rate determining step. This oxidation acts as a diagnostic tool to find out the fraction proceeding by synchronous cleavages of C–H and C–C bonds.  相似文献

Inorganic-organic hybrid structures belonging to the family of iron phosphite-oxalates have been prepared by employing hydrothermal methods. Their structures, determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, show a hierarchy within the family. While compounds I and II are low dimensional, III-VI have three-dimensional structures. Compound I has edge-shared ladders of iron phosphite with oxalate units hanging from the iron centers. Compound II has a layer structure with a honeycomb-like arrangement. The three-dimensional hybrid structures have the oxalate units connected in both in-plane and out-of-plane modes. A newly identified secondary building unit (SBU-7) and the oxalate units satisfying the valence and coordination requirements in the structure of V are novel and noteworthy structural features. Magnetic studies show that the dominant interactions between the iron centers are antiferromagnetic. Similar to other known hybrid structures, the phosphite-oxalate structures appear to show wide compositional and structural diversity.  相似文献
