A novel one-pot pseudo five-component reaction of isocyanides with 2,5-dihydroxycyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione and various aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes in ethanol at room temperature has been studied. 2,6-Bis(alkylamino)-benzofuro[5,6-b]furan-4,8-dione derivatives were isolated as the products in good yields after 24 h. 相似文献

Recyclable chiral amide-based organocatalyst 5 efficiently catalyzed asymmetric Strecker reaction of various aromatic and aliphatic N-benzhydrylimines with ethyl cyanoformate as cyanide source at -10 °C to give a high yield (95%) of α-aminonitriles with excellent chiral induction (ee, up to 99%) with the added advantage of recyclability. Based on experimental observations a probable mechanism was proposed for this reaction. This protocol with catalyst 5 was extended for the synthesis of (R)-phenylalanine and pharmaceutically important drug intermediate (R)-3-phenylpropane-1,2-diamine in high yield with high enantioselectivity. 相似文献

Chiral Cr(III) salen complex 1 having t-Bu substituents at 3,3′ and 5,5′-positions was used as a catalyst for the highly enantioselective aminolytic kinetic resolution (AKR) of racemic trans epoxides with different anilines as nucleophile in the presence of different ionic liquids at rt. Excellent yields (>98%) of anti β-aminoalcohols with high enantioselectivity (ee >99%) was achieved in 4 h when [bmim]PF6 was used as the ionic liquid. The present ionic liquid mediated AKR process is recyclable (up to six cycles with no loss in performance) and is five times quicker than the homogeneous process utilizing conventional organic solvents. 相似文献

Amorphous anhydrous silica SiO2 (mw) (99.99%) is successfully synthesized through microwave irradiation technique and time of reaction is reduced up to 1 h. The dehydration phase study of Si–water, Si–OH, Si–O–Si networking, elemental analysis and surface morphology was carried out by FTIR, FTNIR, SEM and EDAX spectroscopic techniques. The broad absorption stretching and bending of Si–OH and H2O at 3695.38–2832.96 cm? 1, 1638 cm? 1 and 1191.20–1017.14 cm? 1 completely disappeared and appearance of new bands at 946.93 and 797.63 cm? 1 confirmed the amorphous anhydrous silica with Si–O–Si networking. The SEM images of SiO2 (mwc) described the smooth and fine particle texture and confirmed 99.99% Si–O–Si networking of anhydrous silica. The 99.99% purity was verified by EDAX spectra which exhibited sharp signals only for oxygen and silicon. Toxicity against Monomorium minimum and Tribolium castaneum with 100% mortality and LT50 91 min and 7.5 h respectively is being reported. It can be used for long storage of grains in the future. 相似文献

A chiral cobalt(III) complex (1e) was synthesized by the interaction of cobalt(II) acetate and ferrocenium hexafluorophosphate with a chiral dinuclear macrocyclic salen ligand that was derived from 1R,2R-(-)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane with trigol bis-aldehyde. A variety of epoxides and glycidyl ethers were suitable substrates for the reaction with water in the presence of chiral macrocyclic salen complex 1e at room temperature to afford chiral epoxides and diols by hydrolytic kinetic resolution (HKR). Excellent yields (47% with respect to the epoxides, 53% with respect to the diols) and high enantioselectivity (ee>99% for the epoxides, up to 96% for the diols) were achieved in 2.5-16 h. The Co(III) macrocyclic salen complex (1e) maintained its performance on a multigram scale and was expediently recycled a number of times. We further extended our study of chiral epoxides that were synthesized by using HKR to the synthesis of chiral drug molecules (R)-mexiletine and (S)-propranolol. 相似文献

An experimental study shows how the emulsion terpolymerization of lauryl methacrylate (LMA) and methyl methacrylate is influenced by the nature of the third monomer. The third monomer is either glycidyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, or styrene. We report the synthesis of terpolymer particles with an appreciably high content of the very hydrophobic LMA (between 0.2515 and 0.238 molar fraction in the monomer mixture) in 60:40 weight water/ethanol mixture as the continuous phase, poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) as a polymeric steric stabilizer, and potassium peroxodisulfate as the initiator. The emulsion terpolymerization proceeds smoothly without the formation of coagulum and leads to particles with an average diameter clearly below 1 μm. We discuss the overall polymerization behavior regarding conversion–time curves, particle morphology, and glass transition temperature of the terpolymers in dependence of the lyophilicity/lyophobicity of the monomer mixture. 相似文献
