It is proposed that in molecular mechanics calculation points belonging to various stable or meta-sta-ble conformtrs are mixed up and form fractal structures in conformation space. The calculation results show the following two phenomena:(i)Two levels of structure with fractal feature were observed.Around the conformer without mirror symmetry points belonging to the conformer and its enantiomer are mixed up and form the first level of fractal structure; on the boundary of the attractive basin o{ each atlractor, points belonging to different attractors form the second level of fractal structure.(ii) The variation of molecular mechanics parameters will influence the structure and area of each attractive basin significantly The above phenomena may become the basis of a new method for solving the troublesome multi-minimum-point problem in molecular mechanics calculation. 相似文献
Quantitative structure-activity/property relationships (QSAR/QSPR) studies have been exploited extensively in the designs of drugs and pesticides, but few such studies have been applied to the design of colour reagents. In this work, the topological indices A(x1) - A(x3) suggested in this laboratory were applied to multivariate analysis in structure-property studies. The topological indices of 43 phosphone bisazo derivatives of chromotropic acid were calculated. The structure-property relationships between colour reagents and their colour reactions with cerium were studied using A (x1 a (x)3) indices with satisfactory results. The purpose of this work was to establish whether QSAR can be used to predict the contrasts of colour reactions and in the longer term to be a helpful tool in colour reagent design. 相似文献
Recent breakthrough in synthesizing arbitrary vertical heterostructures of Ruddlesden–Popper (RP) perovskites opens doors to myriad quantum optoelectronic applications. However, it is not clear whether moiré excitons and flat bands can be formed in such heterostructures. Here, we predict from first principles that twisted homobilayers of RP perovskite, MA2PbI4, can host moiré excitons and yield flat energy bands. The moiré excitons exhibit unique and hybridized characteristics with electrons confined in a single layer of a striped distribution while holes localized in both layers. Nearly flat valence bands can be formed in the bilayers with relatively large twist angles, thanks to the presence of hydrogen bonds that strengthen the interlayer coupling. External pressures can further increase the interlayer coupling, yielding more localized moiré excitons and flatter valence bands. Finally, electrostatic gating is predicted to tune the degree of hybridization, energy, position and localization of moiré excitons in twisted MA2PbI4 bilayers.Excitonic states in twisted MA2PbI4 bilayers were calculated by first-principles calculations.相似文献
Quality inspection is essential in preventing defective products from entering the market. Due to the typically low percentage of defective products, it is generally challenging to detect them using algorithms that aim for the overall classification accuracy. To help solve this problem, we propose an ensemble learning classification model, where we employ adaptive boosting (AdaBoost) to cascade multiple backpropagation (BP) neural networks. Furthermore, cost-sensitive (CS) learning is introduced to adjust the loss function of the basic classifier of the BP neural network. For clarity, this model is called a CS-AdaBoost-BP model. To empirically verify its effectiveness, we use data from home appliance production lines from Bosch. We carry out tenfold cross-validation to evaluate and compare the performance between the CS-AdaBoost-BP model and three existing models: BP neural network, BP neural network based on sampling, and AdaBoost-BP. The results show that our proposed model not only performs better than the other models but also significantly improves the ability to identify defective products. Furthermore, based on the mean value of the Youden index, our proposed model has the highest stability.
