Analysis of the constituents in rat plasma after oral administration of Shexiang Baoxin pill by HPLC‐ESI‐MS/MS

A valid method using liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization (ESI) and ion trap mass spectrometry was established for the study of the absorbed components in rat plasma after oral administration of a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Shexiang Baoxin pill. The plasma was deproteinated by adding methanol prior to liquid chromatography, in which separation was carried out on a Symmetry C₁₈ column (5 µm, 250 × 4.6 mm). A linear gradient with 0.5% formic acid–water–acetonitrile was used as mobile phase. Mass spectra were acquired in both negative and positive modes. Twenty‐one components including 17 components from Shexiang Baoxin pill and four metabolites were observed from a comprehensive analysis of the chromatography of Shexiang Baoxin pill, controlled plasma and dosed plasma. All of the 17 prototype compounds and three of the metabolites were identified by comparing their retention behaviors and MS and MS/MS spectra with reference compounds and literature data. This study developed an integrated method for screening the bioactive constituents in plasma after oral adminstration of Chinese herbal medicine and provided helpful chemical information for further pharmacology and active mechanism research on TCM. 本文在Banach空间中设计了一些新的杂交迭代算法用以逼近一类均衡问题解集和弱相对非扩展映射不动点集或极大单调算子零点集的公共元.得到了一些强收敛的结论,并将它们推广到逼近一类均衡问题解集和有限个弱相对非扩展映射公共不动点集或有限个极大单调算子公共零点集的公共元的情形.最后,展示了本文的迭代算法在最优化问题上的应用.     

全钒氧化还原液流电池电解液

近年来,全钒氧化还原液流电池(VRFB)作为一种新型的储能电池备受关注。作为VRFB的核心材料,电解液的制备及优化一直都是研究的热点。高浓度和高稳定性电解液的制备是钒电池的关键技术之一。电解液性能的提高有助于加速VRFB的商业化进程。本文综述了VRFB电解液的研究进展,重点介绍了电解液的制备方法和影响电解液稳定性的因素,简述了电解液中钒离子浓度的分析方法和钒离子的存在形式,最后对电解液的进一步研究和应用前景进行了展望。

A Study on the Gonductance of KBr. KSCN. KClO4 and KI in the Mixed Solvent of Dimethylformamide and 1,4-Dioxane

This paper reports the measured conductance of KBr,KSCN.KClO4 and KI in the mixed solvent of DMF with 1,4-dioxane at various ratios,the viscosity of the mixed solvent and the density of the salt solution.According to the conductance equations,namely,Pitts equation,Fuoss-1978 equation and Lee-Wheaton equation,the experi-.mental data were fitted on computer to get the limit molar conductance of salt at infinite dilution the ionic association constant Ka,and the distance parameter between cation and anion R.The suitability of the theoretical equations and the interaction of ion-ion-solvent molecule were discussed.
