We investigated the effect of the length of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the electrical property of CNT-based flexible, transparent, and conductive films (TCFs). We grew vertically aligned CNTs with controlled lengths, dispersed them in ethanol by ultrasonication, and spray coated them onto polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheets. We focused on the variation in the sheet resistance and transmittance of the above-mentioned films as a function of the CNT length, and we found that the optimum CNT length was 200?μm. We concluded that the CNT length should be carefully optimized because a shorter tube affords the advantage of efficient dispersion, while a longer tube helps in reducing the number of contact points between tubes along the electrical conduction path. 相似文献

The epitaxial growths of GaN films and GaN-based LEDs on various patterned sapphire substrates (PSSes) with different values of fill factor (f) and slanted angle (θ) are investigated in detail. The threading dislocation (TD) density is lower in the film grown on the PSS with a smaller fill factor, resulting in a higher internal quantum efficiency (IQE). Also the ability of the LED to withstand the electrostatic discharge (ESD) increases as the fill factor decreases. The illumination output power of the LED is affected by both θ and f. It is found that the illumination output power of the LED grown on the PSS with a lower production of tanθ and f is higher than that with a higher production of tanθ and f. 相似文献

This paper reports that the multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)/nylon-6 (PA6) nanocomposites with different MWCNT loadingshave been prepared by a simple melt-compounding method. Theelectrical, dielectric, and surface wetting properties of theCNT/PA6 composites have been studied. The temperature dependence ofthe conductivity of the CNT/PA6 composite with 10.0 wt{\%} CNTloading ($\sigma _{\rm RT} \sim 10^{-4}$ S/cm) are measured, andafterwards a charge-energy-limited tunnelling model (ln $\sigma (T)\sim T^{-1/2})$ is found. With increasing CNT weight percentage from0.0 to 10.0 wt%, the dielectric constant of the CNT/PA6composites enhances and the dielectric loss tangent increases twoorders of magnitude. In addition, water contact angles of theCNT/PA6 composites increase and the composites with CNT loadinglarger than 2.0 wt%even become hydrophobic. We employ the spin-polarized generalized gradient approximation within the density functional theory to investigate the equation of state, magnetism and elastic constant of cubic ACrO3 (A=Pb, Ca, Sr, and Ba) perovskite. The antiferromagnetic phase is the most stable state at zero pressure. Under pressure, the ferromagnetic state will transform to the non-magnetic state. Considering the effect of magnetism, the equilibrium lattice constant, the bulk modulus and the high pressure equations of state agree well with the available experiments. 在多面转镜激光器扫频光学相干层析成像系统中,激光器存在着输出光谱错位与扫频范围波动的问题.目前的重采样方法中,普遍利用互相关运算校正光谱错位,并进行大范围的截取,保证扫频范围的一致性,但这会导致成像信噪比与分辨率的降低.本文用马赫-曾德尔干涉仪(MZI)采集到的干涉信号对扫频范围波动的问题进行了详细的测量与分析,其中干涉信号的解缠相位曲线的非随机性和平行性,表明该类激光器输出光谱的波长分布具备一致性.在此基础上,提出了一种用最长扫频范围的MZI干涉信号,对样品干涉信号进行时域光谱对齐、然后进行一对多插值的重采样方法.实验与分析表明,该方法利用了所有的光谱信号,保证了样品干涉信号的能量利用率,能有效提高图像的信噪比与分辨率. 相似文献
