Uniform-sized molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) beads were prepared using a one-step swelling and polymerization method. The obtained sulfamethazine (SMZ)-imprinted polymer showed high affinity and selectivity toward SMZ and other structurally related sulfonamides in acetonitrile or water-acetonitrile mobile phases, particularly in high aqueous systems. The column performance of the MIPs for SMZ and its analogues could be improved by elevating the column temperature and optimizing the flow rate. The hydrogen-bonding effect plays a significant role in the recognition process of SMZ-imprinted polymer systems in organic media, while the ion-exchange effect, as well as hydrophobic effect, dominates the retention mechanism in aqueous-rich media, in addition to shape recognition. 相似文献

The surface area and porous properties are dependent on the chain length of incorporated surfactant cation. 用25 ns脉冲Nd-YAG 532 nm的激光,在1010~1011 W•cm-2的光场强度下,利用飞行时间质谱对He、 N2、Ar载气条件下苯的激光电离过程进行了研究.发现当利用氩作为载气时,除观察到C2+、C2H2+、C3H3+、C6H6+离子外,还观察到很强的Cq+(q=1~3)高价离子.这些离子都有很高的平动能, C2+的最可几平动能为12.9 eV, C3+为37.5 eV.通过改变载气种类和压力及在不同光场强度条件下的实验,可以认为这些高价离子来源于含苯团簇的库仑爆炸过程. 相似文献

The Schiff base N,N'-ethylenebis(pyridoxylideneiminato) (H(2)pyr(2)en, 1) was synthesized by reaction of pyridoxal with ethylenediamine; reduction of H(2)pyr(2)en with NaBH(4) yielded the reduced Schiff base N,N'-ethylenebis(pyridoxylaminato) (H(2)Rpyr(2)en, 2); their crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. The totally protonated forms of 1 and 2 correspond to H(6)L(4+), and all protonation constants were determined by pH-potentiometric and (1)H NMR titrations. Several vanadium(IV) and vanadium(V) complexes of these and other related ligands were prepared and characterized in solution and in the solid state. The X-ray crystal structure of [V(V)O(2)(HRpyr(2)en)] shows the metal in a distorted octahedral geometry, with the ligand coordinated through the N-amine and O-phenolato moieties, with one of the pyridine-N atoms protonated. Crystals of [(V(V)O(2))(2)(pyren)(2)].2 H(2)O were obtained from solutions containing H(2)pyr(2)en and oxovanadium(IV), where Hpyren is the "half" Schiff base of pyridoxal and ethylenediamine. The complexation of V(IV)O(2+) and V(V)O(2) (+) with H(2)pyr(2)en, H(2)Rpyr(2)en and pyridoxamine in aqueous solution were studied by pH-potentiometry, UV/Vis absorption spectrophotometry, as well as by EPR spectroscopy for the V(IV)O systems and (1)H and (51)V NMR spectroscopy for the V(V)O(2) systems. Very significant differences in the metal-binding abilities of the ligands were found. Both 1 and 2 act as tetradentate ligands. H(2)Rpyr(2)en is stable to hydrolysis and several isomers form in solution, namely cis-trans type complexes with V(IV)O, and alpha-cis- and beta-cis-type complexes with V(V)O(2). The pyridinium-N atoms of the pyridoxal rings do not take part in the coordination but are involved in acid-base reactions that affect the number, type, and relative amount of the isomers of the V(IV)O-H(2)Rpyr(2)en and V(V)O(2)-H(2)Rpyr(2)en complexes present in solution. DFT calculations were carried out and support the formation and identification of the isomers detected by EPR or NMR spectroscopy, and the strong equatorial and axial binding of the O-phenolato in V(IV)O and V(V)O(2) complexes. Moreover, the DFT calculations done for the [V(IV)O(H(2)Rpyr(2)en)] system indicate that for almost all complexes the presence of a sixth equatorial or axial H(2)O ligand leads to much more stable compounds. 相似文献

TiO2 has been tested to be toxic to DNA under the photo-irradiation of ultraviolet A (UVA). However, in the dark conditions, after several days of treatment with TiO2 in aqueous solution, the interaction between TiO2 and two types of DNA was detected and the mechanisms were studied by the methods of gel-electrophoresis, IR spectroscopy and TEM. The results showed that the DNA would be bound to TiO2; the ratio of binding was related to the concentration and the treating time; the mechanism of binding is related to phosphate groups of DNA. Besides, DNA with different structure showed different degree of binding. These findings showed a new possible way through which the TiO2 nanoparticles interact with DNA. 相似文献

Experimental investigations on the Shirasu-porous-glass (SPG)-membrane emulsification processes for preparing monodisperse core-shell microcapsules with porous membranes were carried out systematically. The results showed that, to get monodisperse oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions by SPG membrane emulsification, it was more important to choose an anionic surfactant than to consider hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) matching. Increasing the viscosity of either the disperse phase or the continuous phase or decreasing the solubility of the disperse phase in the continuous phase could improve both the monodispersity and the stability of emulsions. With increasing monomer concentration inside the disperse phase, the monodispersity of emulsions became slightly worse and the mean diameter of emulsions gradually became smaller. Monodisperse monomer-containing emulsions were obtained when the SPG membrane pore size was larger than 1.0 micro m, and from these emulsions satisfactory monodisperse core-shell microcapsules with a porous membrane were prepared. On the other hand, when the SPG membrane pore size was smaller than 1.0 mciro m, no monodisperse emulsions were obtained because of the formation and chokage of solid monomer crystals in the pores or at the end of the pores of the SPG membrane. This was due to the remarkable solvation and diffusion of the solvent in water. With increasing the emulsification time the average emulsion diameter generally decreased, and the monodispersity of the emulsions gradually became worse. 相似文献

cyanobacterium, Scytonema sp. TISTR 8208, which produces a novel cyclic dodecapeptide antibiotic, was immobilized in seaweed-type
photobioreactor and cultivated with air containing 5% CO2 sparged at a gas flow rate of 250 mL/min under illumination at a light intensity of 200 μmol photon m-2s-1. The antibiotic produced in the seaweed-type photobioreactor was purified by HPLC and examined regarding its spectrum and
mode of action. The antibiotic effectively inhibited the growth of Gram-positive bacteria, pathogenic yeasts, and filamentous
fungi, but it had only a weak effect on Gram-negative bacteria. Scanning electron micrograph analysis showed that the most
characteristic change was swelling of the cells after exposure to the antibiotic. The antibiotic seems to alter the conformation

Development of new or improved methods for the asymmetric preparation of chiral propargylic alcohols has gained considerable significance during the past years because they are useful building blocks for the synthesis of many biologically active compounds and natural products.[1] A series of chiral tridentate ligands were conveniently synthesized from amino acids with good yields (Scheme 1).[2] A preliminary study of the enantioselective alkynylation of benzaldehyde catalyzed by this chiral tridentate ligand was carried out and up to 83% ee of chiral propargyl alcohols was obtained (Table 1 ).
