催化还原胺类衍生物N-单烷基化反应一锅法合成4,6-二(异丙基氨基)-1,3-苯二酚

以 2-氯-4,6-二硝基-1,3-苯二酚为原料,丙酮为烷基源,氢气为还原剂,研究了在10%Pd/C催化剂上一锅法合成N-单烷基氨基苯酚化合物 4,6-二(异丙基氨基)-1,3-苯二酚的反应工艺. 考察了反应条件如醋酸量、丙酮浓度、氢气压力、催化剂量和反应时间对反应的影响,开发出一条高收率、高选择性制备N-单烷基氨基苯酚化合物的合成路线.     

A new cytotoxic 2-（2-phenylethyl）chromone from Chinese eaglewood

A new compound 8-chloro-5,6,7-trihydroxy-2-（3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenethyl）-5,6,7,8-tetralaydro-4H-chromen-4-one （1） was isolated from the Chinese eaglewood [Aquilaria sinensis （Lour.） Gilg]. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Compound I showed cytotoxicity against human gastric cancer cell line （SGC-7901） in vitro by MTT method with the IC50 value of 14.6 μg/mL.     

3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇酸在聚邻甲苯胺-Cu2+膜电极上的电氧化

采用循环伏安法制备了聚邻甲苯胺(POT)膜电极,再以浸泡吸附法在此膜中嵌入Cu2+,制成POT-Cu2+膜电极.研究了POT-Cu2+膜电极对3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇酸的电氧化行为,并讨论了影响电氧化活性的主要因素.结果表明,50℃下,在含有0.5mol.L-13-乙氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇酸的1.5mol.L-1氢氧化钠溶液中,POT-Cu2+膜电极具有高的电氧化活性和良好的稳定性.将该电极用于3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇酸电解氧化脱羧制备乙基香兰素,在0.55V(vsSCE)下恒电位电解1h,乙基香兰素的产率可达89%以上,电流效率达97%以上.     

我国66种蔬菜矿质营养成分的综合评价

通过对我国66种常用新鲜蔬菜的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、P、Se等10种矿质营养元素含量数据的深度挖掘,用聚类分析法建立了蔬菜的矿质营养成分谱。结果表明,66种蔬菜按其所含矿质元素含量的高低及其组合状况可有序地划分为6个组：即富K、P、Zn型蔬菜,富Ca蔬菜,富Mn、Fe、Se型蔬菜,富zn、Fe、P型蔬菜、各种营养成分的配合较为均衡的蔬菜和低K、P型蔬菜。按照蔬菜的w（Zn）／w（Cu）、w（Ca）／w（Mg）、w（Na）／w（K）比值序列,为人们尤其是高血压和冠心病患者科学合理地选择和搭配蔬菜提供了参考。     

利用模板法制备Ag纳米线

利用阳极氧化铝（AAO）作为模板,制备出高定向的Ag纳米线．Ag纳米线的形貌由环境扫描电镜证实,并通过X-射线能谱（EDX）、X-射线粉末衍射谱（XRD）测试手段进行了表征．     

LiFePO4 doped with magnesium prepared by hydrothermal reaction in glucose solution

Lithium iron phosphate （LiFePO4） doped with magnesium was hydrothermally synthesized from commercial LiOH, FeSO4, H3PO4 and MgSO4 with glucose as carbon precursor in aqueous solution. The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and constant charge-discharge cycling. The results show that the synthesized powders have been in situ coated with carbon precursor produced from caramel reaction of glucose. At ambient temperature （28±2℃）, the electrochemical performances of LiFePO4 prepared exhibit the high discharge capacity of 135 mAh g^-1 at 5C and good capacity retention of 98% over 90 cycles. The excellent electrochemical performances should be correlated with the intimate contact between carbon and LiFePO4 primary and secondary particles, resulting from the in situ formation of carbon precursor/carbon, leading to the increase in conductivity of LiFePO4.     

高效液相色谱法同步检测牛奶中替米考星、泰乐菌素和螺旋霉素残留量

研究了牛奶中替米考星、泰乐菌素和螺旋霉素残留量的液相色谱同步测定方法。方法采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mmi.d)反相色谱柱,以甲醇为提取液,以SCX因相萃取柱为净化柱,流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液 乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,用二极管阵列检测器检测,替米考星和泰乐菌素的检测波长285 nm,螺旋霉素的检测波长232 nm,进样量100μL。替米考星、泰乐菌素和螺旋霉素的检出限分别为:30、20、40μg/kg,线性范围为20~800μg/kg,加标回收率为88.8%~99.4%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~8.9%。方法适用于牛奶中替米考星、泰乐菌素和螺旋霉素残留量的同步检测。     

Adsorption of bulky molecules of nonylphenol ethoxylate on ordered mesoporous carbons

Ordered mesoporous carbons (OMCs) with varying pore sizes were prepared using ordered mesoporous silica SBA-15 as hard templates. The OMCs possess abundant mesopores with narrow pore size distribution, on which the adsorption behavior of bulky molecules of nonylphenol ethoxylate (NPE) were investigated. The isotherms of NPE on OMCs can be fitted by Langmuir adsorption model, evidenced by the adsorption data. The surface area of the pores larger than 1.5 nm is a crucial factor to the adsorption capacity of NPE, whereas the most probable pore diameter of OMCs is crucial to the adsorption rate of NPE. The adsorption temperature has more significant effects on adsorption rate than the adsorption capacity. Theoretical studies show that the adsorption kinetics of NPE on OMCs can be depicted with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. In addition, thermodynamic parameters of adsorption were evaluated based on the equilibrium constants related to the equilibrium of adsorption at different temperatures.     

Selective colorimetric and fluorescent detection of HSO4- with sodium(I), magnesium(II) and aluminium(III) xanthone-crown ether complexes

Xanthone-crown ether (1) reacts with NaClO(4), Mg(ClO(4))(2) and Al(ClO(4))(3) forming the one-dimensional chain dinuclear polymer [Na(2).1.(ClO(4))(2)] (2), the mononuclear complex [Mg.1.(H(2)O)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (3) and an interesting sandwich complex [Al.(1)(2).(H(2)O)(6)](ClO(4))(3) (4) with different ratios of metal-to-ligand, respectively. The anion recognition experiment results show that the magnesium complex (3) is a good colorimetric and fluorescent detector for HSO(4)(-) with high sensitivity and selectivity.     

Phorbasides A-E, cytotoxic chlorocyclopropane macrolide glycosides from the marine sponge Phorbas sp. CD determination of C-methyl sugar configurations

Five new cytotoxic macrolide glycosides phorbasides A-E (3-7), each possessing a macrolide ring appended to a rare ene-yne-trans-2-chlorocyclopropane, were isolated from the same Western Australian sponge (Phorbas sp.) that provided phorboxazoles A and B. The structures of 3-7 were solved by analysis of spectroscopic data including NMR, MS, and CD. A synthesis of methyl 2-O-methyl-alpha-L-evalose from L-rhamnose was completed and used for configurational assignment of the sugar residue in 3. Acid-catalyzed methanolysis of 3 followed by two-step derivatization of the liberated O-methyl glycoside gave a vicinal 4-O-naphthoyl/tertiary 3-N-(2-aminonaphthyl)carbamate derivative that exhibited exciton coupled CD identical with that of the derivative prepared from synthetic 1,2- O-dimethyl-alpha-L-evalose.
