In this paper we propose a framework to enhance light extraction efficiency in white organic light emitting diodes (WOLED) using photonic crystal (PhC) structures sandwiched between indium tin oxide (ITO, nITO = 1.8+0.01i) and glass (nglass = 1.51) substrate, according to the high refractive index contrast of these two layers almost 50% of the generated light inside WOLED gets trapped in the mentioned interface. The main purpose of this article is to suggest a method to intentionally optimize PhC structures to reduce total internal reflections (TIR) happening at ITO/glass interface. Here three different patterns are considered including rectangular, hexagonal and circular lattices. Using Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method and the presented framework for choosing structural parameters the portion of 50% trapped light in ITO was reduced to 20% which is a large enhancement in extraction efficiency of WOLED. Also far-field results before and after adding PhCs are investigated.  相似文献

Dinaphthosulfone aza macrocycles were synthesized from the reaction of diamines and dinaphthosulfone diester (1,1′-sulfoxobis-(2-naphthoxy(2-methyl acetate))) in methanol in the presence of catalytic amounts of para toluenesulfonic acid (p-TsOH). Dinaphthosulfone diester (1,1′-sulfoxobis-(2-naphthoxy(2-methyl acetate))) was synthesized from the corresponding dinaphthosulfide diester and hydrogen peroxide in formic acid at room temperature. Dinaphthosulfide diester was prepared from initial dinaphtholsulfide diol (1,1′-thio bis(2-hydroxy naphthalene)) and methylchloroacetate. 1H NMR spectroscopy showed the unusual splittings for these dinaphthosulfone aza macrocycles, and this finding could be proposed as the role of tetrahedral structure of sulfone functional group, hydrogen bonding in the cavity and size of macrocycle.  相似文献

Four new dinaphthosulfide and dibenzosulfide aza podands were synthesized. The synthesis of these podands was performed under three different reaction conditions: 1) diester, K 2 CO 3 , methanol, and RT; 2) diester, ethanolamine, and microwave (MW); and 3) diacid dichloride, ethanolamine, Et 3 N, CH 2 Cl 2 , RT. Two kinds of diester (dinaphthosulfide and dibenzosulfide) were used for the preparation of dihydroxy podands. These dihydroxy podands were reacted with thionyl chloride to afford dichloro podands. The second route gave excellent yields of dihydroxy podands. Dichloro podands are more soluble than dihydroxy podands in conventional solvents such as methanol, chloroform, and acetonitrile.  相似文献

The paper gives a construction of a free monoid of rank 2 in the group of automorphisms of free periodic groups B(m, n) of any odd period n ≥ 665 and any rank m > 1.Moreover, it is proved that if the period is any prime numbern > 1003 and the group B(m, n) is nested in some n-periodic group G as a normal subgroup, then B(m, n) is a direct factor in G.  相似文献

In this paper, nonclassical light propagation through passive optical coupler is investigated. On the other hand, passive optical device design for nonclassical light is analyzed in this work. Effect of mode mismatching including mismatching in propagation constant on operation of the considered device is studied. We investigate different separable and entangled input excitations with single photons in this case. We specially study the measure of entanglement and effect of propagation constant mismatch on it. The simultaneous effect of loss and mismatch is also studied. Obtained results for different excitation states illustrate that there is a possibility to design such that the system operation can be immune versus fabrication imperfections.  相似文献

Three reusable and durable superhydrophobic nanofibrous filters were prepared by dip coating the nanofibrous fabric in the three different dispersed solutions of the newly modified nanoparticles (ZnO‐NSPO, AlOO‐NSPO, and titanium dioxide [TiO2]‐NSPO). The contact angle results proved that the TiO2‐NSPO coated nanofibrous polyacrylonitrile (PAN) filter was hydrophobic with the water contact angle (WCA) of 141° while the ZnO‐NSPO and AlOO‐NSPO coated nanofibrous PAN filters were superhydrophobic with the WCA of 168° and 152°, respectively. The as‐prepared filters can be utilized as an effective martial for oil‐water separation with separation efficiency of over 98%.  相似文献

A simple and efficient synthetic protocol has been developed using a one-pot, three-component reaction involving 2-amino phenols, dialkyl acetylene dicarboxylates and nitrostyrene derivatives. We tackle precedence-constrained sequencing on a single machine in order to minimize total weighted tardiness. Classic dynamic programming (DP) methods for this problem are limited in performance due to excessive memory requirements, particularly when the precedence network is not sufficiently dense. Over the last decades, a number of precedence theorems have been proposed, which distinguish dominant precedence constraints for a job pool that is initially without precedence relation. In this paper, we connect and extend the findings of the foregoing two strands of literature. We develop a framework for applying the precedence theorems to the precedence-constrained problem to tighten the search space, and we propose an exact DP algorithm that utilizes a new efficient memory management technique. Our procedure outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithm for instances with medium to high network density. We also empirically verify the computational gain of using different sets of precedence theorems.  相似文献
