Nonalkaloid Constituents from Stemona japonica

Five new nonalkaloid constituents, a neolignan, japonin A ( 1 ), a macrocyclic lactone, japonin B ( 2 ), a (phenylethyl)benzoquinone, japonin C ( 3 ), a phenanthraquinone, japonin D ( 4 ), as well as a dihydrostilbene, stilbostemin M ( 5 ), were isolated from the roots of Stemona japonica, together with eight known compounds. Their structures were established by spectroscopic analyses.     

用凝胶色谱法测定聚N-乙烯咔唑中残留单体含量

本文用 GPC方法测定了聚 N-乙烯咔唑中残留单体含量,测定精确度约为±2％,聚合物中单体的最小检知量为0.03％。并且讨论了凝胶的孔径、溶剂纯度及不同检测器对结果的影响。     

Hemocompatibility of poly(acrylonitrile-co-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)s: swelling behavior and water states

Hemocompatibility is an essential aspect of blood contacting polymers. Knowledge of the relationship between polymer structure and hemocompatibility is important in designing such polymers. In this work, the effect of swelling behavior and states of water on the hemocompatibility of poly(acrylonitrile-co-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PANCNVP) films was studied. Platelet adhesion and plasma recalcification time tests were used to evaluate the hemocompatibility of the films. Considering the importance of surface properties on the hemocompatibility of polymers, static water contact angles were measured by both sessile drop and captive bubble methods. It was found that, on the film surface of PANCNVP with a higher NVP content, adhered platelets were remarkably suppressed and the recalcification time was longer. The total water content adsorbed on the PANCNVP film was determined through swelling experiments performed at temperatures of interest. Differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis were used to probe the states of water in the films. Based on the results from these experiments, it was hypothesized that the better hemocompatibility of PANCNVP films with higher NVP contents was due to their higher free water content, because water molecule exchange at the polymer/liquid interface, facilitated by a high free water content, is unfavorable for the formation of surface bound water, which causes poor hemocompatibility. 醋酸乙烯酯在硅橡胶上的辐射接枝研究

研究了不同溶剂中的醋酸乙烯酯在硅橡胶上的辐射接技状况及接枝后硅橡胶表面结构情况．结果表明：（１）在硅橡胶－乙酸乙酯－醋酸乙烯酯体系中，接枝有自加速效应；（２）适量加入对苯二酚，接枝诱导期延长，接枝速率下降，凝胶效应消失，辐射接技经验关联式为ＲＰ＝０．２７×［Ｄ］（－０．５６０）×［Ｉ］（０．４９０）×［Ｃ］（０．９２０），接核反应为扩散控制反应；（３）不同的溶剂对硅橡胶接枝有不同的影响，如甲醇发生敏化作用，提高接枝速率，而苯发生惰化作用，降低接枝速率；（４）在合适的甲醇和苯配比时，接枝反应几乎恒速进行，用扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）观察断面，接枝区比较均一，出现微相分离．     

A mesoporous non-precious metal boride system: synthesis of mesoporous cobalt boride by strictly controlled chemical reduction

Generating high surface area mesoporous transition metal boride is interesting because the incorporation of boron atoms generates lattice distortions that lead to the formation of amorphous metal boride with unique properties in catalysis. Here we report the first synthesis of mesoporous cobalt boron amorphous alloy colloidal particles using a soft template-directed assembly approach. Dual reducing agents are used to precisely control the chemical reduction process of mesoporous cobalt boron nanospheres. The Earth-abundance of cobalt boride combined with the high surface area and mesoporous nanoarchitecture enables solar-energy efficient photothermal conversion of CO₂ into CO compared to non-porous cobalt boron alloys and commercial cobalt catalysts.

Generating high surface area mesoporous transition metal boride is challenging but interesting because incorporation of boron atoms can generate lattice distortion to form amorphous metal boride which has unique properties in catalysis.     

含松香骨架的新型手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成及其在不对称环氧化反应中的应用

以天然松香为原料合成了4个新型手性季铵盐类相转移催化剂, 并用于催化不对称查尔酮环氧化反应, 发现这类手性相转移催化剂可以有效地催化查尔酮的不对称环氧化, 环氧化产物ee最高达20%.     

Application of a novel micro-injector in the determination of indole derivatives in the rat pineal gland by capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection

A novel micro-injector has been fabricated for capillary electrophoresis (CE). It was successfully used for the determination of some indole derivatives for example melatonin (MT), serotonin (5-HT), tryptophan (Trp), and 5-hydroxy-tryptophane (5-HTrp) in the rat pineal gland by capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE-EC). CE was performed in 0.20 mol L(-1) phosphate buffer (pH 8.0). The compounds investigated can be well separated and detected within 15 min. The working electrode used was a 300-microm diameter carbon electrode positioned opposite the outlet of the capillary. The relationship between peak current and analyte concentration was highly linear in the range from 0.10 to 500 micromol L(-1); detection limits (S/N = 3) were 0.03-0.13 micromol L(-1). The proposed method has been successfully used to analyze real biological samples.     

Effect of Ce<Superscript>3+</Superscript> on spectral characteristic of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex from spinach

It was studied by spectroscopy that PSII reaction center complex consisting of three polypeptides, D₁, D₂ and Cytb559, were purified from PSII particle of CeCl₃ treated spinach. The results of the experiment show that Ce³⁺ could improve the growth of spinach, and accelerate electron transport of PSII particles. Of chl-a of UV-Vis spectrum of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, Soret band was blue-shifted by 3 nm and Q band by 2 nm, respectively, and the fluorescence emission peak was blue-shifted by 5 nm in CeCl₃-treated spinach compared with the one in control. By the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy methods, it has been found that Ce³⁺ is coordinated with 8 nitrogen atoms in the first coordination shell with Ce-N bond length of 0.253 nm, and Ce³⁺ with 6 oxygen atoms in the second coordination shell with Ce-O bond length of 0.32 nm. However, the secondary structure of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy has no significant change after CeCl₃ treated. It might be that Ce³⁺ binds to porphyrin rings of chlorophyll and oxygen of amino acid residue of polypeptide in D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, and then accelerates the primary reaction of PSII, intensifies function of P680⁺ primary electron donor of D1/D2/Cytb559, but there is little change in conformation of PSII reaction center complex.     

Exterior square gamma factors for cuspidal representations of $$\mathrm {GL}_n$$ GL n : simple supercuspidal representations

We compute the local twisted exterior square gamma factors for simple supercuspidal representations, using which we prove a local converse theorem for simple supercuspidal representations.
