[reaction: see text] The Pd-catalyzed carbocyclization of ketoamides was investigated and found to be highly dependent on the phosphine ligand as well as the presence of coordinating counterions. Nitrogen heterocycles were formed without erosion of the stereochemical integrity. The utility of the lactam products was demonstrated by the formal synthesis of (+)-alpha-allokainic acid.  相似文献

A dual-level direct dynamics study has been carried out for the two hydrogen abstraction reactions CF(3)CHCl(2)+Cl and CF(3)CHFCl+Cl. The geometries and frequencies of the stationary points are optimized at the BHLYP/6-311G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311G(d,p), and MP2/6-31G(d) levels, respectively, with single-point calculations for energy at the BHLYP/6-311++G(3df,2p), G3(MP2), and QCISD(T)/6-311G(d,p) levels. The enthalpies of formation for the species CF(3)CHCl(2), CF(3)CHFCl, CF(3)CCl(2), and CF(3)CFCl are evaluated at higher levels. With the information of the potential energy surface at BHLYP/6-311++G(3df,2p)//6-311G(d,p) level, we employ canonical variational transition-state theory with small-curvature tunneling correction to calculate the rate constants. The agreement between theoretical and experimental rate constants is good in the measured temperature range 276-382 K. The effect of fluorine substitution on reactivity of the C-H bond is discussed.  相似文献

Four three-dimensional non-interpenetrating open coordination frameworks constructed from the CTC ligand (CTC =cis,cis-1,3,5-cyclohexanetricarboxylate) coordinated to metal ions (Mn(II) and Cd(II)): Mn(3)(CTC)(2)(DMF)(2)(1); Cd(3)(CTC)(2)(H(2)O)(3).H(2)O (2); Cd(3)(CTC)(2)(4,4'-bpy)(2)(EG)(2)(3); Cd(3)(CTC)(2)(mu(2)-hmt)(DMF)(C(2)H(5)OH)(H(2)O).2H(2)O (4)(DMF = dimethylformamide and EG = ethylene glycol) have been synthesized by slow evaporation of DMF-C(2)H(5)OH-H(2)O solutions of M(II)(Mn(II) or Cd(II)) and CTC in the presence of the organic bases TEA (triethylamine), TEA, 4,4'-bpy (4,4'-bipyridine) and hmt (hexamethylenetetramine), respectively, and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The polymer constructed by CTC and Mn(II) exhibits a 3-D architecture with 5 x 9 A channels; the polymer formed by CTC and Cd(II) exists a 3-D extended framework with 9 x 9 A channels; wave-like sheet subunits of the polymer are upheld by 4,4'-bpy ligands resulting in a 3-D framework with 4 x 10 A channels; two-fold alternate sheet subunits of the polymer are interlinked by mu(2)-hmt ligands to form a novel 3-D architecture with 7 x 8 A channels. Polymers exhibit their strongest excitation peaks at 391, 390 and 394 nm, respectively, and their main strong emission peaks are at 543, 460 (with a shoulder peak at about 570 nm) and 557 nm, respectively.  相似文献

Cyano-bridged corrugated ladder-like chains are connected by mu(1,1)-N(3) (end-on, EO) bridges to form a layered coordination polymer, [Mn(N(3))(CH(3)OH)[Cr(phen)(CN)(4)].CH(3)OH (2), which is the first mixed cyano-azide bridged compound, and shows metamagnetism below 21.8 K, a temperature much higher than that (3.4 K) of the crossed double chain [Cr(phen)(CN)(4)](2) [Mn(H(2)O)(2)].4H(2)O (1) based on the same building block [Cr(phen)(CN)(4)](-).  相似文献

The formation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) during pyrolysis process of phenylalanine had been studied. Ten PAHs, including fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene, chrysene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, benzo[e]pyrene, and benzo[a]pyrene were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry using selective ion monitoring mode. This technique offers the capability to analyze trace amounts of PAHs in phenylalanine pyrolyzates. The pyrolysis was carried out in a micro-furnace with quartz furnace liner. The injection was conducted with glass pelletizer syringe to avoid metal contamination. Qualitative results were obtained at 900 degrees C and quantitative analysis of 10 PAHs was done for 700 and 900 degrees C.  相似文献

Fluorescent reagent sodium 1-naphthylamine diacetate (NADA) was assembled onto gold electrodes via its electrostatic interaction with cysteine (Cys) that was directly assembled on the gold electrode surface. Formation of the self-assembled bilayers was confirmed and primarily characterized by cyclic voltammetry and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS). The Cys modification of the gold electrode prevented direct adsorption of NADA onto the gold electrode and hence eliminated fluorescence quenching by gold. Strong fluorescence was observed from the NADA self-assembled bilayers at gold surface and was highly efficiently quenched by Cu2+ that allowed for an extremely highly sensitive detection of Cu2+ with a detection limit of 0.2 ppt and quantitative detection range of 0.5–9 ppt. The fluorescence from NADA/Cys/Au can be easily regenerated and therefore the present report showed a reusable method for immobilizing reagent in fabricating fluorescent chemosensors.  相似文献

With a hydrothermal technique, a layered titanium phosphate with the formula Ti2(H2PO4)(HPO4)(PO4)2 · 0.5C6N2H16 (denoted TP-J2) has been prepared by treating the Ti/H3PO4/H2O/1-methylpiperazine system directly. The as-synthesized products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, CP-MAS solid-state 31P NMR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses (TG-DTA). The structure was solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and it presents an extended γ-phase intercalated with organic amine. Crystal data: triclinic, , a = 8.106 (2) Å, b = 8.197 (2) Å, c = 11.658 (2) Å.  = 78.32 (3)°, β = 80.85 (3)°, γ = 77.90 (3)°, Z = 2. Additionally, the intercalation behavior of TP-J2 with n-alkyl monoamine (n = 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12) was investigated. Owing to the strong brønsted base, N,N′-dimethylpiperazine, resides in the interlayer, it presented unusual features of TP-J2 in contrast with that of γ-Tip.  相似文献
