由于导电高分子是宽能带体系,紧束缚近似下的Su-Schrieffer-Heeger(缩写为SSH)模型存在一系列问题,需要加以改进才能满意地研究导电高分子的一维晶格的不稳定性。本工作将稳定晶格的Wannier函数方法加以推广,用来计算不稳定晶格的电子能带。数值结果表明,本方法的收敛性很快,取到三近邻时,能带的准确度可优于1%。同时能很精确地确定不稳定性所引起的二聚化。 关键词:  相似文献

本文研究了绵羊内毒素肺损伤对全血多形核白细胞(PMN)化学发光的影响;比较了正常混合血浆正常自体血浆和自体致伤血浆调理酵母多糖对发光的影响;观察了致伤后的血浆和肺淋巴液的发光促进活性.结果表明,内毒素致伤后,PMN的化学发光峰时无显著变化,而峰值于4h前呈直线上升,4h达高峰,而后逐渐减弱,但至24h仍明显大于伤前值.三种不同血浆调理酵母多糖对PMN发光无明显影响.致伤后期(2h后)的血浆和肺淋巴液无发光促进活性.这些结果提示,一次性微量的大肠杆菌内毒素对PMN的发光具有强烈和持久的促进作用,而对血浆的调理能力无明显影响.  相似文献

 本文用点炮加载聚酯薄膜飞片撞击金属靶材料,飞片速度0.714~2.24 km/s,脉冲宽度40~80 ns,击靶压力为2.280~11.952 GPa。在回收的铝、铜和钢靶样品上观察到层裂现象。通过金相分析发现它们的破坏方式与在一般较长脉冲加载下的破坏方式相似,铝和铜以延性方式破坏;钢则以脆性方式破坏。一维和二维数值模拟结果表明通常的几种层裂判据在这个应力、应变和应变率范围内也基本上适用。  相似文献

测定了二个顺磁性化合物(Ph_1P)[V_2(mp)_6](Ⅰ)和(Ph_4P)_2[NaV(mp)_3 (MeCN)(MeOH)](Ⅱ)(H_2mp=邻巯基苯酚,o-HO_1C_6H_4SH)的固态和/或溶液中的顺磁波谱。(Ⅰ)的77K固态谱及(Ⅱ)的室温固态谱均经模拟计算,认为它们的钒原子处在S=l/2的Ⅰ=7/2状态,(Ⅱ)的低温(77K)溶液谱(乙腈)与Ⅱ的固态谱相同,均有特征的八条精细结构,认为非配对电子基本上定域在钒原子的周围。  相似文献

The High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation (HADAR) experiment is a refracting terrestrial telescope array based on the atmospheric Cherenkov imaging technique. It focuses the Cherenkov light emitted by extensive air showers through a large aperture water-lens system for observing very-high-energy γ-rays and cosmic rays. With the advantages of a large field-of-view (FOV) and low energy threshold, the HADAR experiment operates in a large-scale sky scanning mode to observe galactic sources. This study presents the prospects of using the HADAR experiment for the sky survey of TeV γ-ray sources from TeVCat and provids a one-year survey of statistical significance. Results from the simulation show that a total of 23 galactic point sources, including five supernova remnant sources and superbubbles, four pulsar wind nebula sources, and 14 unidentified sources, were detected in the HADAR FOV with a significance greater than 5 standard deviations (σ). The statistical significance for the Crab Nebula during one year of operation reached 346.0 σ and the one-year integral sensitivity of HADAR above 1 TeV was ~1.3%–2.4% of the flux from the Crab Nebula.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose an improved physical layer key generation scheme that can maximize the secret key capacity by deploying intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) near the legitimate user aiming at improving its signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). We consider the scenario of multiple input single output (MISO) against multiple relevant eavesdroppers. We elaborately design and optimize the reflection coefficient matrix of IRS elements that can improve the legitimate user’s SNR through IRS passive beamforming and deteriorate the channel quality of eavesdroppers at the same time. We first derive the lower bound expression of the achievable key capacity, then solve the optimization problem based on semi-definite relaxation (SDR) and the convex–concave procedure (CCP) to maximize the secret key capacity. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme can significantly improve the secret key capacity and reduce hardware costs compared with other benchmark schemes.  相似文献

Carbon dots (CDs) are emerging photoluminescent materials with excellent optical properties. However, the lack of active sites in primitive CDs has limited their development applications. Herein, functionalized carbon dots (Z-CDs) are successfully prepared by surface modification of CDs with mono (6-amino-6-deoxy) cyclodextrin (β-CD). The introduction of β-CD increases the spatial potential resistance between CDs, which effectively reduces the self-quenching effect. Moreover, the conjugated domains of Z-CDs are expanded, which improves the optical properties with a quantum yield of 48.74%. Z-CDs are able to be used in the sequential detection of morin and Al3+, and the fluorescence mechanisms are confirmed to be internal filtration effect and fluorescence resonance energy transfer, respectively. The limits of detection are 0.817 and 0.231 × 10−6 m . This study not only provides an idea to solve the problem of self-quenching of CDs but also enriches the detection means of flavonoids and ions, which is expected to be applied to biosensing and environmental monitoring.  相似文献

With the quick development of sensor technology in recent years, online detection of early fault without system halt has received much attention in the field of bearing prognostics and health management. While lacking representative samples of the online data, one can try to adapt the previously-learned detection rule to the online detection task instead of training a new rule merely using online data. As one may come across a change of the data distribution between offline and online working conditions, it is challenging to utilize the data from different working conditions to improve detection accuracy and robustness. To solve this problem, a new online detection method of bearing early fault is proposed in this paper based on deep transfer learning. The proposed method contains an offline stage and an online stage. In the offline stage, a new state assessment method is proposed to determine the period of the normal state and the degradation state for whole-life degradation sequences. Moreover, a new deep dual temporal domain adaptation (DTDA) model is proposed. By adopting a dual adaptation strategy on the time convolutional network and domain adversarial neural network, the DTDA model can effectively extract domain-invariant temporal feature representation. In the online stage, each sequentially-arrived data batch is directly fed into the trained DTDA model to recognize whether an early fault occurs. Furthermore, a health indicator of target bearing is also built based on the DTDA features to intuitively evaluate the detection results. Experiments are conducted on the IEEE Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) Challenge 2012 bearing dataset. The results show that, compared with nine state-of-the-art fault detection and diagnosis methods, the proposed method can get an earlier detection location and lower false alarm rate.  相似文献

Digital images can be large in size and contain sensitive information that needs protection. Compression using compressed sensing performs well, but the measurement matrix directly affects the signal compression and reconstruction performance. The good cryptographic characteristics of chaotic systems mean that using one to construct the measurement matrix has obvious advantages. However, existing low-dimensional chaotic systems have low complexity and generate sequences with poor randomness. Hence, a new six-dimensional non-degenerate discrete hyperchaotic system with six positive Lyapunov exponents is proposed in this paper. Using this chaotic system to design the measurement matrix can improve the performance of image compression and reconstruction. Because image encryption using compressed sensing cannot resist known- and chosen-plaintext attacks, the chaotic system proposed in this paper is introduced into the compressed sensing encryption framework. A scrambling algorithm and two-way diffusion algorithm for the plaintext are used to encrypt the measured value matrix. The security of the encryption system is further improved by generating the SHA-256 value of the original image to calculate the initial conditions of the chaotic map. A simulation and performance analysis shows that the proposed image compression-encryption scheme has high compression and reconstruction performance and the ability to resist known- and chosen-plaintext attacks.  相似文献
