This paper is dedicated to studying the following Schrödinger–Poisson system Δ u + V ( x ) u K ( x ) ϕ | u | 3 u = a ( x ) f ( u ) , x 3 , Δ ϕ = K ( x ) | u | 5 , x 3 . Quartz crystal resonators (QCRs) with circular electrodes have been widely used for various liquid and gas sensing applications. In this work,quartz crystal resonators with elliptical electrodes were studied and tested for liquid property measurement. Mindlin’s theory was used to optimize the dimension and geometry of the electrodes and a 5-MHz QCR with minimum series resistance and without any spurious modes was obtained. A series of AT-cut QCRs with elliptical electrodes of different sizes were fabricated and their sensing performances were compared to devices with circular electrodes. The experimental result shows that the device with elliptical electrodes can obtain lower resonance impedance and a higher Q factor,which results in a better loading capability. Even though the sensitivities of devices with elliptical and circular electrodes are found to be similar,the sensor with elliptical electrodes has much higher resolution due to a better frequency stability. The study indicates that the performance of QCRs with elliptical electrodes is superior to that of traditional QCRs with circular electrodes.  相似文献

In active sonar operation,the presence of background reverberation and the low signal-to-noise ratio hinder the detection of targets.This paper investigates the application of single-channel monostatic iterative time reversal to mitigate the difficulties by exploiting the resonances of the target.Theoretical analysis indicates that the iterative process will adaptively lead echoes to converge to a narrowband signal corresponding to a scattering object’s dominant resonance mode,thus optimising the return level.The experiments in detection of targets in free field and near a planar interface have been performed.The results illustrate the feasibility of the method.  相似文献

Silicon germanium(SiGe) heterojunction bipolar transistor(HBT) on thin silicon-on-insulator(SOI) has recently been demonstrated and integrated into the latest SOI BiCMOS technology.The Early effect of the SOI SiGe HBT is analysed considering vertical and horizontal collector depletion,which is different from that of a bulk counterpart.A new compact formula of the Early voltage is presented and validated by an ISE TCAD simulation.The Early voltage shows a kink with the increase of the reverse base-collector bias.Large differences are observed between SOI devices and their bulk counterparts.The presented Early effect model can be employed for a fast evaluation of the Early voltage and is useful to the design,the simulation and the fabrication of high performance SOI SiGe devices and circuits.  相似文献

In a plasma wake wave generated by a high power laser, modulations of the electron density take the shape of paraboloidal dense shells, moving almost at the speed of light. A counterpropagating laser pulse is partially reflected from the shells, acting as relativistic flying mirrors, producing a time-compressed frequency-multiplied pulse due to the double Doppler effect. The counterpropagating laser pulse reflection from the plasma wake wave accompanied by its frequency multiplication (with a factor from 50 to 114) was detected in our experiment.  相似文献

The diffusion behaviours of vanadium implanted p- and n-type 4H-SiC are investigated by using the secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS). Significant redistribution, especially out-diffusion of vanadium towards the sample surface is not observed after 1650℃ annealing for both p- and n-type samples. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) is applied to the characterization of surface morphology, indicating the formation of continuous long furrows running in one direction across the wafer surface after 1650℃ annealing. The surface roughness results from the evaporation and re-deposition of Si species on the surface during annealing. The chemical compositions of sample surface are investigated using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results of C 1s and Si 2p core-level spectra are presented in detail to demonstrate the evaporation of Si from the wafer and the deposition of SiO2 on the sample surface during annealing.  相似文献

激光经电光相位调制后,由于剩余幅度调制的存在造成调制边带幅度不相等。利用法布里-珀罗腔的透射特性和Pound-Drever-Hall技术对通过法布里-珀罗腔的调制光正、负一级边带的幅度产生不同的衰减,使得调制边带的幅度相等,从而实现对电光相位调制中剩余幅度调制的抑制。采用该方法,理论上计算了调制光经法布里-珀罗腔后的光外差光谱信号,获得锁定法布里-珀罗腔后调制边带幅度的不对称度较腔锁定前减小四个数量级。实验研究了调制光经法布里-珀罗腔透射的光外差光谱,结果表明将法布里-珀罗腔锁定于该透射光外差光谱中心零位时,对剩余幅度调制的抑制程度可达45 dB。  相似文献

We demonstrate the decoy-state quantum key distribution (QKD) with one-way quantum communication in polarization space over 102 km. Further, we simplify the experimental setup and use only one detector to implement the one-way decoy-state QKD over 75 km, with the advantage to overcome the security loopholes due to the efficiency mismatch of detectors. Our experimental implementation can really offer the unconditionally secure final keys. We use 3 different intensities of 0, 0.2, and 0.6 for the light sources in our experiment. In order to eliminate the influences of polarization mode dispersion in the long-distance single-mode optical fiber, an automatic polarization compensation system is utilized to implement the active compensation.  相似文献

This Letter further investigates the full state hybrid projective synchronization (FSHPS) of chaotic and hyper-chaotic systems with fully unknown parameters. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, a unified adaptive controller and parameters update law can be designed for achieving the FSHPS of chaotic and/or hyper-chaotic systems with the same and different order. Especially, for two chaotic systems with different order, reduced order MFSHPS (an acronym for modified full state hybrid projective synchronization) and increased order MFSHPS are first studied in this Letter. Five groups numerical simulations are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. In addition, the proposed FSHPS scheme is quite robust against the effect of noise.  相似文献

对于光学外差探测系统而言,为了有效利用回波信号,需要对信噪比这一表征系统性能的重要指标进行研究。从理论分析了信噪比,给出了计算信噪比的一般公式。理论分析表明,当探测器光敏面上本振光与信号光的振幅、相位、偏振都满足严格的匹配时,外差效率最大。对场分布为艾里函数的光外差信噪比进行研究和数值模拟。结果表明,当艾里斑尺寸的比例系数控制在0.8~1.2内,并使信号光斑主轴偏移量x0控制在0.5以下,探测器的尺寸在(0.6~0.8)λf/d内时,可获得大于0.7ηPs/hνB的信噪比。  相似文献
