(4S)-4-羧基杂氮硅三环的合成

利用L-N,N-双(β-羟乙基)丝氨酸及L-N,N-双(β-羟乙基)苏氨酸与三乙氧基硅烷或氯烷基三乙氧基硅烷反应合成了具有手性的(4S)-4-羧基杂氮硅三环(1～5),并运用IR、~1HNMR、EI-MS等手段表征了结构。证据显示存在着贯穿笼状结构的N→Si配键。     

Preparation of Nanoelectrode Ensembles by Assembly of Nano—Silver Colloid on Gold Surface

A novel method for preparing silver nanoelectrode ensembles(SNEEs) and gold nanoelectrode ensembles (GNEEs) has been developed. Silver colloid particles were first absorbed to the gold electrode surface to form a monolayer silver colloid. N-hexadecyl nercaptan was then assembled on the electrode to form a thoil monolayer on which hydrophilic ions cannot be transfered. The SNEEs was prepared by removing thiol from silver colloid surface through applying and AC voltage with increasing frequency at 0.20V(vs.SCE). Finally,GNEEs was obtained by immersing a SNEEs into 6 mol/L HNO3 to remove the silver colloid particles. By comparison with other methods such as template method ect., this method enjoys some advantages of lower resistance, same diameter,easy preparation,controllable size and density.     

多功能沸点仪的研究

本文提出了两种新型沸点仪——CP-Ⅰ型和CP-Ⅱ型沸点仪, 阐述了仪器各部分结构的设计思想和原理, 并对仪器的性能和各部分功能进行了较为完整的实验考核, 获得了预期的效果。     

氧氟沙星荷移络合物的荧光特性和应用

研究了电子受体氯冉酸(CL)和2,3 二氰5,6 二氯1,4 对苯醌(DDQ)与电子给体氧氟沙星之间的荷移反应。实验发现,氧氟沙星与以上两种电子受体在氯仿中可生成稳定的n π络合物,其荧光强度较之氧氟沙星分别增强了22和54倍。据此建立了两种基于荷移反应简便可靠地测定氧氟沙星的荧光光谱新方法。CL法和DDQ法测定氧氟沙星的质量浓度分别为0 06～2.4μg/mL和0 16～2.0μg/mL时,荧光强度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系。该方法已用于药物制剂中氧氟沙星的测定,其回收率分别为98.4%～100.9%和98.5%～100.4%。     

The preparation of nano‐scope chitosan‐oligomer copper complexes and their interaction with DNA

Water‐soluble low molecular weight chitosan of nanometer level and its copper complexes were prepared, and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The modes and mechanism of these copper complexes interaction with DNA were studied by a fluorescent probe method and electrophoresis analysis. It is suggested that there are electrostatic and intercalation modes of copper complexes interacting with DNA. At first, the cationic complex electrostaticly binds to the negatively charged phosphate backbone of DNA, and then a portion of the complex intercalates between the base pairs on the DNA duplex strand. 河南贫煤不同温度燃烧烟气中环烃类产物的分析研究

本文用色谱／质谱／红外联用系统研究了河南贫煤在不同温度下燃烧释放的烟气二氯甲烷富集液中的脂环烃，苯系物，多环芳烃及杂多环芳烃等环烃类物的组成和差异，尤其是对多环芳烃的种类，含量及分布特征进行了较详细的探讨。并与原煤常温二氯甲烷浸取中各化合物组成进行了对照。

放热型金属合金化对钒基贮氢材料性能影响的理论研究

利用电荷自洽离散变分Xα(SCC-DV-Xα)方法计算了放热型金属合金化对钒基贮氢材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:在钒氢化物V₆₃H₆₄中加入放热型金属后，钒原子的净电荷都减少，而氢原子的净电荷既有增加又有减少，加入Ti、Ca以后，H原子的净电荷减少，而加入Mg、Zr以后，H原子的净电荷增加。研究还表明放热型金属合金化以后，V4s轨道电子态密度峰发生分裂，与H1s和H2s轨道电子态密度重叠程度增大，V-H之间相互作用增强;差分电荷密度还表明M-H之间也有较强的相互作用。Mg合金化导致氢化物V₅₁M₁₂H₆₄的费米能增加，氢化物稳定性减弱;Ca、Ti、Zr合金化导致氢化物V₅₁M₁₂H₆₄的费米能减少，氢化物更稳定。     

Synthesis of multi-hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized room temperature ionic liquids

Starting from the hydroxylamine (dimethyl amino ethanol, triethanolamine) and 1,3-propane sultone, a series of hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized zwitterionic salts and corresponding acidic room temperature ionic liquids have been synthesized. The hydroxyl groups of the synthesized substances were confirmed by the 1H NMR measurement. These zwitterionic salts and ionic liquids may be used for synthesizing other functionalized ionic liquids or ionic liquid-polymer (polyelectrolyte).     

Ag(Ⅰ)与Co(Ⅱ)离子对阳极析氧过程的电催化作用

关于Co（Ⅱ）离子对PbO2和Pt电极上阳极析氧过程的催化作用，以及Ag（Ⅰ）离子对阳极氧化过程的催化作用，文献上已早有报导［1－4］，但大都是仅通过总的极化曲线进行对比研究得出的结果．由于在氧析出的同时往往有其它阳极氧化过程同时进行（例如，Co（Ⅱ）或Ag（Ⅰ）的阳极氧化），因此，很难从总的极化曲线得出正确的结论．本文用气体电量计法直接测量氧析出速度，并对Pt和PbO2电极进行了对比，得出了一些新的结果．1实验方法为了直接测量氧析出过程的分电流，实验时串联了一专收集O2的气体库仑计．电解槽和库仑计阳极均安装在各自…
