本文对动力系统这一学科的历史、理论、应用以及与其他学科的联系作一简介.     

Synthesis and micellization of amphiphilic poly(sebacic anhydride)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(sebacic anhydride) block copolymers

Amphiphilic biodegradable block copolymers [poly(sebacic anhydride)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(sebacic anhydride)] were synthesized by the melt polycondensation of poly(ethylene glycol) and sebacic anhydride prepolymers. The chemical structure, crystalline nature, and phase behavior of the resulting copolymers were characterized with ¹H NMR, Fourier transform infrared, gel permeation chromatography, and differential scanning calorimetry. Microphase separation of the copolymers occurred, and the crystallinity of the poly(sebacic anhydride) (PSA) blocks diminished when the sebacic anhydride unit content in the copolymer was only 21.6%. ¹H NMR spectra carried out in CDCl₃ and D₂O were used to demonstrate the existence of hydrophobic PSA domains as the core of the micelle. In aqueous media, the copolymers formed micelles after precipitation from water‐miscible solvents. The effects on the micelle sizes due to the micelle preparation conditions, such as the organic phase, dropping rate of the polymer organic solution into the aqueous phase, and copolymer concentrations in the organic phase, were studied. There was an increase in the micelle size as the molecular weight of the PSA block was increased. The diameters of the copolymer micelles were also found to increase as the concentration of the copolymer dissolved in the organic phase was increased, and the dependence of the micelle diameters on the concentration of the copolymer varied with the copolymer composition. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 三种瓜环与4,4′-联吡啶及N,N′-二甲基4,4′-联吡啶盐酸盐相互作用的研究

以七元瓜环(Q[7])和新型椭圆型改性瓜环———对称四甲基取代六元瓜环(TM eQ[6])为主体,4,4′-联吡啶的盐酸盐(44)以及N,N′-二甲基4,4′-联吡啶的盐酸盐(dm44)为客体的主客体相互作用进行了考察.实验结果表明,Q[7]与客体44及dm44作用体系中,客体为了更有效地被主体Q[7]包结,在Q[7]内腔中呈倾斜状分布的几率最高.用核磁共振、循环伏安以及紫外吸收光谱对实验结果进行了印证和补充,验证了TM eQ[6]与客体44及dm44可发生较强的相互作用,形成一维的自组装超分子结构.核磁共振以及循环伏安方法的实验结果表明,没有观察到Q[6]与客体44及dm44的明显作用,而紫外吸收光谱方法证实,Q[6]与客体44确实存在一定的相互作用,比较主客体的结构特征,该作用体系也可能存在自组装的一维超分子结构等多种作用形式.     

Optical properties of In2O3 oxidized from InN deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering

Unintentionally doped and zinc-doped indium nitride (U-InN and InN:Zn) films were deposited on (0 0 0 1) sapphire substrates by radio-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering, and all samples were then treated by annealing to form In₂O₃ films. U-InN and InN:Zn films have similar photon absorption characteristics. The as-deposited U-InN and InN:Zn film show the absorption edge, ∼1.8-1.9 eV. After the annealing process at 500 °C for 20 min, the absorption coefficient at the visible range apparently decreases, and the absorption edge is about 3.5 eV. Two emission peaks at 3.342 eV (371 nm) and 3.238 eV (383 nm) in the 20 K photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of In₂O₃:Zn films were identified as the free-exciton (FE) or the near band-to-band (B-B) and conduction-band-to-acceptor (C-A) recombination, respectively.     

不同波长激光辐照对痢疾杆菌生物学效应的影响

分别采用功率密度为1.7W/cm²、照射剂量为2000J/cm²的Ar⁺激光与LD激光辐照高耐药性的志贺氏福氏痢疾杆菌,波长较短的Ar⁺激光(488nm)所引起细菌的致死率与药敏实变率明显高于波长较长的LD激光(808nm),即波长较短的Ar⁺激光的辐照导致细菌耐药性显著降低.     

含R_2dtc配体Mo-Cu化合物的动态~(95)Mo NMR

本实验利用动态~(95)Mo NMR监测Mo-Cu系列化合物的形成过程,对反应CuCl+NaR_2dtc+MoO_nS,摩尔比3:3:1,溶剂为DMF;R=Et,n=0(Ⅰ);R=Me,n=0(Ⅱ);R=Et,n=2(Ⅲ)进行了研究,观察到具有不同簇骼的多种中间产物的存在及随反应进程相互转化等现象。
