The synthesis and crystal structure of the novel pentacoordinated complex [Cu(DOHPN)(IMI-DAZOLE)] (ClO4), (DOHPN=(3,3′-trimethylenedinitrilo bis 2-butanone oxime) are reported. The X-ray crystal structure (space groupP21/n, a=11.349(2) Å,b=14.241(3) Å,c= 12.635(3) Å; α=90°, β=100.21 (3)°, γ=90°) shows that the copper(II) ion occupies a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with the imidazole ligand occupying the axial position. The copper(II)-(N)imidazole distance is 2.125(3) Å and the copper(II)-tetraaza plane distance is 0.385/Å. The tetraaza ligand DOHPN adopts a “butterfly-like” geometry with a dihedral angle of 149.69°. The title complex is the first structurally characterized compound of the series [Cu(DOHPN)(axial ligand)]n+ where the axial ligand is a neutral N-heterocycle with known biological relevance. A comparison of the structural parameters with those observed when the axial ligand is H2O or NCS? (N-bonded) gives the following series with increasing metal-ligand interaction: H2O>IMIDAZOLE>NCS? Fourier Transform mid-infrared and Raman spectroscopies were used to investigate the cation/polymer, cation/urea bridge, cation/anion and hydrogen bonding interactions in poly(oxyethylene) (POE)/siloxane di-ureasil networks prepared by the sol–gel route and doped with lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI). Materials with compositions 200 ?n ? 5 (where n expresses the molar ratio OCH2CH2/Li+) were studied. The Li+ ions coordinate to the urea carbonyl oxygen atoms over the whole range of salt concentration considered. Bonding to the ether oxygen atoms of the POE chains occurs at n ? 40, although a significant fraction of the POE chains remain non-coordinated. In these high salt content samples, the cations interact with the anions forming contact ion pairs. “Free” ions are probably the main charge carriers at the room temperature conductivity maximum of these ormolytes. 相似文献

A simple, sensitive, and specific biodiffusion assay for the antibacterial ceftazidime was developed using a strain of Staphylococcus epidermidis (ATCC 12228) as the test organism. Ceftazidime was measured in powder for injection at concentrations ranging from 100 to 400 microg/mL. The calibration graph for ceftazidime was linear (r2 = 1), and the method validation showed that it was precise (relative standard deviation = 0.415) and accurate. The results obtained by biodiffusion assay were statistically calculated by linear parallel model and by means of regression analysis and were verified using analysis of variance. It was concluded that the microbiological assay is satisfactory for in vitro quantification of the antibacterial activity of ceftazidime in pharmaceuticals. 相似文献

The gold and nickel bisdithiolene complexes based on new highly extended ligands incorporating fused tetrathiafulvalene and thiophene moieties (alpha-tdt=thiophenetetrathiafulvalenedithiolate and dtdt=dihydro- thiophenetetrathiafulvalenedithiolate), were prepared and characterised by using cyclic voltammetry, single crystal X-ray diffraction, EPR, magnetic susceptibility and electrical transport measurements. These complexes, initially obtained under anaerobic conditions as diamagnetic gold monoanic [nBu(4)N][Au(alpha-tdt)(2)] (4), [nBu(4)N][Au(dtdt)(2)] (3) and nickel dianionic species [(nBu(4)N)(2)][Ni(alpha-tdt)(2)] (8), [(nBu(4)N)(2)][Ni(dtdt)(2)] (7), can be easily oxidised to the stable neutral state just by air or iodine exposure. The monoanionic complexes crystallise in at least two polymorphs, all of which have good cation and anion segregation in alternated layers, the anion layers making a dense 2D network of short SS contacts. All of the neutral complexes, obtained as microcrystalline or quasi amorphous fine powder, present relatively large magnetic susceptibilities that correspond to effective magnetic moments in the range 1-3 mu(B) indicative of high spin states and very high electrical conductivity that in case of the Ni compound can reach sigma(RT) approximately 250 S cm(-1) with a clear metallic behaviour. Carboalumination of alkynes in the presence of catalytic Cp2ZrCl2 and H2O affords vinyl‐alane intermediates, which serve as nucleophiles in the subsequent addition to enantiomerically enriched (tert‐butyl)‐ and (para‐tolyl)sulfinimines. This new in situ protocol produces two new C C bonds. Chiral allylic sulfinamides are obtained in high diastereoselectivity and in good yield. Cleavage of the chiral auxiliary leads to synthetically useful allylic amine building blocks, and facile oxidative degradation of the alkene moiety can be used as an approach toward amino acid derivatives and for assignment of absolute configuration. 相似文献

This study reports the chemical composition of five types of industrial frozen fruit pulps (acerola, cashew, grape, passion fruit and pineapple fruit pulps) and compares them with homemade pulps at two different stages of ripening. The fruit pulps were characterized by analyzing their metabolic profiles and determining their ethanol content using quantitative Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (qNMR). In addition, principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to extract more information from the NMR data. We detected ethanol in all industrial and homemade pulps; and acetic acid in cashew, grape and passion fruit industrial and homemade pulps. The ethanol content in some industrial pulps is above the level recommended by regulatory agencies and is near the levels of some post‐ripened homemade pulps. This study demonstrates that qNMR can be used to rapidly detect ethanol content in frozen fruit pulps and food derivatives. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

We investigate the role of the colored noise in two
biological systems: (i) adults of Nezara viridula (L.)
(Heteroptera: Pentatomidae), and (ii) polymer translocation. In the
first system we analyze, by directionality tests, the response of
N. viridula individuals to subthreshold signals plus noise
in their mating behaviour. The percentage of insects that react to
the subthreshold signal shows a nonmonotonic behaviour,
characterized by the presence of a maximum, as a function of the
noise intensity. This is the signature of the non-dynamical
stochastic resonance phenomenon. By using a “soft” threshold model
we find that the maximum of the input-output cross correlation
occurs in the same range of noise intensity values for which the
behavioural activation of the insects has a maximum. Moreover this
maximum value is lowered and shifted towards higher noise
intensities, compared to the case of white noise. In the second
biological system the noise driven translocation of short polymers
in crowded solutions is analyzed. An improved version of the Rouse
model for a flexible polymer is adopted to mimic the molecular
dynamics by taking into account both the interactions between
adjacent monomers and the effects of a Lennard-Jones potential
between all beads. The polymer dynamics is simulated in a
two-dimensional domain by numerically solving the Langevin equations
of motion in the presence of thermal fluctuations and a colored
noise source. At low temperatures or for strong colored noise
intensities the translocation process of the polymer chain is
delayed. At low noise intensity, as the polymer length increases, we
find a nonmonotonic behaviour for the mean first translocation time
of the polymer centre of inertia. We show how colored noise
influences the motion of short polymers, by inducing two different
regimes of translocation in the dynamics of molecule transport. 相似文献

The effects of a linearly polarized, terahertz laser field on the density of states (DOS) for carriers confined in a cylindrical semiconductor quantum wire are investigated here within a nonperturbative scheme, based upon a Green’s function approach. In our model, the functional dependence of the DOS on energy is significantly modified in two ways: (i) an uniform blueshift with respect to the laser-free DOS; and (ii) a strong suppression, with the appearance of Franz–Keldysh-like oscillations. Interestingly, with the increase (decrease) of the laser intensity (frequency) the DOS profile evolves from the usual shape for one-dimensional (1D) systems to a discrete set of sharp peaks that resembles the DOS for quasi-zero-dimensional (quasi-0D) electrons confined in quantum dots. 相似文献

In this work we discuss the use of multilayer stacked structures (p(SiC:H)/i(SiC:H)/n(SiC:H)/p(SiC:H)/i(Si:H)/n(Si:H)) sandwiched between two transparent conductive contacts as colour sensing devices. The thickness and the absorption coefficient of both front and back p–i–n cells were specifically designed in order to achieve simultaneously high blue collection and red transmittance in the front cell and full green absorption and high red collection in the back cell. Electric and optical sensing methods were used for measuring the current–voltage characteristics and the spectral sensitivity, under different experimental conditions. Results show that the spectral sensitivity of the device is strongly modulated by the applied voltage, which allows colour selectivity. The results were supported by a physical model. 相似文献

Spittlebugs are insects that suck sap from plants and regurgitate saliva containing toxic enzymes into the leaves. As a consequence, the conductive channels are blocked resulting in dry leaves, thus giving a burned aspect to the plantation. This work performed ultrastructural analyses of the salivary glands of the sugarcane spittlebug Mahanarva fimbriolata, since these organs produce the enzymes that are injected into the plants, thus being responsible for the economic losses in the production of sugarcane. Three kinds of secretory cells are found in principal gland, forming the lobules I-IV. The main differences among these cells relate to size, morphology and electron density of the secretory vesicles. The accessory glands contain different secretory vesicles to those in the principal gland. Muscular cells are found around the entire gland. The different secretory vesicles found in both principal and accessory glands indicate that the gland produces different substances or that the secretion in the interior of cells passes through a maturation process. 相似文献
