A reduced order model is developed for low frequency, undamped, fully coupled structural–acoustic analysis of interior cavities backed by flexible structural systems. The reduced order model is obtained by applying a projection of the coupled system matrices, from a higher dimensional to a lower dimensional subspace, whilst preserving essential properties of the coupled system. The basis vectors for projection are computed efficiently using the Arnoldi algorithm, which generates an orthogonal basis for the Krylov Subspace containing moments of the original system. The key idea of constructing a reduced order model via Krylov Subspaces is to remove the uncontrollable, unobservable and weakly controllable, observable parts without affecting the transfer function of the coupled system. Three computational test cases are analyzed, and the computational gains and the accuracy compared with the direct inversion method in ANSYS.  相似文献

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detection interfaced to electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectrometry (MS) is applied to identify the two epimers of a novel and minor constituent, podophyllotoxin-4-O-(D)-6-acetylglucopyraniside from high-altitude Podophyllum hexandrum for the first time. This is done by matching the structural information from the tandem MS data with the reported lignan markers. The results show that LC-MS-MS is the method of choice for fast detection and detailed chemical analysis of mixtures in the crude extracts of Podophyllum. The method can be employed in the absence of reference standards for the markers and is particularly useful in view of the scarcity of these rare chemical standards.  相似文献

The total M shell and the Mk (k = ξ, αβ, γ, m) X‐ray production cross sections for 66Dy have been measured at incident photon energies across its Lj (j = 1–3) subshell absorption edge energies, ranging 7.8–9.2 keV. This study aims to investigate the evolution of the probability for cascade decay of Lj subshell vacancies as the tunable incident energy ionizes progressively different 66Dy Lj subshells. The experimental X‐ray production cross sections have been compared with theoretical ones calculated using the nonrelativistic Hartree–Fock–Slater (HFS) model‐based photoionization cross sections; three sets of the X‐ray emission rates, fluorescence and Coster–Kronig yield based on the nonrelativistic Hartree–Slater (NRHS) model, Dirac–Hartree–Slater (DHS) model and Dirac–Fock (DF) model; the Lj (j = 1–3) subshell to the Mi (i = 1–5) subshell vacancy transfer probabilities evaluated in the present work. Presently measured total M shell and the Mαβ X‐ray production cross sections are found to be significantly lower than the theoretical ones evaluated using physical parameters based on the relativistic Dirac–Fock/Dirac–Hartree–Slater model calculations, whereas a much better agreement is observed with respect to the NRHS model‐based calculations; however, the measured X‐ray production cross sections are still systematically lower than the NRHS values.  相似文献

A new method involving pre-concentration on modified silica fiber is described for the speciation of chromium(III) [Cr(III)] and chromium(VI) [Cr(VI)] in aqueous media. This method is based on the different chelating behavior of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) with morpholine-4-carbodithioate (MDTC). Both complexes are extracted on silica fiber modified by sol-gel technology by using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS) as a precursor. All extracted samples are directly injected into an high-performance liquid chromatography injector for the simultaneous determination of Cr(III) and Cr(VI). Cr(VI) forms two different complexes, and Cr(III) forms a single complex with MDTC. Therefore, the concentration of Cr(VI) is determined directly from the peak area obtained at 5.4 min; whereas, the assay of Cr(III) is based on subtracting the peak area of Cr(VI) from the total peak area obtained at 4.3 min. Under the optimized conditions, the limits of detection for Cr(III) and Cr(VI) are found to be 0.7 ng/mL and 0.2 ng/mL, respectively.  相似文献

Summary A new method for the spectrophotometric determination of bismuth, cobalt and nickel after extraction of their xanthates into molten naphthalene is described. The optimum pH values are 2.4–4.5 for Bi, 7.5–9.0 for Co, 5.5–7.5 for Ni. The naphthalene containing the metal chelates is dissolved in chloroform, and the absorbance is measured against a reagent blank at 362, 350 and 420 nm for Bi, Co and Ni and respectively. Few ions interfere and the method has been applied successfully for the determination of these metal ions in various complex materials.
Zusammenfassung Eine neue Methode für die spektrophotometrische Bestimmung von Wismuth, Kobalt und Nickel nach Extraktion ihrer Xanthate mit geschmolzenem Naphthalin wurde beschrieben. Das optimale pH für Wismut beträgt 2,4–4,5, für Kobalt 7,5–9,0 und für Nickel 5,5–7,5. Das die Metallchelate enthaltende Naphthalin wird in Chloroform gelöst und die Extinktion gegen eine Reagens-Leerlösung bei 362, 350 bzw. 420 nm für Bi, Co bzw. Ni gemessen. Nur wenige Ionen stören. Das Verfahren wurde mit Erfolg zur Bestimmung der genannten Ionen in verschiedenen komplexen Gemischen angewandt.

A selective Spectrophotometric method has been developed for the trace determination of copper after adsorption of its 1-phenyl-4,4,6-trimethyl(1H, 4H)-pyrimidine-2-thiol (PTPT) complex onto microcrystalline naphthalene. The complex is quantitatively adsorbed on naphthalene in the pH range 7.5–11.5, separated by filtration, dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) and determined spectrophotometrically at 400 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range 2.5–37.5 g of copper in 10 ml of DMF. The molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity are 1.30 × 1041 · mol–1 · cm–1 and 0.0048g cm–2, respectively. Ten replicate analyses of a solution containing 20.0 g of copper gave a mean absorbance of 0.410 with a relative standard deviation of 0.91 %. The interferences of various ions have been studied and the method has been validated by the determination of copper in various standard reference materials, beers, wines, human hair, goat liver and environmental samples.On leave from St. Stephen's College, Delhi 110 007, India  相似文献

The characteristics of fragment emission in peripheral 197Au+197Au collisions 35 MeV/A are studied using the two clusterization approaches within framework of quantum molecular dynamics model. Our model calculations using minimum spanning tree (MST) algorithm and advanced clusterization method namely simulated annealing clusterization algorithm (SACA) showed that fragment structure can be realized at an earlier time when spectators contribute significantly toward the fragment production even at such a low incident energy. Comparison of model predictions with experimental data reveals that SACA method can nicely reproduce the fragment charge yields and mean charge of the heaviest fragment. This reflects suitability of SACA method over conventional clusterization techniques to investigate spectator matter fragmentation in low energy domain.  相似文献
