用微电子光刻方法制作了对插型阵微带电极(IDA),并通过SEM对IDA电极进行了表征,将微Ag/AgCl参比电极和微铂丝对电极固定在IDA电极附近,构成了微电解池,考察了该电极的循环伏安及计时电流特性,并用微带电极的扩散理论和Cottrell 公式对IDA电极的准稳太电流进行了处理,指出了它们之间产生偏差的原因,研究了IDA电极的“发生-收集”效应,测定了该电极的屏蔽因子、反馈因子和收集效率。 相似文献

A quantum statistical formula for the equation of state of fully ionized plasmas in the mean temperature and mean density region is given. The complete second virial coefficient for the case of Debye screening is taken into account. The binary Slater sums are represented by interpolation between the analytical expressions for small and for large radii respectively. Using the interpolation formulae the equation of state is calculated numerically for the temperatures T = 20000 K and T = 80000 K. The resulting curves are in good agreement with the analytical equation of state for very small densities. 相似文献

A multi-grating periodically poled LiNb03 (PPLN) doubly resonant optical parametric oscillator (DROPO) pumped by a 2-ttm laser is demonstrated experimentally. Employing acousto-optically Q-switched Tm,Ho:GdV04 laser with pump pulse of 25ns and repetition rate of lOkHz as pump sources firstly, the noncritically quasi- phase-matched (QPM) tunable mid-IR output in 3.87-4.43 μm is produced. Wavelength tuning is achieved with crystal temperature tuning from 50-180^o C. When the incident average pump power is 3 W at 2.048μm, the total OPO output power of 195mW at wavelength 3.88μm is obtained, corresponding to optical-to-optical conversion efficiency up to 6.5%. 相似文献

Geometries containing a narrow gap are characterized by strong quasi-periodical flow oscillations in the narrow gap region.
The above mentioned phenomena are of inherently unstable nature and, even if no conclusive theoretical study on the subject
has been published, the evidence shown to this point suggests that the oscillations are connected to interactions between
eddy structures of turbulent flows on opposite sides of the gap. These coherent structures travel in the direction of homogeneous
turbulence, in a fashion that strongly recalls a vortex street. Analogous behaviours have been observed for arrays of arbitrarily
shaped channels, within certain range of the geometric parameters. A modelling for these phenomena is at least problematic
to achieve since they are turbulence driven. This work aims to address the use of Proper Orthogonal Decomposition (POD) to
reduce the Navier–Stokes equations to a set of ordinary differential equations and better understand the dynamics underlying
