Four new dinuclear copper(II) complexes have been synthesized and have the general formula [Cu2(L)(H2O)2], where L = GLYDTO [N,N′‐bis(carboxymethyl)dithiooxamide], ALADTO [N,N′‐bis(carboxyethyl)dithiooxamide], VALDTO [N,N′‐bis(1‐carboxy‐2‐methylpropyl)dithiooxamide] and LEUDTO [N,N′‐bis(1‐carboxy‐3‐methylbutyl)dithiooxamide]. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis as well as by IR, electronic and EPR spectroscopy. These techniques provided evidence for the presence of the CuNO2S chromophore. Magnetic susceptibility measurements on all the complexes in the range 4–300 K show the existence of a dominant antiferromagnetic interaction with ?J values greater than 300 cm?1. Thermal decomposition behaviour of the complexes was studied by thermogravimetry.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to show the advantages of the emerging multicommutation methodology based on the use of solenoid valves for Te determination in milk by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). The delivery of a series of alternating sequential insertions of small volumes of samples and reagents gives rise to new hydrodynamic processes and exciting analytical potentials by controlling the time of flow through the on/off-switched solenoid valves. This drastically reduces the reagent consumption by a factor of 4 and the generation of effluents (590 mL h–1 instead of 750 mL h–1 generated by the continuous-mode measurement) and also provides an improvement in the laboratory productivity by an increase of the sample throughput (85 h–1 compared to 20 h–1 found in the continuous mode). So, multicommutation is an environmentally and economically sustainable alternative to the methodology based on continuous measurements. The multicommutation-based method developed was applied to tellurium determination in commercially available milk samples; a calibration range of 0.0–0.5 ng mL–1 and a detection limit of 0.20 ng L–1 with average relative standard deviation of 2.1% were found. Comparable results were obtained for a series of samples using both continuous and multicommutation HG-AFS modes.  相似文献

A novel 3D polymeric heteropolynuclear sodium(I) lead(II) complex containing different ligands, [NaPb(ClO4)(en)(NO2)2] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR, and 1H‐, 13C‐, and 207Pb‐NMR spectroscopy. The single‐crystal X‐ray data of [NaPb(ClO4)(en)(NO2)2]n established that the complex is a three‐dimensional polymer, [(en)Pb(μ3‐ONO)2Na(μ3‐ONO)2Na(μ‐O2ClO2)Na]n. The Pb and Na atoms have four‐ and eight‐coordinate geometry, respectively. The lone pair of electrons at the PbII atom is ‘stereochemically active’.  相似文献

The present study was conducted in order to evaluate the cyclodextrin (CD)-mediated chiral separation of peptide enantiomers as uncharged analytes at pH 5.3 using randomly sulfated beta-cyclodextrin, heptakis-6-sulfato-beta-CD and heptakis-(2,3-diacetyl-6-sulfato)-beta-CD as chiral selectors. Although less effective compared to stronger acidic conditions, the CDs proved to be suitable chiral selectors for the present set of peptides at pH 5.3. The carrier ability of the negatively charged CDs upon reversal of the applied voltage may also be exploited leading to a reversal of the migration order. In addition, reversal of the enantiomer migration order upon increasing the buffer pH from 2.5 to 5.3 was also observed for Ala-Tyr in the presence of randomly sulfated beta-CD, for Ala-Phe, Ala-Tyr, Phe-Phe, Asp-PheNH(2) and Gly-Ala-Phe in the presence of heptakis-6-sulfato-beta-CD, and for Phe-Phe and Ala-Leu in the presence of heptakis-(2,3-diacetyl-6-sulfato)-beta-CD. The migration behavior could be explained on the basis of the complexation constants and the mobilities of the peptide-CD complexes. While a change in the affinity pattern of the CDs upon increasing the pH was observed for some peptides, complex mobility was the primary factor for other peptide-CD combinations affecting the enantiomer migration order at the two pH values studied.  相似文献

A systematic investigation of optimal conditions for determining three of the most common phenoxyl-type N-methylcarbamate pesticides (carbaryl, carbofuran and propoxur) in fruit juices by HPLC with peroxyoxalate-chemiluminescence detection is described. The required pre-column hydrolysis of pesticides and derivatization of their hydrolytic metabolites with dansyl chloride was simultaneously carried out in a short time thanks to the micellar catalytic effect provided by cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide micelles on the hydrolysis step. The liquid chromatographic separation of the dansylated phenols was performed on a reversed-phase C18 column with isocratic elution. The analytes were detected by using an integrated derivatization chemiluminescence detection unit based on the bis(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)oxalate-hydrogen peroxide system. Fruit juice samples containing 4.0-1500 microg/l pesticides were analysed with a precision of ca. 6.5%. After contamination of the fruit juice samples, average recovery > 93% at fortification levels of 10-100 microg/l was obtained.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl2(C6H12N2S)2], consists of monomer units of a CoII atom coordinated to two 1‐propyl­imidazolidine‐2‐thione ligands and to two chloride ions. The heterocyclic thione ligand is monodentate and coordinated to the metal through the thione S atom. The environment around the CoII atom is a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The Co—S bond lengths are 2.341 (2) and 2.330 (2) Å, and the Co—Cl bond lengths are 2.234 (2) and 2.238 (2) Å. The most important point of distortion is the S—Co—S bond angle of only 97.83 (8)°. Intramolecular classical hydrogen bonds are found between the chloride ions and the N—H groups. Additionally, intra‐ and intermolecular non‐classical hydrogen bonds are found.  相似文献

A kinetic method is described for the determination of trace amounts of manganese(II), based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone by hydrogen peroxide. The reaction is followed by measuring the rate of change of fluorescence (lambda(ex) 365 and lambda(em) 440 nm). The calibration is linear over the manganese range 2-9 ng ml with a precision of +/-1%. The proposed method suffers from few interferences.  相似文献

Analyses of hydrocarbon fractions from different areas of the marine environment are described to illustrate the possibilities and limitations of high resolution gas chromatography (HRGC) in the analysis of environmental samples. Examples are given of dissolved, particulate, and sedimentary hydrocarbons and organochlorine compounds; the importance of an adequate sampling of the marine environment is stressed. HR chromatographic profiles obtained in two columns of low and high polarity (SE-52 and PEG 20M) permit the sources and transport pathways of both natural and anthropogenic hydrocarbons to be traced. Analysis of tissues of marine mammals, which metabolize or excrete many of the biogenic and petrogenic hydrocarbons present in other areas of the marine environment, may provide an opportunity to obtain relatively clean profiles of many anthropogenic compounds of interest. The plotting of mass chromatograms from data compiled by COM-GC-MS remains the most appropriate method for the conclusive indentification of these compounds.  相似文献

Polyethylene/montmorillonite clay nanocomposites were obtained via direct melt intercalation. The clay was organically modified with four different types of quaternary ammonium salts. The objective of this work is to study the use of montmorillonite clay in the production of nanocomposites by means on rheological, mechanical and crystallization properties of nanocomposites and to compare to the properties of the matrix and PE/unmodified clay nanocomposites. In general, the tensile test showed that the yield strength and modulus of the nanocomposites are close to the pure PE. Apparently, the mixture with Dodigen salt seems to be more stable than the pure PE and PE/unmodified clay.  相似文献

An efficient and mild one‐pot synthesis of bis(oxazoline) (BOX) ligands is developed from reactions of dicarboxy dichlorides with β‐amino alcohols in the presence of 11.0 equiv. NEt3 followed by the addition of 3.6 equiv. methanesulfonyl chloride (MsCl). Nine different BOX ligands were prepared in excellent yields of ≥ 80%. Advantages of this improved synthesis are mild reaction conditions, short total reaction time of 9 h, and high isolated yields.  相似文献
